They get the job done. Recently, the staff have demonstrated a friendlier service level which is appreciated. They request folks wear a mask upon entering their store which is just fine with me. The owner doesnt seem to find engaging with his customers as either necessary or enjoyable.

Crowded and chaotic in a busy parking lot. They have a limit of people and a mask requirement (no problem with either) BUT they are only enforcing the customer limit and yet allowing people in without masks, and the employees are slow and rude. The older guy in charge was yelling about people needing to step out, and then didn’t say a word to the men standing right beside him without masks. I’ve taken my business to the Crestwood location, will not return to Grasso.

Very annoyed. Dropped off two amazon package returns last night and waited in line to get a receipt. I glanced at the receipt and saw two scans, different weights, and left. I get an email later that night that one return has been refunded but nothing on the other item (which was rather expensive). I check the return receipt and the older woman owner who checked me out scanned the same package twice with the same tracking number showing up twice on my receipt. It still shows UPS waiting for item for the other more expensive item and now I’m worried if it will scan at all. What a hassle. I’ve had issues at this location before and while I know mistakes happen, it shouldn’t be that hard in dealing with only two packages not to scan the same one twice? We even conversed about how receipts are important and I love getting refunds right away when scanned. I’m very worried my refund is in limbo now. Between this and the older male owner who is very gruff, I think I’ll drive a bit to go to another UPS.

My 67 year old Mom needed to print 1 thing for her doctor to sign so she could go back to work after having been off for a while from finding out she had blood cancer and other health issues. She asked the lady who was working in the morning of 3/16/21 for help and she literally said she would not help her and was very rude and dismissive! I instead to my Mom to FexEx cause they are much nicer and easier to use anyway and got her the copies she needed. What an awful experience! My Mom said they made her feel stupid and she wanted to cry!

Ive used this location several times. Once there was a problem with a package I sent and the owner personally called me at home, after hours to reassure me that he would make sure things were taken care of...and they were. I mailed packages for Christmas and the staff couldnt be more patient and helpful. The people waiting in the Covid enforced line werent very gracious to the employees and thats too bad, they work very hard to please everyone here.

I went to UPS to send a package overseas. I have used UPS in the past and was fairly satisfied. This time I sent it to avoid a long delivery time from the post office in the Philippines. I shipped the package on the 15th of December and realized after I shipped it that my tracking is with United States Postal Service. The last entry was December 29th and nothing since. I shipped the package UPS but they then shipped it USPS. I was told the transit time was 6 to 10 days with delays because of Covid. I guess I will learn from my mistake and from now on I will pay half as much and take my package to USPS myself. I don’t even know who to contact because it isn’t being shipped by UPS and it’s been over a month now. I am very disappointed with UPS and thankfully I won’t have to use them ever again and shipping with USPS is so much cheaper. USPS actually got the other packages I sent to the Philippines in 10 days or less.

I have been in the customer service industry for about 10 years and I would never speak to customers the way the rude older gentleman does. I used to go there a lot (mostly easy amazon returns) as it’s right by my house and no matter what any customer says or asks, he will have a rude response back.

I think this building should be condemned. Theres serious metal fatigue in all the load-bearing members, the wiring is substandard, its completely inadequate for our power needs, and the neighborhood is like a demilitarized zone.

The owners of this store are always so kind and helpful. Just this evening I went to pick up some prints, and Dennis (I believe that’s his name!) has all 80 of my prints folded for me, without me even requesting it in the order. I really appreciated this small gesture! Truly great business owners and employees here.

This store always handles my shipping and printing needs with care. As a small business owner of an online business, I rely on getting packages to my customers on time and in perfect condition. In my 3 years of doing business with Dennis and Mary, the owners, I havent had a single issue. They work tirelessly to meet their customers needs and I am thankful to have them in the area.

I feel bad giving two stars and I never feel inclined to give a poor review but the young lady behind the UPS counter should not be working in customer service. I asked her a simple question, and she then sarcastically told me I had to print out the label myself with a laugh as if I should know this. Lady, sorry I don’t know the ins and outs of package delivery but I too work in customer service and would never treat a patient this way.All the other workers in the store seemed very friendly and helpful but I think I’ll use the UPS on Manchester from now on.. less attitude there. Merry Christmas angry little lady.

Dennis and his crew will do whatever they can to fill your shipping needs in a courteous and professional manner. I used this store for years while living in the area and always felt comfortable asking questions, comparing rates, making copies, requesting special receipts, storing packages for a short-term prior to delivery, whatever I needed done they communicated in a pleasant and can-do fashion.

Ive used this UPS store for print jobs, shipping packages and even had them make four poster-size signs for me.Every time they have been very helpful, making sure to give me exactly what I needed. They always call us when the job is finished so we dont have to wonder.If I need something done quickly I will just go to the Bread Company next door and they take care of me while I wait.

Every time I come here, pure rudeness. I’ve been treated better at any USPS store. I ran out of shipping tape halfway through packing a small envelope and was told I need to be prepared with it fully taped before I step foot in the store or it will cost me. I have never been treated nicely here. I’m going to start driving the extra 15 minutes somewhere else with a UPS store.

Customer service seemed very annoyed to be working. Very rude gal in the front. Pretty easy all I asked was for a box to be taped. I had label ready and everything. Pretty easy youd think. I interrupted her social session I guess. And was told .75 cents. I said thank you and walked away with cold shoulder not stating anything to me. Throwing my open box around like I wasnt even there anymore. Terrible customer service.

I used this store once and would never use it again. The man that is the owner was extraordinarily rude and nasty not only to my friend and I but to the people who were being waited on when we arrived. After this incident my friend suggested to me to use the UPS Store in CWE and I did..The people there were very professional and nice. AVOID the UPS Store Grasso Plaza youll be happy that you did. Extremely rude service. I wouldve rated it zero stars if that was an option.

Yesterday, UPS Store lost a 14 year loyal customer. Right after UPS Store bought out Kinkos and they advertising campaign proclaiming that they charge the same at UPS Stores as the UPS Main Locations, I started using the UPS Store location in Grasso Plaza. The manager/owner assured me on every visit that the prices were the same. Yesterday, I ran a quote on the website for a 6 pound package with $800 insurance, and was quoted $18.51. At the Grasso UPS Store, they asked for $26.51. After six hours of arguing with them and calls to the 800 numbers for UPS and UPS Store Corporate, and it is revealed that the UPS Store locations are NOT owned by UPS, and the Grasso UPS Store Owner is charging me $2.15 per one hundred dollars of insured valuation, instead of the $1.00 that UPS authorizes and charges. (And the UPS Store has been doing this for 14 years). I will not go back. I have been paying these thieves a 30% upcharge for the privilege of doing business with them, and that stops now. I am going back to driving my packages down to the UPS Office on Jefferson, and the 30% savings will more than pay for the gasoline and time it takes to get there and back.

If busy , he can seem rude but he is not ,everything I needed to do got done ,AT&T returns , Dynex returns etc.gets done . Painless . I do not need a popsicleor other treat.The parking is the issue now ,that darn gym opened & very hard to park now.It is only a block away , so I love it.

Very pissed poor customer service. The woman behind the counter on 6/16/16 was very rude and not helpful.. she lost packaged and thretened people with police. She should be fired. I will make sure no one does business here as long as she works there.
