Overall I was not completely satisfied with my experience. The services that I purchased & received during my visit was a pedicure, a fill-in, and an eyebrow waxing. I visited the Nail Secret on a Monday around 4:00 p.m. Upon arriving I was quickly greeted by someone and asked what could be done for me? There was NO information listed or posted in regards to what services you could purchase.The Nail secret was not packed at all & I was quickly taken back to one of the pedicure massage chairs. I had the same employee do all three services. She was polite, but at the same time seemed like she was not too happy to be there. She did an excellent job on the pedicure but when it came time to get my nails filled in that was a different story. During my fill in she seemed to hurry through Thus causing my gel nails to mess up.

First impression: the place is filthy!!! Got gel nails and he didnt even the cuticles so the bottoms were wavy and they had air bubbles in them! I couldnt see very well so I didnt notice till I got outside. Drove straight to another place and got them fixed.

Kevin did my nails. They look great. He recommended what to do to make them look and hold up better.

This business was one of our worst experiences at a nail salon. No staff member greeted us when we walked in. One guy told us to go sit and wait for the pedicure. After waiting 30 minutes, a lady performing pedicures finally turned around and asked “are you waiting on a pedicure?” Then proceeded to say she has an appointment coming in, and can not take us at this time. That would have been nice to know before waiting. The whole establishment was unorganized.

Typically I would rate 5 stars but upon my last visit 11 days ago my feet were scrubbed to hard and I ended up with a cut under baby toe before I left, which I didnt notice til I got home. I dont know about going back either

Finally got a pedicure after way too long and Destiny was amazing. My feet are super ticklish so I don’t go very often but I wanted to be ready for my cruise. Highly recommend!!!

They had two nail techs when I walked in people were slumped in their seats like they had been waiting for a while I waited 30 mins got in the seat the old nail tech was so rude he looked at my nails turned and asked the other tech how much for fill in and gel polish ask me have I ever been here before I said no he told me $60 uh no I’m good he told he I can leave cause I wasn’t their customer. I would never give them rude Mf no business Ever..

Over charged me but never again I will take a trip out of town before I go back there

Gel polish change on toes & a fill gone wrong! My polish is super thick & the acrylic is not drilled smooth as I’m typically used up. The manager was also rude advising that there was nothing wrong and did not want to fix my nails! I’m sending a review to the Better Business Bureau as well because these nail salons need to learn customer service & providing quality services especially after spending $70

This place was okay, its not very clean and the service leaves a lot to be desired. In a pinch I might return but overall I will continue my search for the best nail place around.

THE WORST EYEBROWS I HAVE EVER GOTTEN DONE EVER!!. BEWARE!! Imma just save you the time and money. Go somewhere else to get your eyebrows done. They had my face sooo messed up y’all. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I complained and he didn’t even give me a discount. I will never. NEVER go back there again.

I have been going to Nail Secret for four years for manicures and pedicures. The quality, value and professionalism are excellent. The salon is very clean. The nail technicians are polite and friendly. They provide excellent nail services. I always have an appointment when I go for nail services. The technicians are very good about adhering to appointment times. I would highly recommend this salon.

My 12 year old daughter first fill in after getting a new set was devastating. We came in and Billy “the manager” was the one who did her nails. She showed a picture of what she wanted. He messed up so to fix it he Needed to do a new set so he decided to just make her nails shorter, which she didn’t want. So I spoke up and asked him to fix her nails. So he told us he would. He cut her nails down really low and told us to leave. So I had to end up going somewhere else. I was charged for taking of the nails he cut and a full set. I would never do a child like and for him to that speaks volumes of what kind of person he really is. I really feel like if my daughter was a different race he wold have never done that. He’s just an hateful individual.

I would NOT go to this place if i was you , the two main people that do your nails are very rude and they dont do nails very good anyway

Went in for mani - pedi. I get pedicures mostly for the massage and cuticle softening, and asked for an oil treatment that Id had before. The oil treatment had left my legs energized and soft and moist for days. But a different nail tech not only did not massage my legs, she didnt exfoliate, and she cut one toenail too close, and she knew it because I yelled. Then she said that their cheap dollar store lotion was going to moisturize my feet. Nope! I didnt have my glasses on when I left, so I couldnt see that the polish on my toes was incomplete, but I could see when I got home that my feet were just as dry and crusty as when I went in there. I called the next morning and the manager accused me of messing up my polish. He offered to polish again, but when I told him that wouldnt help the dryness, he refused to do any more than polish. This is not my first time leaving there dissatisfied, but it certainly is my last!

