Aries was our 2nd bid to repair a crack on our cast iron pipe below our basement floor. The 1st company thought it would be a 5 day job. Aries made the repair in a day and a half. I could not be more pleased with their work, from their owner to their office staff to the actual crew.I highly recommend Aries Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

We had Aries out to our home back in September to diagnose and fix a leak that was occurring in our shower upstairs. It was causing a leak on the main level ceiling. The repair tech that was sent out was nice, but could not diagnose the leak on 2 separate occasions. We usually have another plumber that we use. However, he was 6-8 weeks out.Basically, we spent roughly $200.00 to not have the leak fixed or diagnosed properly. Eventually, our normal guy was available and he diagnosed it in less than 30 minutes and fixed it within an hour.

Jimmy fixed my water pressure problem very quickly. Ive been suffering with low water pressure for YEARS. I avoided calling anyone because I thought it was going to cost A LOT! Not so. I cant wait to take a shower!

Jeff was knowledgeable and thorough, and talked us through the whole process as he investigated and repaired a leak from our tub into the basement below. He was a pleasure to hang out with and did very good work 👍

Before starting the job, the plumber informed me that they charge an hourly rate of $125 (on the expensive side for plumbing, but fine). In just under an hour of work and a $20 T&P valve for my water heater, I was charged a “flat fee for T&P valve replacement” of $231 and was made an appointment for my original request of installing a drip pan (estimated over $400 + parts...). I cancelled my future appointment with this company and won’t do business with them again. The plumber was nice, but the pricing is a scam. If you disregard this review and book with Aries Pluming anyway, ask to see their “flat fee” book before your appointment. It would have been nice to know that I was agreeing to an absurdly high price for a simple service before I committed.

Responded in a timely manner and set up appointment for the next day. Jeffrey Turner arrived on time, found the problem and had it fixed quickly. I was very pleased with the results. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

They do not stand up to their word and when they make errors they do not try to fix them. Rhonda will just talk to you like shes filing her nails and not try to make exceptions to correct the error they themselves made.Also, notice how they never comment on the negative reviews. Its because they are true and they have no defense. Go with RotoRooter, they will always make it right.

Plumber was professional but skipped a couple minor steps on the installation. Was able to fix the issues that came up a few days later. Last time I ever hire a non union plumbing outfit.

I believe the plumber/repairman that came out was named Micheal. He was very professional, willing to answer questions about other issues and was on time the next day after calling for their service. These were honest people, they didnt overcharge or attempt to, in fact they knocked off $100 because the city had turned the water off and it saved them some labor which they passed onto me. On October 24, 2019 I phoned Aries Plumbing. My first question was do you do plumbing work in Florissant. The question was ignored and I was told the first thing I had to have done was to have the pipes videod and they recommended a company for the camera work.. No matter what I asked I was told they couldnt talk to me about the plumbing until I had the camera work done. So I called the company they recommended. Had the camera work done. When I called back to set up an appointment with Aries Plumbing, I was told they didnt do work in Florissant. They finally responded to my very FIRST question. To me that is not the way to do business. Being informative to the customer before you have their money in your pocket is important too!

I will never consider another plumbing company! Not only do they provide quality plumbing work, but they are great people. I have used Aries Plumbing twice for fairly big jobs, and they always do exactly what they say they will do for the best price around. Recently, I used them to replace the copper water pipes that were stolen from my home three days before the closing to sell the property. They completely re-arranged their schedule, and worked, greater than 12 hours, to finish the work in one day so that we could still close on time. The girls in the office are wonderful and the communication could not be better. Keep up the great work Aries!!

These guys are great. They had to take apart a ceiling, a wall which they did through a closet instead of the hall, and had to do 3 stories. They were experts, kind, courteous and the best money I have spent. They did this 3 years ago and I still love them. They know their business and get it done. They also were the right amount and did not rob me blind.

We used Aries Plumbing for a few different jobs after hearing about them from a relative. They have done great work and are a very senior citizen friendly company. They always take time to explain to us what our options are. Every time we have gotten great service and a senior citizen discount. Very friendly and professional people all the way from the office to the plumbers.

Excellent service! I had rotted pipe in the foundation of my basement, and Aries was the first (out of five other companies) to come in and give me assurance that they could take care of it. They got the job done in about half a day. This included excavation, repair, concrete and cleanup. Additionally, they found that the original installation had not been done correctly, and they gave me several options on how to handle it. This job could have cost double what their original quote was, but they found a way to keep it as affordable as possible. The master plumber even came out to review the situation with me and made sure that the crew had everything they needed to finish the job. They are straight-shooters and they wont BS you!

Our water heater died on Christmas Eve and we immediately began calling plumbing companies with high ratings the day after Christmas. Most told us they couldnt get out to see our water heater for several days and that the new unit itself would then need to be found. Our daughters wedding was on the 30th and we were making alternate plans to receive hotel rooms for the weekend when Aries called us back to say that theyd had a cancellation and could get someone out within the hour. Aries was fabulous and, despite the fact that plumbing supply stores were closed on December 26th, they called in a favor and had a new water heater delivered to our home and installed that same day. So, a happy wedding that weekend! They truly went out of their way to get us back into hot water and the plumber himself was terrific.

Quick, friendly service. Jimmy called right before he got to the house and did a great job, not only fixing our problem, but cleaning up too!

They completely charged me a ridiculous amount to install a toilet and sink. I was told I would pay an hourly rate and their plumber was onsite for 4 hours. Instead they charged me $850.00 and claimed they had set rates for those two items. I called to complain and to figure out a resolution however they didnt care.

Super fast response, everyone was pleasant, got the job done quickly. Will call again in the future for sure.
