If I could I would give Hawaiian Seat Covers 10 STARS!!! If you want custom fitted seat covers at the most affordable prices with the best neoprene material then look no further. As soon as I walked in the door Mr. Kim greeted me with open arms and the best customer service. The owner is a hard working friendly guy that goes over all of the available options to you and does not pressure you into buying anything. As you look around his shop you will see that he has the best products and installers in the Pacific. Seeing is believing and I did just that. I preordered two custom all black neoprene seat covers for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma and it was ready to install in less than two weeks! Mr. Kim also gave me the opportunity to meet the installers and they are very knowledgable and have tons of background experience with anything to do with CUSTOM car installations. Bryan who is the head installer was extremely skilled in the installation (I watched them throughout the entire process) and they DO NOT cut any corners. Bryan was even kind enough to give me a few pointers to take off the seat covers and reinstall them myself incase I wanted to wash them. However, for a small fee Hawaiian Seat Covers will take them off for you and reinstall the covers after you have washed them. The fee is so reasonable its why I chose this company to begin with! Think long term, easy and cost effective maintenance! By the way, the installation to begin with is FREE when you buy the seat covers! If the covers need a quick adjustment Mr. Kims wife is right there in the shop ready to make any final adjustments to give the best custom fit possible for your car seats. These people are masters in their craft. What a great hard working husband and wife team! I still cant believe the deal I got, the quality, and the perfection of installation. Friendly and trustworthy ownership and staff are always a bonus! Thank you so much Mr. Kim, you are truly a genuine local businessman who I cannot praise enough! Come on everyone, get rid of your cheap Costco seat covers that do not fit your carseats properly. Purchased a set front and back for a 2017 Nissan Altima, I purchased the water resistant all black set, they fit perfectly. The owner Bruce gave me a great price and had them hand made in Hawaii with in 2 weeks~ compared to Wet Okole which takes up to 2 months just to have them made and shipped to Hawaii and $200 dollars more! Ive known the Kims for almost 40 years. Weve had all 4 of our vehicles done by them. Superb craftsmanship, top shelf materials with over the top choices in the types and styles of seat covers.We got our dashmats here and when they did tinting they tinted my Camry and my GMC truck as well as the custom seat covers for both vehicles.My wife has a Toyota Rav4 and I now have a Ford F150. I am very Proud to say both of these have been covered by Hawaiian Seat Covers.The Kims stand behind their work with pride and honesty.

I had my car done there and made the mistake of leaving my kids portable games in the car. Came back to pick up the car and it wasn’t there. Spoke to the owner immediately and he said that they didn’t see it. Never saw those games again. I don’t recommend this shop at all. Poor workmanship and shady employees. A little cheaper than the other shop.

Good staff, quick, inexpensive, good quality

I went down to the store and chose a style and specific color and pattern. They assured me that it will be custom made to my satisfaction and I paid the total due in advance. After 3 and 1/2 weeks I called to ask when it would be ready, They curtly said the pattern was out of stock and they needed to order it and would call when ready. Finally after 6 weeks they called to say it was ready and I made an appointment for the installation. They hid the fabric from me until it was installed. Upon picking up the vehicle I found out they switched the print material to a different color without telling me. This was NOT RIGHT! Under no circumstances would I recommend this company. I felt taken advantage of.

Lousy job took it back 4 times nothing fix right all was done was pulled then off the other side THE PATTERN WAS CUT WRONG TO SHORT instead of doing over just pulled. So inconvient taking it back with nothing done right Recommend another place BRAND NEW CAR TOO CRAPY JOB WISH I DIDNT DO IT THERE
