Horrible experience here with this store. Opened my refrigerator 2 months later. And it’s got a big dent. Of course no one to talk. Paid for someone to come out and measure my windows. A wk later and still nobody. Not even a call. Visiting the store doesn’t help either. I’ve spend over $3000 with this company and regret it

Wow, what a phenomenal experience today! The helper in the plumbing area knew exactly how to translate my “the thingy that plugs into the valve” language into 3 parts that worked together flawlessly. It’s so nice when they help without attitude and arrogance! I’d do that again in a skinny minute! Bravo Lowe’s, 5 star experience!

Overall I guess it was okay. Sales associate was not aware what H/E was.(high efficiency) Delivery people were good but had to be brought in from another location. because the driver at my location. was not available for some reason. That seems to happen frequently.

This Lowes is a joke. Lazy employees that dont have a clue what they are doing. Nothing is ever in the right place as on the website. Employees dont know where to send you. They will argue with you at the checkout when they dont want to admit they are wrong. Guess well start going to Home Depot and hope they are better.

After 25 minutes of waiting for help. I called the customer service from within the store, told them I had been waiting for 25 minutes I had pressed the button fir help and no one ever came. She side she would get me help right away. I waited 10 more minutes, no one came. I went to Home Depot. Got what I needed within6 min. Won’t be going back to Lowes.

Extremely disappointed. I was excited to get a riding mower for my big yard. Didnt work for two months online until I went to the store. Requested delivery and it was dropped off earlier than scheduled. Came home to it pictured, busted up. They had to come back and pick it up in order to issue me a refund... All they had in stock would have been another $1000 to purchase. But Ive been waiting on my refund more than two weeks and it hasnt arrived. The store has only made excuses and no manager would even come to the front to speak to me yesterday after being paged 10 times in 30 minutes. Ive disputed the transaction on my card. But Ive never been so disappointed in my life and I wont make another purchase. 15+ years of my business, but they dont care if you leave.

Horrible. I ordered two pedestals for a washer and dryer set. They were back ordered when arrived the shipping company destroyed my floor and damaged my new washer and dryer. The shipping company did give me a check for the floor. I was told that I should have ordered the washer and dryer from them for 400$ more than where i did buy these models from. The pedestals got back ordered so my washer and dryer arrived first apparently that is my fault. No one is taking aby responsibility for the damage. No integrity or care for the customer.

When to 3 Lowes looking for what we got before. No help at north augusta store. Aiken store helped looking but didnt have it. That store was extremely clean and helpful. Augusta store on Bobby Jones also didnt have it. Why dont these stores carry the same thing? North Augusta store need people to help people and know their stuff. Also need to clean up their store.

Lowes has never tried very hard in the customer service department, but now it appears theyve given up altogether. Checkout person in the outdoor section wasnt trained on anything except how to hate her job so much. Must have brought those skills over from Walmart.

This is for online and pickup same day ordering only. In my opinion they should not waste customers time letting them order online. I ordered @10am expecting to be able to pick my order up after 5pm giving more then enough time to fill a small online order. I mean small 5 bottles of the same stuff and 4 items of another same stuff. Your waste of time ordering couldn’t get it done within almost 12 hours. I got my email at 9:38pm with them knowing more than likely I couldn’t even make it there before they close. This time shame on you and there won’t be a next time for it to be a shame on me.

Bad experience with a refrigerator install. I have been waiting a month for someone to come out to correct the terrible installation, but after 3 visits to the store and many calls to the Executive Teams office, no one has helped. Ive only received lip service. How hard is it to schedule an installer to come back out to fix a botched installation?

Lowes is good for , self repair in your home ,contractors, handyman, they have things needed for remodeling, design, rebuild house wood ,lumber, glass, etc. But some of the associate that work hear dont care!

Didnt have a weed & grass herbicide that Id purchased there before. They only had high priced products with the same chemical ingredients that they used to have in a lower priced product.I went to Tractor Supply and found a similar product that had the proper chemical at a much lower price.

The girl at customer service was unbelievably rude.. Was hung up on 3 different times and kept on hold for over an hour. When asked to speak with a store manager, she lied and said there wasnt one working. If this store wasnt the only one within 50miles of my house that had what I was looking for I wouldve gladly taken business elsewhere.

In the process of picking up online order from curbside which is supposed to be approximately 15mins, I waited for about 40 mins and no service. Called inside the store and was told they was pulling the order and they will be with me shortly, but no service still. Went inside the store to customer service, I stated that I was waiting on a door at curbside and was told they had no one to pull my order but another associate at customer service (Who was sitting down at desk) overheard and proceeded to get my door, brought it back and handed it to me without apology.

Worst customer service we have experienced. We ordered online, a large order, and have tried to contact the 1800 # given- remained on hold forever (over an hour) three different attempts to never have our callAnswered. Called to local Aiken SC store - SEVEN attempts... each time we were disconnected!! Finally got through to Mill works who walked around the store looking for help from a supervisor - who would not take the phone - we could hear her laughing saying just give her the number to Spirit to call. ( a third party delivery service they are using). I called it- it was to a corporate office in NJ that was for their own employees, HR etc and they were of course closed. The only person to try and help us was a mill works desk employee, but there wasn’t much she could do, but she tried. We are sooooo disappointed in Lowe’s right now.

The first employee who started helping us disappeared to get a forklift for getting the lumber we needed from the top shelf. A second employee later got the forklift, lowered the lumber to the floor and loaded our cart. The first employee returned (without a lift) after everything was done. What a difference in work ethics!

