Rob came out to our house and cleaned our 20 by 40 outside patio. The work was stupendous! It came out better than I could have imagined! They were very professional and did the job completely and cleaned up well. The patio is about 15 years old and they made it look almost new. I recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

The Grimaldi team rocked it again - no longer signs of cats or a dog in my carpet. They were also able to get a red Gatorade stain out of the ottoman.

Wow! what a wonderful job Grimaldis did on our rug and furniture! Our carpet is SHADES lighter; and now beautiful again. We gave them some s furniture to clean that had been stored in a basement for over 10 years and it looks brand new. Fabulous job! The carpets were long overdue, due to COVID. I really thought I was getting them cleaned, so That I could live with them a little longer, before replacing them. A professional carpet cleaning service who have been in the business since 1968 arrived at my house on time and ready to attack my carpets. I called Grimaldi Carpet Cleaning less than a week prior to moving out of state, requesting a deep cleaning of my sofa, area rug, and two large mattresses. I was in a bit of a panic because of the time crunch, and the team was ON IT! Had finally decided that cleaning the grout lines on our 350 sq ft ceramic tile floor was not a job I wanted to do on my hands and knees anymore:). Our once ‘sand’ colored grout was now ‘brown’’. Called Grimaldi on a Monday, received an estimate and scheduled for Wednesday. That morning they called to confirm and arrived an hour later. Fully described the process and set expectations and confirmed pricing. Also open to taking on other jobs so I added an 8x10 area rug and carpeted stair treads. 2 person team worked for 3 hours steam cleaning the floor, even hand scrubbing the stubborn areas.I am 100% satisfied with the results. Floor is 23 years old and looks brand new. The grout appearance is almost back to original color. Rugs also came out well. Very reasonable pricing. $1/sq foot. Everything left in great shape when they left. Wish I had made this decision 23 years ago! Grimaldi’s team’s friendly professionalism was an added bonus. Fully satisfied and will definitely use them again.

Robert cleaned my kitchen floor which had about 53 years of dirt and grime on it. He applied about 4 Coates of wax on it after cleaning and the difference was night and day.

Excellent job, I couldnt believe how the floors came out! Our floors are over 30 years old, and looked it. I thought there was no way these can be cleaned, I even started looking at prices for getting new flooring. Somebody told us about Grimaldis so we thought why not try it. I work in building maintenance and know what you go through to strip and wax floors, thought for sure these were beyond hope as I tried to do them with little success. Their process is amazing, melts the dirt and old wax quickly. They did our kitchen, hallway and bathroom in about 2 hours. I highly recommend anyone who needs floor cleaning to try Grimaldis, they do good work at a fair price!

Absolutely blown away by the customer service I received today. My friend who is disabled had another company give her the run around and not stick to the original time that was planned prior. It was important that her rug was cleaned today. Furniture had been moved and getting around her apartment was difficult due to physical limitation. I discovered Grimaldi’s Cleaning Service on Facebook . I read the reviews and decided to call them for an appointment to clean three bedrooms and 4 area rugs. They made the appointment pretty quickly and arrived at my home at the scheduled time. Rob went through my home to see the areas and give me a price before starting. I ended up have two more area rugs done plus my kitchen and bathroom floors. The prices were very reasonable for the work involved. Paid $495.00 8/26/19 for a poor rug cleaning result. Had 3 area rugs done and some grout in the kitchen. We did not expect rugs to look like new but only one looked like it was cleaned, and not well. We steam cleaned these rugs ourselves a few years ago and thought a professional job would be a notable improvement. It was not. Men showed on time and were here about two hours total. They did help us move a rolled up rug. (not part of their job} We called Grimaldis and spoke with Linda, who was always cordial. She offered to have the men return to look, but at that point we decided to not deal with them any more.The grout in the kitchen of our newly purchased home could have been left alone but we bought into the sales pitch. Turned out it that little bit of work added $100.00 to the bill.

My mom had a medical emergency and needless to say her bed was in pretty bad shape. My brother got in touch with Rob and he was at my house within 45 mins to clean my moms bed. I am so disappointed with their customer service. I was quoted one price on the phone, and then upon arrival I was told there was a minimum fee regardless what I was quoted, which is fine if the quality of work is worth it. I had an 8x10 area rug cleaned. I was told it would dry within 24-48 hours. 5 days later the carpet is still damp and smells like a wet dog. I also have two large wrinkles in the carpet now that I cant straighten out. I called to speak with someone about my concerns and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was told that I should air my carpet outside to dry. In the middle of February I should drag my 8x10 carpet outside to dry?! I was also told that they have been out of the office for a week with the flu and that theres nothing they can do right now, as theyre out of sorts getting back in the office for the first time in a week. I can sympathize with that, but I wasnt getting any sympathy on their end for a damaged, smelly carpet. I ended up rolling the carpet up and disposing of it. I couldnt take the smell, especially because I have two young children that play on this carpet every day. Extremely disappointed that I had to throw out my carpet that is 6 months old! I will not be using their services again!

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Grimaldi for carpet cleaning and they always do a fantastic job. On time and reasonably priced.
