If you are looking for a math tutor, I would recommend Vijay. He is very patient, concerned with how you learn and will adapt to your style of learning, and is willing to work with you if you extra time to pay the fees. I was enrolled in a college algebra class and he helped me understand the material well enough to pass the class with a B even though I dont like math.
