I filed a complaint but there hasnt been any investigation started.

They never return calls. They only communicate via snail mail and fax. I am going to be forced to apply for medicaid in person with my whole family present so that tjey actually do their jobs.

So far, they have been great. Some how, I feel like I am just waiting for the other shoe to fall.

They are helping my family and have resources to reach out!! Great staff...was treated as a human being

Everytime you call the front desk NEVER answers no matter what time of the day it is. It is almost like they feel they are being burdened by people trying to get any kind of help. And when you finally do get to someone they want to all say, do you know how many people I have on my caseload? if you are that overwhelmed, then maybe youre in the wrong line of work.

I dont like going there,But when i have to they do what they can to help ya ,or steer ya in the right direction, Nice workers

The reception people lie and so does amanda clark the reception person never told me there was a30 day turn around on applications she said said she was going to look for my case worker and said she could not find her amanda just called me and sai the reception did tell me that because she was sitting rigjt next to her tried to call her suppervisor and dialed 0 they would not pick up phone if i did not need the help i would not have applied do your job and quit lieing

I’ve had the same case worker since I was in high school and I’ve been done for six years and she will never call me back and finally today I called and she answered and she blamed me for her not answering her voicemails because I should go in apparently she’ll answer her emails but not voicemails and it’s my fault she said not hers hate this place they treat you like you don’t even matter and then when they messed things up they blame you.

People were very polite at DMV. But took 3 1/2 hours to get plate.

My 86 year old mother has been having issues with her case worker since she was transferred to he. She calls her, leaves a message and never gets a return call. Today, 02/22/2018 my mom gets a notice, the first one in a for months stating they are canceling her Medicare, Medicaid seems to me they would give more than a months notice.

Because the people who work there do not do their job and theyre very rude

The Adrian department of human services is not a friendly place the welfare office has some rude caseworkers who act like they dont want to do there jobs and that when you ask for help that it comes out of there pockets and that they expect you to eat off ten or sixteen dollars. They are there to help the homeless and needy but act like it a burden not at all like it used to be.

No ones ever answers the phone...Ive tried several times to contact my case work lisa brown and I never get an answer email or call back.ine Been told I didnt return in papers when I had delivered them!!! now I that I re filled out the application like she said to. The one time I got ahold of her all over again for the 3rd time its showing everything has is pending and has been pending since December 27th 2016... so looked around online and I just found this info today ....its showing closed cases where my caseworkers name is so post to be ... ugh so fed up with this place But desperately need the help with medical assistance for my daughter whom has ADHD and her medication is over $333.00 with out insurance... no way in hell can I afford that. They need to replace the staff with people who actually want to work and help people!!!

Been trying for 2 months to get my worker lisa brown who refuses to answer her phone ever and will not return calls. she has cost me a job and is just a person who should not be in this type of position, Absolutly Ridiculus to say the leastyes she has cost me a job. Thanks Ms lisa brown, whoever you are

It is easy to find and the people are pretty nice

Some may day its awful but I have had such wonderful employees . People can get the help they need, when they need it.

They will bend over backwards to help anyone not white.

Never ever get my case worker on the phone or to return calls she responds by sending me all kinds off paper work for me to fill out the she sends me a letter in mail that my case .will be closed because she never got the paper work back which is not true .
