I can’t even believe I have to give them one star!!! Do NOT order a roll off dumpster from this company!!! They will have NO problem taking your credit card info for instant payment when placing the order….but when they don’t deliver your dumpster the only day you need it…good luck getting a refund!!!! I ordered a roll off in June that NEVER got delivered and I’m STILL waiting for my refund and it’s the middle of September!!! I’ve called SEVERAL times, spoke with SEVERAL different people (supervisors included) called their corporate office only to get the same response…we are so sorry and we will look into this matter and get back to you…but no one ever does…ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE AND BAD BUSINESS!!! I guess my next move will be small claims court.

Pay to get a dumpster on wheels, they send one without wheels. Tell them to place dumpster in driveway, they put dumpster in yard. Supposed to get dumpster emptied on mondays, its Wednesday and they still havent emptied it. This company is a joke. Dont use them.

Do not use this service. Every few weeks they do not pick up our trash. When I report the issue, they state that the driver will be there by Friday. This is not true. The driver never comes back to pick up the trash. This has happened countless times. We are cancelling our service and will never use them again.

Beware: They quoted one price and bill another. There are hidden fees they dont tell you about that are tacked on when you get your bill. delivery fees for the toter, it doesnt matter if you have your own. Fuel delivery fees that are added on top of the service fees. Oh and if they dont bill you, they charge you a late fee. I paid extra for recycling service, they cancelled my service area mid-term. On the day my recycling was due to be picked up they took my tote, dumped out my recycling and left it at the road. If you try to cancel they will charge you another $50 to pick up the toter they charged you to deliver. If you trying calling them to get answers you will get a different answer every time IF you are able to get through to someone. If you have patience and can wait an hour on hold you will hang up more disappointed than before the wasted phone call.

Republic Trash Services doubled our bill without warning ! I called the day I got the bill to cancel and they charged us 46.20 to pick up container, and prorated 1 month 36.28 administrative fee late fee and 15.95 fuel recovery. OMG ! I called to dispute ! Do not use this communist company!!

I am a customer of Allied Waste / Republic Services and have been for years. Just got a huge price increase in the mail. Prices almost doubled. Tried calling and wait times are very long, so I requested a call back twice only to be hung up both times. Not happy with this place. I will be looking elsewhere.

Been a customer for years but no longer. Scheduled a bulk pick up for 4 items but then we were charged for 10! We disputed that bill only to find that they were raising our rates from 30 every quarter to 66 but our autopay was going to be 160? They were just going to charge us without informing us of the rate hike. Totally scummy business practices. Ive dropped them and I will be informing my neighbors to do the same.

BEWARE. when started price was 38 a qrt in 2016. last bill was 54, and just got my most recent for 94. Never got any notice of rate increases.

Horrible Service, Trash not picked up. Dont pay them extra. Trash still not picked up if you pay extra. I wish the city can pick better trash service. worst customer service experience. They dont care about their customers. They think it is all customers fault. I wish the city will choose better trash service company soon.

If I could rate it less, I likey would! Tell you one thing, then do another. Always raising your rates worse than comcast. Forgetting your stop and having to wait till the next week. Because their site suggests they schedule pickups but apparently thats a lie.This Companys just is not great for residentialDamn disappointment cause I liked my new driver. However I will be switching my business elsewhere.All just to pick up my garbage!

I would have rated this business 2 stars prior to this week due to their lack of customer service but I live outside of town so my options are limited. Still, I stayed a customer for 3 years and never missed a payment then out of nowhere my bill went up 150%. No notice of increase was given. Allied Waste prices also went up around the same amount. So, it looks like Im back to talking care of my garbage by myself.
