I am visiting the area for Enshrinement Week 2021. Chrystal’s Nails was one of the few salons that did manicures, pedicures and waxing. When I arrived I was greeted as if I was a regular. I am a natural introvert, but Jenny and Tommy pulled me into their light hearted banter with ease. I received an amazing manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax and I am ready for the big event. I also spent a pleasant afternoon with two lovely people. Jenny and Tommy are an area treasure and a service at Chrystal’s Nails should be a on a “must do” list if you are visiting the area.

I have used this service for 14 years for both manis and pedis. Never have I had any infections which happened in another salon I used before working with Jenny and Tommy. Very pleasant and happy atmosphere. Always a pleasure to be there getting work done. in 14 years they have been very accommodating to my needs and I would recommend this place to everyone!

This was a wonderful experience for myself and my kids. I have been to many nail salons and this was the most welcoming and fun experience because the staff make your experience enjoyable all while doing a great job! Thank you - would definitely recommend and will be back!

Tommy and Jenny always make me feel at home! I consider them friends of mine! They are a great team! My nails are awful but they do a great job, my nails are able to grow and look great after every visit to Crystal Nails!

I went to get an acrylic set with my sister and was amazed by how nice and good they are! We waited a little longer than usual, but that’s because we were walk ins and they had appointments come in. I am a patient person and am very understanding, but they gave us a discount for our wait. I can’t wait to go back and get my fill and new design! They made conversation with us and I can’t wait to be a regular!

I love his place and have been going for years. Its been Tommy and Jenny for years (so I believe the other reviewer has the wrong establishment.)This husband and wife duo are spot on! Always take the extra time to make sure your needs are met and that youre relaxed. They offer a great selection of polishes and services and are always polite and professional. Theyre fun to talk to and always remember their patrons, you can tell that they really care about their work and their business.I have gone here for every big event, including my wedding and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Tom and Jenny are like family. Once you go there they are always good to you and do a great job. Nails are always looking nice and stay nice. Its the place you can go to where everybody knows your name..Peggy

This place is by far one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. I left with gel nail polish all around my fingernails and the man attempting to take off the nail polish started filing my finished nails. Need list to say I spent $30 and I can guarantee a five-year-old couldve done a better job.

The owners are always polite and friendly! You can make an appointment but they are also great at fitting you in if you walk in. They are quick but do it right and make sure you are happy!

Terrible. I asked for a quick pedicure due to the fact that I was on my lunch break.. They women were very rude. I was the only customer and they were working on each others feet (which apparently was more important) I then accidently kniced my large toe and asked her if she could fix it.. she huffed and puffed and reprimanded me that the nails were not dry and I should not have been moving. Mind you.. I get pedicures every 2 weeks . .I think I know that!
