This Lapcorp is awesome. They have a friendly efficient staff. Amy is the lady who did my blood draw and I never felt it. I will be using this labcorp from now on.

Literally the worst experience I can remember having EVER. I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes with my two young kids. When I was called back they told me I was not welcome due to my kids being there. If LabCorp didnt have a monopoly on lab work, dependent on insurance carrier, I would do literally EVERYTHING in my power to never go back to this office.

Due to Covid-19, the sign said there is only supposed to be 4 people in the waiting room for urinalysis samples. People ignored the sign and room was full. Staff were helpful, but for at high risk for Covid its a serious situation especially since waiting time was over 30 minutes.

Doctor Mary and Dr Jones. Has been more than helpful with My care. The lab work has always been extremely descreet

Excellent experience. Made appointment for my mother (shes 99). Arrived about 15 minutes early. Used the APP to notify of arrival. However, I did go in with her orders and payment information. Staff was very quick to enter her information and told me they are ready for her. I took her in, they took her straight back, performed her testing in a few minutes, and out we went. Perfect.

Went there twice to do a drug test for a new job. First time was told they only do drug testing times between certain hours. The NEXT day I went in and was an hour earlier then the end time of what they told me and couldn’t get the drug test done because “they changed the times”.

Slow at processing people through the facility and worse at getting results posted and to the doctor. It has been a week and a half since I had blood drawn for routine test and the doctor still does not have the results.

They took people who came in after me for the urinalysis. I waited 45 minutes to piss in a cup it was only after I complained and started dancing around before the tech let me pee. NOT FUNNY! Definetly understaffed. One tech for urine and one tech for blood. Really? In a high volume area like Aiken Regional Hopital is at! Get your act together LabCorp.

I have used this facility for my routine blood work for years. This location is really convenient for me being along my commuter route from Augusta. The only time I have had to wait long is if I didnt have an appointment. I soon learned to make an appointment for getting in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff is courteous despite being short-staffed.

Hardly any waiting time! Staff is super nice! l always go to this lab only. If anyone tells you not to go here...do not believe them.

Im not sure why the other reviews are so low because I had an excellent experience at LabCorp. I made an appointment and was able to be seen fairly quickly! I was there less than 30 minutes. The people were also very courteous and friendly to me.

I have used this lab more than four times and every time I go there they are very nice and kind, they do a great job! It is hard for people to find a good vein on me and the technician gets it on the first try every time.

Waited for over an hour just to get a pre-employment drug screen even though there were only 3 people waiting. Another man who was there before me was still waiting when I left.

Tried to make a simple phone call to make sure the local lab could do a blood test for Lyme disease and never could get passed the automated crap. It would go through its advertising routine then eventually switch to a recorded voice asking for my access code. Of course theres no access code so it hangs up. 5 times...

I dont like the fact that i cant get in touch through phone for a simple question. But they are fast in the lab.

I’ve never had a better experience at any kind of doctor place anywhere! Both the lady at the front counter and the lady that took my blood were really helpful and kind!

The person at 430 Society Hill Drive, Aiken, SC blood draw unit who is there the majority of the time has a very poor attitude. I logged in at 2:38 today, Nov. 14, and waited 20 minutes. I was the only person on the waiting list and rang the bell three times.The third time she came out, mumbled something and immediately closed the door. When I went in she said she didnt call me and was on the phone with a patient. She also said, Ill get to you when I have a minute. Ive been there several times during the past year or so and she has exhibited a hostile or at least unfriendly attitude every time.

They open at 7:30, but have one person doing paper work and doing test. So plan on being there at least an hour. They should open up at a time they can be properly staffed.The lady on duty was working hard.

Dont plan on having any plans for at least an hour for routine bloodwork. Extremely slow service.

I showed up at this location at 12:02 today and was told that no other drug screen would be done from 12-1:30 pm even though online it states that the cut off time is from 12:30-1:30. I am a healthcare professional and took time off work from treating my patients to come in and got turned away and could not return later that day as I was instructed to do due to treating my patients. Was upset by this individual instance, but was furious when it was coupled with the fact that I tried to call and schedule an appt 3 days before I went and was told they would not take appt reservations for urine drug screens and that I should just come in. Was also told by someone else sitting in the office that they had been waiting for 2.5 hours. If youre not going to let me make an appt, I don’t want to wait 2.5 hours or get turned away in the middle of the day.Also speaking from a healthcare perspective, how do you expect someone to come in for a urine drug screen (assuming most people hold it until they get there) and then hold their urine for 2.5 hours before the test. Not reasonable or healthy for any person. Get it together.EDITED: I went back 5 days later (during the middle of the week and in the afternoon) and the staff that day were friendly and I was in and out in 15 min. They redeemed themselves. I suggest going in the mid afternoon and not Fridays or mondays if possible.

I called 5 times and it says hold on someone will be right with you but then goes to voicemail,so how do I know anyone there and have questions cant get answers

The “lab tech” was clearly out of her element this afternoon. I didn’t say anything in front of my son who was having labs drawn. But after she had gotten a flash from her stick she should have taken the tourniquet off but noooo she kept it on and went fishing back and forth with the needle. Unless things have changed since I retired as a medical professional when you get a flash you take the tourniquet off. Now my sons arm is bruised from her incompetence.
