STAY AWAY. This guy would show up hours after expected IF he came at all. 3 weeks later we have lost $300 and have 3 windows half installed in our house. Went to run to the bank for 10 mins 2 weeks ago and we havent seen him since. We asked for half our money back because he wasnt going to fix it any time soon and we are trying to sell our home. His phone is now disconnected.

I called around to several different places and Mr. Boyd gave me the best price. He also returned my call as he said he would. (Another place I checked had told me that they would call back and Im still waiting for their call!) I liked the fact that Boyd Glass Services came to my workplace to fix the windshield. I didnt have to miss any time from work, and since I had to pay this unexpected expense it helped with that, too. Mr. Boyd and his assistant were very pleasant and professional. He guaranteed my windshield to be leak-free for as long as I own the vehicle and was quick to let me know if there were any problems I should call. I appreciate a reputable service people who stands behind their work.

I am an Army Soldier and I was stationed at Ft. Gordon - Augusta, GA for training. During the summer, I had an incident that caused my rear-passenger glass to shatter; I inquired around town for the best prices/service and I came to Boyd Glass which offered me the best price and prompt, decent and courteous service. NOTHING Short of Fantastic!!A cracked windshield is NOT a matter of IF it will happen as much as it is WHEN it will happen, and always at the most inconvenience time…. The experience that I had with with Boyd Glass Service and the staff was just that… fantastic! To see that a company would care about MY needs and when it was convenient for me to get my windshield repaired or replaced was like a breath of fresh air. Form the initial call all the way to completion it was clear that my concerns were their concerns and that I matter to them and I was just NOT another number or customer. Awesome customer service! Very professional. Made the claim, spoke to Terry, and he had someone out the next day to replace my windshield. The technician was even a little bit early, which is always a good thing!!.

Very disappointed with this company. Insurance Co hired them to replace glass. They promised it would be done within 2 days. It wasnt done and they didnt return calls when it wasnt done. Even spoke to owner who said he would call back - but never did. Had to go to another company who did it within 2 days.

Boyd glass installed my windshield on June 28th. I didnt drive it for 5 days. The black molding came off. I called them on a sat and the female stated he would call me. Back. I had to call my insurance to get involved and of course they promised to come out to repair, well they never come back out or call me. I let someone else do it. Bad business and if I could rate a zero I would.

A business with integrity! Terry Boyd is one of a lost breed. He not only had the best price for my windshield, he was very thourough. He showed me where there was a rusted area and treated the area without charging extra. He also put new moulding on for me (my car didnt have any when I got there) and gave me a tempory fix for a broken door handle at No extra charge. Its so nice to see someone who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to help. Thanks! You made my day!