I came here as a self care activity with my friends. During our time, we enjoyed a relaxing experience and great conversation with Roslyn and Destiny. The experience was as educational (Roslyn was more than happy to explain every step of the process when asked) as it was relaxing. They always do an amazing job!!

Both my big toes are not correct. My legs are covered in a greasy film. Massaged 1 leg but not the other. Very displeased. Worst pedicure ever.

Friendly service. Great prices. Nice salon! Destiny did my pedicure and she was so nice, efficient, and informative. I really enjoyed my pedicure and WILL be going back!!

Billy is super-awesome! They need reliable staff for the amount of clientele they have. They are worth the wait though. Be courteous to them as well and get there before 6:30 to get anything done bc they close at 7p. Will definitely make this my nail place!

Teresa is AMAZING! Best manicure I’ve ever had. The amount of time she spends with you is so nice and she won’t finish until you’re completely happy. You can’t be the price for the service you get.

I love this place! If you go in for a pedicure ask for Rosiland. She is the best. She is also sweet and takes pride in what she does. My feet feel amazing!

The reviews were amazing so I took my mom and we got our nails done. Did I mention they have a full bar and offer complimentary drinks? She was incredibly kind and understanding. & took her a great time on my pedis. Really nice folk music. Im definitely returning here next time!

They did a very good job on mine, my Mothers, and daughters (5 yrs old) pedicures. The ladies doing mine and my mothers where gossiping about their family too much. They also charged me $22 for my daughters pedicure and $5 for just a coat of polish on her finger nails. Ive never paid more than $12 for her pedicure anywhere else.

The place is small and cramped. I felt welcomed but still uncomfortable in the tight space. Nails were not good at all. Crooked even after complaining. I will not return.

Each time I go there, my nails dont last. I have to come back several times within a week for repairs. And my nails werent shaped correctly. My thumb was extremely short while my other nails were extremely long. I liked the color on my nails but thats about it. They do nice eyebrows tho.

Worst nail service i ever received by Billy the owner i usually go to a place in north Augusta but since i reside in Aiken i decided to go to this salon..i got my nails done ( SNS) dipping powder on Friday by Saturday they were chipping already. Not the quality work im use to when i get my nails done, walmart does a better job than this although Lindsey did a excellent job on my pedicure. I went back in to see if this could be corrected Billy the owner made upexcuse after excuse for not correcting this when you could clearly see that my coating was very thin and was chipping. Also 2 other people came in for nail corrections and repairs..i will never step back in into this salon and i will be the advertisement for the quality of work and customer service

Billy messed up my brows man 😒 got my ish looking like cousins ALL UNEVEN ! Glad i can do make up at least i can kinda hide it until they grown back .. I won’t be going back .

I wish I could give them zero stars. I came in as soon as I got off work at 6:30 and they told me I could not get a pedicure because they were closing soon. I work and customer service and I am extremely disappointed. The man told me they simply would not do it and told me to try somewhere else. They have lost my business.

Workers were very friendly and professional. However, they need an eyebrow tech; and the room where the eyebrows are done needs rearrange. The girl who did my brows worked up side down

Worst pedicure I have ever had. The nail tech kept bragging to the tech beside her about how she was the best nail tech there...yet i left with 2 toe nails not even painted all the way, polish smeared all over my toes (she didnt even take the time to clean up around my nails), she was super rough, and rushed through my pedi. One of the other girls working there rolled up her stool beside us and talked the whole time. Was in no way relaxing. Will never go back here.

Not even 3 days after i get them done.. I have not one but 2 nails to break on me and Im just a CASHIER! Not enough force to break them like that.. Layer of gel powder was def too thin.. 2nd time i went to them.. Yall good but not for a 3rd time..

Paint left all over skin , drilling and filing burned to an extreme extent , gel polish wasn’t dry when i got in my car , it immediately lifted and they had marks all in them from where he filed them after the gel coat was already placed on my nail.
