Personally, this has been by far the best customer service experience I received when it came to getting both of my vehicles insured. Brett Medley, the gentleman who assisted me today, provided me with the utmost gratitude and professionalism from start to finish. After inquiring about a quote, I received two e-mails, both State Farm, but from a different agency. I got Bretts e-mail after the other agency messaged me first, but decided to go with Brett as he seemed more willing to assist me judging by how much information he provided in the e-mail i.e. already letting me know how I can save more, saving the auto quote via PDF format just in case I didnt save it the first time, etc. Versus the other e-mail which, to sum it all down, just said if you have any questions, or need help purchasing the policy, let me know. Just very un-enthusiastic and un-willing and thats what drew me away. Anyway, Brett took me in earlier than the appointed time we scheduled for as I came in early and he pretty much had all the documents I needed laid out in front me! It was a quick and easy process. He saved me from making a trip to my current insurance place as they required a signature from me to cancel the policy, but Brett assured me hell take care of it. He answered ALL the questions I had and before you know it, I was walking out the door a very happy customer. Mahalo again to Brett Medley and the rest of the team at the Sean Huh Agency!
