Chris and Mike are amazing! We enrolled our kids here and were instantly impressed, after our kids participated in a recent competition they had; my wife and I decided to join as well and are very glad we did! Great workout while providing useful skills! Look forward to the classes to come!Right away Chris and Mike knew our names and took the time to work on some drills with us knowing that we needed some additional attention compared to the more experienced students. On a side note, the schedules for classes are outstanding as well! Works perfectly with a typical work week which is a rareity now days.

This is probably the worst experience we have ever had as a jiu jitsu gym. We walked in for the first time and there were two black belts and a purple belt there. No one addresses us as my daughter as it was our first time there. The instructors never came and talked to us nor our daughter. No introduction at all. So class started and one of the instructors came over finally and said if you want to jump in go ahead. The instructor said sign these forms. Nothing else was discussed. Usually they talk about how things are done and what to expect. We were there 30 minutes before class may I add. My daughter has done jiu jitsu for three years and loves everything that it stands for. At least what she has been taught through other Gracie Jiu Jitsu gyms. They went into what they called class where the purple belt instructor let another kid in the class beat on my daughter and did not stop it till we intervened. She know has a slightly separated shoulder, bruised arms and worse of all she has lost her faith in Gracie Jiu Jitsu as this is not what we thought the name stood for. We were told that they were training for a tournament and thats why it happened. Hurting children and students is not what should be happening in jiu jitsu. It is supposed to be an honorable martial art form and should be a building block to learning and self confidence in their students. Master Helio would be irate and disgusted to have his family name attached to this. This is not why he started jiu jitsu or his teachings. This is a disgrace. The black belt there did finally apologize to our daughter but the damage is already done. I hope no other child will ever have to experience this.

World-class instruction from Relson Gracie 1st generation black belts. While classes offered are jiu jitsu, kickboxing and escrima, self-defense is the core of the academy, Relsons curriculum stresses keeping you and your family safe. Not only are these disciplines fun but it is an unbelievable workout. And unlike many other current modes of exercise, this one is actually practical and could one day save your life.It can be intimidating walking into a jiu jitsu/kickboxing school but everyone at O2 leaves their egos at the door and are there to help each other learn and become better at the art as well as in life.Come down for a free introductory class and see how fun and addictive it is.
