Great tools,at a GREAT price for rentals.

It is pretty convenient that my deposit amount was exactly the repair cost of the piece that was damaged. I paid $16 for insurance and they split the cost with me and $60 labor to replace the part. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Buyer beware!! I also picked up the machine at 1pm on Saturday and returned at 8am Monday without even using 4 hours, but paid for an 8 hour rental. I believe they could have been a little easier on me and not soak up my entire deposit

Sam, whom Ive been doing business with for many years now has always shown excellent customer service and has had the right tools for my contracting company every time. the other reviews are older and from previous management. Sam has always been very fair on his pricing, and I do recommend to always get the insurance.

Equipment rental at reasonable prices, Great customer service

Stay away from this company! Weeks after the equipment was returned they are claiming damage was done and never notified me until the credit card statement arrived. The first piece of equipment they rented was defective and was replaced with another unit. When I spoke with Randy (the operations manager) the first time he stated we will work something out on the rate since we lost almost a full day of work. He never closed out the ticket and because he didn’t the card was charged the rental amount and the security deposit. I called and he stated there was damaged that was noted (large dents)- yet nothing was mentioned when we returned it, and looked it over with the rental agent at the store. Its clear from the conversation I had with the other agents at the store Randy made a mistake, didn’t close out the contract and we were mischarged. Randy is such a hot head and can’t take responsibility for being wrong that he claimed damaged occurred that never did. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with but the operations manager is a mess and is the end all be all at this company. Stay away- the manager is lazy and extremely hard to work with.

I rented an item that did NOT perform as it should - i notified attendant on return. NO offer to substitute/rfeduction in price, etc. ENTIRE experience was sub-par. I will NOT return. Ronny H..
