Good selection of new and used pianos at the Agoura location. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth a visit!

This was the cheapest and possibly one of the best piano moving services in the entire district. Perhaps they will raise their prices by the time you read this, but if so it’s hard to believe they will be unreasonable. The service was great and they were swift at moving my grand piano from one part of town to the other. I have hope and confidence that they would do the same for you. Five stars easy.

Ive never bought a piano from them, but Ive been trying to get my piano repaired for a few years and there seems to be a constant communication problem. I would look somewhere else for repairs. Others may have had better luck.This is an update from a month ago. We finally were able to meet in person at the piano store where my piano was being stored. This was before Ben had seen my review.We discussed the issues of repair and he graciously had my piano returned to me and gave me a full refund, after we agreed repair would not be done. I was very happy with this resolution.

Went in June knowing very little about what I was looking for. Cody was so helpful in explaining what to keep in mind while buying. We narrowed down what we were looking for and Cody would send us updates whenever a piano came in that met that criteria. Just had our new piano delivered this week and we are so happy! 10/10 experience

Intimate setting with beautiful selection. Anna, the familys floor representative, is relaxed, welcoming and knowledgeable. She encouraged our taking time to sample pianos and compare for preference. Highly recommend!

We purchased a digital piano from them two years ago. My son took advanced level piano lessons there. We also used their piano moving service twice to move our grand piano. All the services we received from them were excellent. Piano moving charge they asked were by far the best around. Their moving guys were unbelievabley kind and professional. I highly recommend them.

Great family owned and run business. Not only do they have a large selection of new and used pianos, but they will deliver it and service it. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben Knauer at this location. They assisted me in moving my 1927 Steinway from Sacramento to Southern California. His Movers were careful and capable and his price was very competitive. All in all I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to move their piano. I have also considered them restoring my piano and will update my review at that time.
