She was a super woman, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in addressing three customers at the same time. I needed to upgrade my iphone so I decided to check this location out since I was in the area. I was greeted by the manager I think his name is Riki and was very cordial and knowledgeable about iphones. Explained to me the new features..Between Iphone 5 and 11 is day and night lol. Overall, Iam very pleased and satisfied with my new iphone not to mention the exceptional service that I received. Im a critic but I also apreciates great customer service! AAA+++

Great store and even greater customer service!

This store is a ripoff. They told me my plan was going to be $100 a month. As I was walking out, the sales rep hands me a receipt that says my bill is going to be $178 a month. I took that to a corporate ATT store and confirmed they overcharged me. Came back to return the phone and put my service back the way it was and the sales rep gives me all the excuses in the book that they charged me correctly. I ask to put my service back and she says she can’t do it. Only MyATT service reps can. I call them in front of her on speakerphone. The MyATT rep said the store is supposed to do it.Do yourself a favor....stay away from this store and go to a corporate ATT store instead.
