Every time I have come here the employees are very nice, respectful and efficient at helping me with shipping items or tracking down a package.I have shown up with an item that needed to be shipped and an address and had an employee take care of getting packaging materials and getting it all packaged up and shipped.

I came here for the first time to mail a package and to buy some stamps. They also sell hallmark cards here. The inside of this place is very nice. The employees are nice and friendly. The parking lot is medium sized and it has handicap accessible entrance and handicap parking. The floors look clean and they also have po boxes. I even put up a photo of this place.

I received informed delivery on the 28th of June informing me that i have 2 pieces of mail. It is now the 1st of July and NO MAIL has been delivered to anyone in the building i reside in. Even though i live in West Springfiled, Agawam post office deliveres the mail to my residence. My wife called yesterday the 30th and was told no mail is at the post office for our address so it must be out for delivery I have 1 question WHERE IS OUR MAIL!!!

Always have problems with package delivery. They have lost so much mail and packages that my family had to drive out and look for them. Bad overall service

I had my fitbit break and they company asked me to send it in for a replacement. They told me to print the label and take it in, get an envelope/box and usps would tape the label on if I couldn’t get a sticker myself.I didn’t think anything of it. When I got there at open one day, there was a long line to the door because Of the new social distancing guidelines which is okay I understand that. But i was very disappointed when I got to the front and the older gentleman working gave a bit of an attitude when I asked him to tape my label on. After I payed for the envelope, He then ended up throwing my package down with the others before me with my label unattached. It has now been 10 days and my package is not there yet and while I am still being optimistic I am just voicing my opinion on the lack of professionalism I witnessed.

They don’t know how to pick up a phone smh

I have sent a couple of packages with them and in every time, really helpful, fast and efficient staff with a very nice attitude. I dont like giving reviews because of Googles privacy policies but they were really good (among other branches Ive worked with) I had to write something.

This post office is just fine. One of the workers knows me and gets my packages for me as Im walking up to the counter. Ive also had employees triple check the shelves, and find packages for me that I didnt even have a slip for. They are great. If you have a problem, then you dont know how the post office works :)

Carrier has shoved boxes in my tiny condo mailbox 2x now. Put in a complaint and I get a voicemail from a Matthew (Matthew Weir I’m assuming based off of the email I got) at the Agawam office basically telling me to check my mail more often so it isn’t full of mail? Clearly he did NOT even read the complaint because it specifically was about the fact they are SHOVING BOXES in that are too big to be put in there to begin with. Not sure how he missed the part when my partner cut his hand open trying to pry the box out the first time it happened, which was 8 days before the second box was shoved in. Not even sure why Agawam delivers to me when I live in West Springfield.

My package shipped to my old address, I called and kept in touch with Jason who did a great job contacting the carrier and retrieving the package for me.

Chronically delivers our mail to wrong address. Chronically makes excuses for not delivering packages to our house - saying incomplete address - we’ve received 100s of packages from Amazon - through USPS - never changing our address - and yet our carrier from this Post Office - does not deliver the day they are due and lists bogus reasons.Update - Again they missed delivery date - - delivered the mail but not our package - it was in the carriers truck but guess it was too much effort to put it in the mail box. This is continuing to be a problem. Disappointed in their service.

I Cant rate the office so poorly based on the poor performance of the carriers or lack of adequate help alone. The staff are friendly and helpful in agawam but the delivery of Amazon packages really sucks.The false status updates claiming they cant access the building etc. are annoying.Just face it, you cant handle the PRIME

My important package has been in town, in transit for a week and now its delayed. I could have literally picked it up myself last week in about an hour. What a complete joke the post office is. Want to go there? They close at 5 so you literally cant if you have a job.

So my parents and I moved into a new house that we built, did the change of address forms, and its been about a month and we havent received any mail, they have sent or mail back to the sender and now we have to pay late fees because we havent received our mail to pay our Bills. Will USPS cover our late fees? My parents went 3 times and they gave the same excuse its all good your address is in our system, just give us your number and we will call you about your mail. No call ever since and no mail.Recently my Amazon package couldnt be delivered because they couldnt get access to the front door, driveway, or mailbox. My driveway was clear of any cars or snow on that day, it is easy to get to the door, and there is a big black mailbox with our address easy to access also. So what is going on? Really does suck to be honest, Im sure some people have it good but my experience is horrible right now.

Rude Rude Rude. I live in West Spfld and don’t understand why Agawam does our delivery, every time you call the response is so rude. They deliver wrong mail to my house even though I clearly have names posted on the front mailbox. They don’t leave slips when delivering. Retraining is needed!

The post office workers are super nice & helpful. Even offered to hold a package for me to come pick up.

I wish I can give 0 stars. Sold an item on ebay, gave it to them, never scanned it and is now lost (or stolen) I go in for more info and they are very un helpful, some are nice, but un helpful. They refuse to check if the package is in the facility and they are convinced it shipped out. It did not. I know it didnt. Im now getting fines from ebay and im out $400 dollars. So thank you USPS of Agawam. Really appreciate the awesome help. Also over heard teller and customer laughing about me as I walked out. Terrible. Just terrible.

After 10 years of living in Agawam, and using this post office a lot via ebay, Amazon and other, I have not had a single issue with them.

Leaving review after 7 years of consistently bad service with this post office. If its remotely important or time sensitive use UPS or FEDEX.

Dont uderstand why theres such an issue delivering packages and why they keep getting sent back to sender for the 3rd time! havent recieved normal mail in over 2 weeks.

Holds your package and makes you reschedule for no reason. Ive had nothing but negative experience with usps. They always hold packages and deliver late in the day.

My dog just got pepper sprayed for absolutely no reason right in front of me ! The Agawam post office clerks are always polite, patient, and knowledgable.

They are not happy what they do never got my mails on time too many excuses mails are either not delivered or never on time paid thousands extra dollars for not receiving the bills and mail on time always have a new mail man or a rude woman showin up putting the mails outside of mail boxes for all our building residents living here for over 15 years.... what a piece of ......management staff and ......springfield postal service and mail man i love him and they alway got good tips on easter newyear and christmas from me

Absolutely ridiculous that a package of mine has been sitting at the agawam post office for 5 business days. Agawam post office needs to get it together. I get how the sure post thing works but I can also see when it arrived at the post office. No reason for it to be sitting and not scanned

I have lived here 20 years, at real companys you get fired for playing games with customers. the problem here goes back to the post master and just a couple employees. their have been a lot of issues since our mail delivery switched from west springfield to agawam delivery.

Delivery problems with packages being shown on line as out for delivery when they are at the post office. refusing to deliver packages and the list goes on.

I dont know what is up with all these negative reviews, ive had multiple instances where I needed help with finding a package and the clerks have always been polite and helpful.

Horrible! We have had so much mail go missing/undelivered. If we put things on the mailbox for pickup; they rarely take it. We get the incorrect mail all the time. Honestly the worst mail service
