The staff and crew at ServPro were excellent, personable and responsive. The quality of their work was very good, and they were a pleasure to work with. The quickly responded to our situation and even dealt with an additional problem that happened over the weekend. I could not be happier with our working experience with them, and I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with a water mitigation issue.

They are super friendly! Done an amazing job, I know if we have ANY other problems I will always have them as my first choice!!

Curtis has been at my house trying to get everything done by himself and has not stopped at getting everything done and back to normal for me and my family. .. I wish that USAA had assigned Southeastern Restoration to take care of my flooded kitchen/breakfast room from the very beginning. The Servpro folks were all very nice, but they neglected to completely dry everything out and now Im having to go thru the drying process all over again. I could not, in good conscience, recommend Servpro to anyone who has water damage. One thing I noticed was that the moisture meter Southeastern uses makes the one the Servpro guys used look like a toy.. maybe thats why they missed some areas still being over 40% wet. I called their office and asked for Todd to call me back over a week ago and he never returned my call.

I was interviewed for employment here. Even if I dont get a call back, I must say that this was the best interview Ive ever had. The husband and wife team of Mr. And Mrs. Brown are awesome! I hope I never need to use their services, since they clean up after a disaster like flooding and fire, but if I ever did, I would call Servpro first. Good people.

Very professional and courteous employees. They did a great job cleaning my carpet, which is 12 years old; and they left it looking brand new! Full disclosure: I work for Servpro, but I feel as though I should be able to post my opinion since work was performed in my home, and I was a Customer.

It’s hard to find a company that puts the customer first, but that is what SERVPRO OF AIKEN does. The owners are locals who are honest and there to help the locals in the community. I would recommend to anybody in a disaster situation.

We had a bad encounter with a Servpro employee at Prime Storage in Aiken yesterday. Our moving company had backed the moving van at an angle to an end door for access. They were about halfway complete unloading the 28 ft. Van when a Servpro employee driving a UHaul van rounded the corner and started shouting “you gotta straighten that up”! We thought he needed to get by to access another door. I offered to go open the other gate to grant him access, but he continued arrogantly shouting “straighten it up”, displaying a thug-like attitude. Our movers then started moving their truck to let him by. He then moved up and parked in their spot to unload! Our driver questioned him about it and he replied “they’s room for two trucks here, I axed you what side you want”. I said “we want back where we were”. He then moved and parked parallel to our truck. What a bully!!!!! If he represents Servpro, I would never do business with them!! His name is Tim.

Our sink had fallen thru and created a couple small patches of aspergillus. Explaining to servpro and even sending them the inspection report, they assured me it would hardly cost anything. The tech, curtis also saw it, showed me pictures and also assured me it would hardly cost anything. I paid the $150 for the estimate, & was told it would apply to my bill after they remove the 3 small patches. After repeatedly calling for 6 days, curtis tells me $1000. I nearly died. Apparently thats not a lot to them, just us common folk. I called for a,second opinion to another company who came out for FREE & removed it all & went above & beyond for $325. Thank you Paul Davis Restoration . SERVPRO will NEVER get my business.
