Took a very short amount of time to get everything that I needed. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

I love these guys! Covid stops me from heading in there and having one conversations like I used to but they still have everything you need when you need it. Nick rails has saved the day for me on a few occasions when I either needed strings or picks or a new bow.

Great place- I’ve taken cello lessons with Hector and it was a great experience! Also, every time I needed help with my instruments the staff has always been of great help! Would definitely recommend 👍

I was really pleased to find this place to rebuild my daughters viola. They didnt send it out to be fixed since they had the knowledge and staff to take care of it.

We wouldnt recommend their rent to equity program. Firstly, you can get store credit, but you must purchase a muscial instrument on the day you return the instrument youre renting. Otherwise, your credit is unredeemable. Additionally, you cant buy any accessories (ex: a bow or books) but only an instrument.Secondly, your instrument choices are really limited.Thirdly, when you buy a musical instrument from them with store credit, you have to pay for the MSRP, which is the full price and a lot more expensive than the sale price.Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

This music store is amazing. I used to work and teach there, and had a wonderful experience. The staff is knowledgable, kind, and dedicated to customer service. The private teachers are also awesome.I have since moved to Northern California, and wish there was a store like that near me!

Great business. My son needed to get a higher end trombone. According to all characteristics Yamaha shouldve been the ticket but he never played it before and wanted to try it before committing. Guess what: nobody had it in stock. General consensus was: pay two and a half grands and see if you like it... Except for Nick Rail. They located exactly the instrument I was looking for, transferred it to store near me and my son got a chance to try it alongside few other competing instruments, assuring him that that was the right choice. Good for me, good for them to get a nice sale right before closing on Christmas eve ;)

Everyone at this store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am the mother of middle school band students with no previous knowledge of band instruments. Nick Rail has made it easy to get what we need.

Both my kids go to 88 Keys and we have been going almost a year. The staff is great and they work with you to make sure the teachers match your childs learning style.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM. GO ONLINE AND GET WHAT YOU NEED 4 TIMES CHEAPER THEN HERE. I rented a Sax for my daughter for 3 years paying $61.00 per month for an Alto Accent Sax with an option to buy. When the 3 years were completed they said that only 2 years applied for the buy option. I said ok how much more do i need to buy it? They still wanted $900 plus and i had already paid $1800 on rental and this type of Sax sell for $350 used online. I tried to use the money to buy something else because i had to get something equal or higher value as long as it was a band instrument. I ask for a clarinet that had the price of $1900 and they said that if i wanted that one I had to pay the resale price of $2400 so i still needed out of pocket $600 and I said but the price says $1900 and with no shame at all they said thats for someone that comes in and buys it here in the store but since you are using credit then you have to pay de resale price. The customer service was terrible and the way they steal peoples money and taking advantage of students its totally wrong. I hope they are giving money back to the schools for having them as the renters for their bands.
