Blackhorse CrossFit is a great environment full of positive people! The coaches are awesome at helping you with proper form and making you stronger mentally and physically!
Awesome place to work out. And a great community of people.
This place is amazing. I started working out there about two years ago and have seen tremendous improvement. I have lost 28 lbs and feel great. I have also seen scores of other people improve. I am able to do things now that I did not think I could do before I started. The environment is extremely supportive, the coaching and programming are excellent (lots of personal attention). Like many others I thought one had to do Crossfit if he or she were quite fit to begin with but this is far from true. Give it a shot and you will not regret it. If you stick with it you will see results and have fun doing it.
They really connect with you. And they know what they are doing. Big improvements!
A great crossfit gym with positive and encouraging trainers. All the members are motivational as well!
Great vibe. Great people. Always a blast seeing people push themselves!
I was a little hesitant at first. I had never, EVER lifted any weights before in my whole life (not even in high school or college). Plus I had just started running about 5 years ago and was now feeling comfortable doing that. Then I started going to BlackHorse Crossfit. Just a couple days. It was a lot of work but I found the people friendly and mood was always upbeat and fun (especially at 5:30 in the morning) so I stuck with it. Believe me, there were days I thought - these people are crazy! Why are they so excited to be here so early in the morning to work out?Now Im going five days a week... during the winter.... in Michigan.... at 5:30am! (Oh, and Im still running.) Im starting to be able to lift some really heavy things... and I LIKE IT! Now-a-days, I hate missing a workout! Dont get me wrong, the workouts are still tough, I hurt all over, and I keep telling myself but this is crazy! But you know what, maybe I am. So what! I have 20 other people who are just like me, who accept me for who I am and who like to workout with me in the mornings... What a great way to start your day laughing with friends. I think this is what it means to drink the kool-aid. Now if I can just figure out what AMRAP means?
