My mother and I had an appointment for 11am on Monday, January 21, 2019 to meet with a travel agent at AAA to discuss cruise options for our vacation this year. When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes and was then told that the lady our appointment was with was still busy but that another lady, I believe she was the manager, would help us. So, we went back to her desk and told her what type of cruise we were looking for and the dates we wanted to go. She began putting information into the computer and said that the website wasnt cooperating and asked if she could just take our information and email address and that she would get several cruises put together and would email us the information either that afternoon or the following day. Today is Monday, January 28 at 4:10pm and I have yet to get an email or a phone call from anyone at this agency. I feel that this is extremely poor customer service and would not recommend this agency nor would I ever try to use them again. We ended up booking a cruise on our own and got a great deal.

This is a great organization. All single persons need AAA just in case you break down on the road or lock your keys in the car. They are really a good help on trip pkanning also.

This AAA branch does not have it together. I will never use this branch again for anything, No one can help, Travel agent said she is the only one that can answer questions and make payments. Very bad response time your waiting days for someone to call you back. When you make a payment over the phone you have to waiting days before you get a confirmation number for your payment.