Went to get a Christmas tree for my first Christmas with my son. I have been coming here with my own mother for as long as I can remember. When I got to the garden section the two employees argued over who was going to service me—pretty unprofessional. It made me feel like a bother and like my business wasn’t wanted. I continued anyways, wanting to carry on the tradition of picking our tree from Lowe’s. Despite me asking them to trim the tree, they didn’t. All they did was throw it in a net. I watered my tree every day, but it wouldn’t soak up any water. I tried to revive it with tree food and even that wouldn’t work. My ornaments are falling off, the branches are dropping, and the needles are dryer than a fried egg on the sidewalk in the middle of the Arizona sun. I tried to call Lowe’s to see if there was a way to resolve the issue, but I was transferred over three times with no one answering the last time. I even tried to call a different department so they could transfer me to a store manager. No one answered. Is there not a single person in a single department that will answer the phone here? Lowe’s is seriously lacking customer service skills. I am heartbroken that my first Christmas with my son will not have a tree this year because Lowe’s could not service me properly and then couldn’t even own up to the responsibility. It looks like we will just have presents against the wall because at December 16, our tree is dead. After coughing up the money on this tree, I don’t have enough to buy another as a young mother.I got a hold of a manager and he gave me a new tree for free! Made up for everything! Thank goodness for the manager glen! He definitely fixed the problem and I appreciate his help

We were in the store for quite a while and even tried contacting other stores near us for them to put us on hold and hang up after 25 mins several times. Just wanted to find out if another store had the item we needed.

I was in Lowes today and first my husbandasked a lady for help for screen to replace on a door and she sent him to the wrong dept and he asked another lady and she was clueless and let my husband know she didnt know what he was talking about. They had only 3 registers open and people were lined up down the isles. Self check out was closed. People working here should know where things are and if not find someone who can help. This was not a good shopping experience.

Soooo unprofessional and terrible customer service!!! We placed an order in April for our appliances to be delivered on May 8th (earliest they had available even though we moved into our new house on the 6th with no appliances). I called to make sure the order was still good to go and they said it was being delivered to Texas instead of Georgia where we live. They had to redo my order and said the earliest they could deliver was the 11th. Then we get a call and text at 8pm on the 10th to deliver on the 11th between 12:15-4:15. They never showed so we called and they said they never had it scheduled for the 11th that it’s scheduled for the 14th!!! We are now 8 days with no appliances this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered a washer and dryer online and had a scheduled delivery. Date of delivery, nothing came. No notification or anything. I called Lowes, and they said the freight company didnt pick it up. Called the freight company, and they said the store cancelled it. Worked with the Lowes store that said they had it, and they said they would reschedule the delivery. Called back on the day of the delivery, and they said they no longer had the dryer, and it was on back order because they gave my dryer to another customer. I had to have them cancel the order and just go to the store and load a different, more expensive/less desirable washer and dryer into my SUV and bring them home, one at a time. They still charged me $60 to take away my old washer and dryer and never picked them up. They will not remove the charge. The original washer and dryer I ordered were, by far, better than the ones I got myself, and Lowes did not care about my experience at all. Their delivery system is insanely flawed, and they have zero transparency/communication. This was an insanely bad customer service experience, and I would have gone with another company altogether if I had not already applied and got approved for the Lowes card. A friend of mine said that they had a perfect experience with Home Depot. If I could go back and do this again, I would definitely go with Home Depot. The people there are more customer service oriented, and they even apologized for the experience I had with Lowes. They said they would return the items to Lowes for me and bring me a different washer and dryer if I wanted, but it would be 2 weeks before they could, and Im honestly totally burned out completely from this whole experience. I am completely unhappy with the washer and dryer that I ended up with, compared to the ones I would have gotten that were on sale. I will never shop at Lowes again.

Ordered a custom front door on October 10, 2020 with a first week of December installation.We called them first week of December 2020 and Lowe’s said not until first week of January 2021.We called first week of January and Lowe’s said first week of February 2021.The Lowe’s installer called us first week of February 2021 and said they made the door swinging open incorrectly and it was half inch too tall.They had $2000 for 4 months and we never received our front door.They returned the money no questions asked.Lowe’s lost a customer

Customer service is not key at this store. If you want your appliances delivered on the day they say dont order from lowes. I will not ever buy any major appliance from them again. You call they try to transfer you three times you get hung up on. Then call back to get what is your name and number he will call back. Unlike them some of us have to work to pay for the items that we buy from lowes so their employees can stand around talking and texting on their phones.

I needed carpet for my den. I always shop at the Aiken Lowes. I was able to purchase a good quality carpet and the padding. The only problem is Lowes does not deliver carpet anymore if, your installing it yourself.

Ordered countertops January 25 and was told 2 weeks. After hearing nothing for 2 1/2 weeks, I emailed the associate only to find out he was no longer employed at Lowes. Emailed a second associate asking for an ETA on my tops. After no response for 4 days I called the store. Associate was incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering her. I was told my tops would be delivered today but wasnt given a time, told shed get a time and let me know. Never heard back. Contacted the countertop manufacturer directly to get an answer on when my tops will be delivered. Still have no answer. I paid $1300 for countertops and cant get anyone to tell me when Ill receive them. Ive been without countertops for a month. This has been an aggravating experience to say the least.

When I mentioned to a store employee that there were several people (young and middle age) without masks in the store, he said there was nothing he could do. Spent 2 hours getting items I needed then proceeded to the customer service counter where I had a question regarding equipment. Not to mention I waited a lengthy time there. So I thought I could check out there as they have registers and are a CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER....I was quickly told they would not check me out there. There was no one behind me waiting either. I left my cart.....200+ dollars and had plans to go back tomorrow for my purchases of my next project. Home Depot was much more receptive and helpful. Im actually surprised Lowes has worse rules and employees of their customer service counter than Wal-Mart does.
