The gentleman working there is a great guy. I have excellent consistency shipping from this location. Expanded hours would be nice during holidays.

Terrible customer service. The lady I dealt with named Rae was condescending and rude. Do not work with them unless you absolutely have to. The customer service and policies offered by this company are pathetic.

Claimed they delivered a package, never did. When a investigation was triggered they found nothing and said sorry about your luck regarding the $380 I’m out of. What a joke of a shipping company.

Ordered 2 40 pound boxes of kitty litter and were not left on porch where they usually leave packages. Left under car port and being I am nearing 80 years old- I now have to figure out how I can possibly pick them up and carry them to porch and up 😡😡steps onto porch

I’d give zero stars if I could. I went to the store Several times during stated hours of operation and no one was there to let me in. Doors were locked. Worst customer service I have ever experienced as well. Today a woman walked up to the door after I had been standing there for several minutes and posted a piece of paper saying they won’t be open until 430. The hours stated are 230 to 530.

I work Home Healthcare, and my patient gets life saving medications sent from Pillpack. His package, was rerouted to California and he resides in Michigan. I called my local UPS, (Adrian, MI) and a wonderful woman by them name of Rayanne walked me through what happened and made it her personal goal to aide me in finding his Parkinson medication in a timely manner!! Wonderful experience. Called the toll free number before trying my local office and they were rude and not helpful at all. Shout out to Adrian distribution center.

Delivery is very unreliable. Notifications of delayed packages come very much later than they should. Drivers head back to the center well before the delivery window is closed. Poor customer service when calling the UPS 800 number we will deliver it when we can. How is that what was paid for?

Driver does not deliver packages. Refuses to walkto to front door of building where door is unlocked only checks back door that is locked.

Every time Ive been to the employee working has been nothing but rude and disrespectful on the phone its a different story when you there in person theyre nothing but rude and disrespectful they dont really care about you or your packages........

Their hours vary from what is published on the UPS website. Many times I have arrived there at their published opening time to find that they are closed and wont open for another hour or two.Your best bet is to call and hopefully someone will answer.

Waited in line behind 3 people for service and stood there for 5 minutes while worker chatted with patron about other things and i didnt see a computer to print out label for Amazon return.so I left and its extremely hard to find so thankfully I use Google maps.

Worst customer service. Asked for package to be left at the door and the didnt, called the number listed for help and they stated that it was my fault as I did not know how to use the website and sent me to technical support. Technical support told me Im out of luck for the package I needed today and there I needed to submit a new claim and they would walk me through it as the last one did not work. Monday is the soonest that I would possibly have the package IF the driver gets the instructions this time.

My package arrived today and it got sent in the box that displays to everyone that drives by what it was. The driver was kind enough to move the trashcan to block the view to it from the street. Im very happy that he did. Package also came with no damages and no dents or tears in the box.

They were so rude on the phone, had a rim say it was delivered to my house, yet I have cameras all around my house and no one came to the porch at all. They told in there going to do a investigation, and may take 8 days. Wow. Thanks ups, how do you put packages at someone else house with out know if its correct to go there. And they need more understanding, I spend 250 on this item. And you are tell me it was delivered but I have proof no one did. Just upset with this handling of peoples items. For now on Im coming to pick up at facility.

Always great service, but it doesnt open till 2 PM...

Had to go there 4 times before they were open, when they said they would be.

When they are open its just as expected but as others have posted, its not reliable. I just showed up today at 2:38pm (theyre supposed to be open at 2:30) to find a sign saying they wont be open till 3:30.

This location does not operate on schedule. They will delay opening due to emergencies which take the shape of them not arriving on time. No death, no vehicle accidents, no nothing, just laziness.
