Worst Geek Squad I have ever dealt with! If I could give it zero stars I would! I I set up an appointment to drop off my computer. At drop-off (a Monday) for data recovery, I was told it would be ready in two days and I would get a call. On Thursday after not receiving a call, I called only to be told the work had not even been started yet and it would be ready on Saturday. I received no call on Saturday, so I called on Sunday, and it was ready for pickup. I go to the store and was told everything was transferred. I get home and none of the information was transferred. So not only was their customer service terrible, their performance was even worse! I could have taken the bad customer service if only the job had been done. I already had trepidations about Best Buy and their Geek Squad in general, but this was the final straw. I will add though, this service is about par for the course for most businesses in Hawaii.
Very unprofessional.. didnt wanna help when I didnt have an appointment, so I scheduled one and had to wait 2 hours just for t he m to look at my phone and tell me they cant fix it. Very rude and condescending
I have been trying to 2 days to reach them and I get put on hold thru the prompts on the phone. I cannot get anyone to call. What am I paying for from Geek Squad

First off they never answer there phones. I went down there to find out there not taking any appointments. Didnt even give me an answer to when the next appointment would be. Than to top it off he asked if I want to renew my warranty for $190. So not only will I not get an appointment to fix my computer but they want $190 to renew my warranty to them.
I thought my 2 1/2 year old MacBook Pro was junk. It wouldnt even boot up and as soom as you turned it on the fan was screaming. Took it to Apple and they said 870 dollars to send off island and try to fix it. Brought it to geek squad had them back up my photos and things and then they sent it off island to their main tech place and 142 dollars later, reloading the operating system my laptop was running like brand new!! I couldnt have been happier!
Phone repair takes forever.
They almost never answer their phones but expect you to have an appointment to fix your insured electronics. No people skills and they refused to help me without an appointment
