I was involved in a car collision, and Kelleys were the ONLY people who seemed at all interested in helping me with the claims process. They were friendly, prompt, and helped explain every step and procedure. My car looks the same as it did before the accident - better, actually, since they did some minor cosmetic tweaks out of courtesy.

Kelly paint and body came highly recommended by a family member and neighbor. Last year I was rear ended and pushed into another car. The insurance company wanted to total our FJ but thankfully Kelly’s worked with the insurance to help us keep our treasured vehicle. Frame up repairs and she looked good as new, never an issue even though we were told if ever a problem it would be fully covered! Awesome work great people. Don’t you know a little more than a week ago got rear ended again! Not as much damage but still $2000 worth. Kelly’s not only repaired it beautifully again BUT the expected date of repair was 12/29 they got it done before Christmas so we had our vehicle back for the holidays. Again great work and great people. Would never need to go elsewhere! Thank you Kelly’s!

Cal was very helpful with making sure I filed with my insurance correctly and coordinating times with me to ensure that I wasn’t left stranded without a rental car waiting on me at the shop. Ross communicated with me throughout the entire process with updates on my vehicle and approximately when it would be ready. They actually got done a week before my original finish date. Kelly Paint & Body did an excellent job in repairing damage on my Acura from an accident with a low flying hawk as I was traveling up I-20. Part of my left front grill was severely damage with feathers still in tact when I dropped off the car to their shop. Also the front left fender was pushed outward. The finished job was amazing! My 2014 Acura looked new when I picked it up. It took only 3 days to repair and the staff was so professional in the way they kept me updated on where the car was in the process each day. I appreciated that so much. They took the stress & worry out of the equation for me. They have an awesome reputation in the Aiken and surrounding area. Honestly, I won’t take my car anywhere else after this! :-)

I had my low mileage 2001 dodge 1500 painted. It had 1 small dent, 1 scrape and numerous rust spots. The clear coat was almost gone on the hood and roof of the vehicle. The paint on on the vehicle was faded. The estimate process was very thorough and the estimated price was very fair for a complete paint job. The company called every 1-2 days with an update and discussed any unexpected findings. I would rate their customer service outstanding. The vehicle was done on time and at the agreed price. When I saw the vehicle I can say it was better than brand new. The completed body work and painting was simply outstanding. I could not have been happier with the results. The company even detailed the inside and outside of the truck as a courtesy. I would rate everything about this company 5 stars and recommend it to everyone.

I hit a deer recently and knew I wanted to have Kelly Paint and Body do the work because of a previous experience I had with them. When the independent towing company I called, wouldnt release the vehicle to Kellys until the insurance company paid them, this little complication caused additional expense due to storage fees the towing company charged while holding the jeep. Kellys stepped up and said they would pay the towing company themselves and wait for re-imbursement later. This was a very professional response that I appreciated very much. I was very disappointed in the towing companies unprofessionalism, while highly impressed with Kellys performance. The work was great, the communication was constant and steadfast and it would be hard to find a better paint and body shop than what we have right here in Aiken.

From initial estimate to completion of intricate body work Kellys was extremely friendly and professional. They kept us up-to-date on progress throughout the process. And the completed the work was superb - just like new. We recommend Kellys with no reservations!

Excellent work my only complaint comes from how bad my insurance company treated me for going to This shop but they handled it professionally and even though it took 29 days to get it back it appears to be right. I hope Geico handles things better next time because this is my shop of choice and I would rather dump my insurance company than dump this company.

They were very nice from the time I went for the estimate and until I dropped it off. They kept me in the loop through the whole process from beginning to the end. I got calls on what they were doing when the parts came in. All in all they were very professional and my truck is very awesome it looks great and in the future they would be my very first choice.

Ive had my car repaired here twice and they did a really good job on my car both times. I like how they keep you updated on the repair process and give you an estimated date when your car will be repaired. The ladies at the front desk are nice and Mr. Cal, who does the repair estimates, is really nice too.In my most recent visit to their shop, Ms. Sandy ordered parts and made sure my car got repaired in a timely manner. They even washed my car and vacuumed it out which I really appreciated! When it can to renting a car through Hertz, I appreciated the rental car they gave me. The car was clean inside and out. Their representative Candace did a really good job with the Pre-rental Inspection and had great customer service!

While spending the winter in Aiken, the farm where I was staying was hit hard by a tornado. Between the tornado, the anxiety of the pandemic and being away from my family, I was very shaken up when I took my truck in to Kellys. The tornado took out one of my windows and one of my side mirrors. The staff was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease when I told them I was planning on heading home to Illinois asap. They did excellent work on my truck and got me on the road within a week. I cant recommend them enough. Highly recommend!

Made a. appointment on May 28 2017 was scheduled earliest appointment on July 17 2017 took off work Just to get there and they told me they dont have any paperwork on my car nor do they have any thing finalized with my insurance company for the estimates Talked with the owner he had a nasty ass attitude like he didnt need out want my business keeping in mind all the weeks that I waited just too put it in the shop He said the the receptionist rust use to work there left and the guy Chris left and took my paperwork with him so there was no way he could do my car I wad like I hear what you are saying if all that is true then why am I hear with a check with your company name on it gin my insurance company The owner said he dont know and will not put my car in the shop but I can schedule another appointment for August 8 2017 like really are you serious 😡😡I took my car to Aiken Collision that some day and they started on it the next day I should have gone to them first it would of saved me weeks of waiting on a repair job Kellys Need to go to anger management and customer appreciation classes I will never recommend anyone to Kellys on York street in Aiken 😡😡😡

Did a horrible job on my camry. Went back several times and they still cant fix it. Aint worth it. I bet they make sure their vehicles are good!No need since all your company wants to do is keep gluing my bumper back to my car I called my insurance company and we took our business somewhere else. And they put a new bumper on for me since the many attempts of glue didnt work when I needed a new bumper from the start.Anyone that needs their car worked on think twice before coming here. Its was a major safety issue. All they wanna do is keep charging me to put glue on my bumper. It never stayed kept popping out and rubbing my tire and the ground. Very unsafe!!!! Will never go back nor recommend anyone.

Long story short. I had a wreck. I sent it to this shop for the workmanship and customer service my family received in the past. My vehicle was slightly dismantled before I signed any work release. I had question and concurs that werent answered completely. I was told a representative from my insurance company would have to look at my vehicle to determine what was caused by the accident and what was preexisting. That never happened, The shop called my insurance company instead of a insurance rep looking at my vehicle. Insurance company questioned what damaged I caused due to the shop calling them and not explaining the damaged I said I caused because of the accident.I had the vehicle moved to Classic Collision of Augusta. Had the insurance Representative look at my vehicle and listen to the events that happened before and after the accident. The insurance company determined that the damage in question was not preexisting, as stated by Kelly Paint and body and has authorized all repairs.

Excellent customer service and always do a great job on your vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.
