When does a service provider call and ask if they can come earlier than the service appointment scheduled? I cant recall this ever happening. I had a scheduled appointment to have our Rinnai Tankless system serviced. Cody did an excellent job explaining what he and his partner would be doing. I highly recommend this firm.

I had a leaking water heater. McNeil responded quickly and had the water heater replaced in no time. The installers were friendly and professional. I am happy with their service.

I called early afternoon and they were there within an hour, despite being warned it may be a while because they were booked. They quickly identified the problem (sadly, we needed a new water heater) and were able to take care of it same day. Very friendly and performed quick work; my wife and I were incredibly pleased.

Called McNeil on SATURDAY morning. Jason answered the call on a Saturday, said hed be there within two hours and he was! While our problem couldnt be completely corrected that same day, McNeil arranged and repaired things so that we could get through the weekend WITH water and await parts on Monday. Jason is knowledgeable and professional. These guys did the plumbing for our new home contraction about 14 months ago. I wouldnt consider calling anyone else.

When the city said the water leak was on my side of the meter, I knew I had some trouble.I called McNeill and the young lady said they would have someone take a look at it in about 90 minutes.True to their word, Cody showed up with his younger brother and had it fixed in about 40minutes or so. An hour to let the joint cement set and dry and they returned to turn thewater back on and make sure everything was working properly.They were very courteous, too, and the charge did not make me seek a new mortgage.A job well done. We had a leak in our master bath and McNeil was able to come out the same day and get it repaired at a reasonable cost. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable.

Called about a leak under my kitchen sink. They were at my house within 30 minutes and I had a new garbage disposal 30 minutes later. I couldnt be more pleased. Very friendly staff!
