I was very pleased with my first experience with Precision. Joe diagnosed my TV wireless viewing issue and corrected it using an ethernet connection through my basement and up the wall to the TV. He proved to be reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced. I would certainly use him again in the future.

Was having overheating issues with my laptop and was scared to do anything besides clean the fans with compressed air. My laptop was picked up at around 9 PM and returned the next morning with fresh thermal paste and some additional screws that had been missing. Since the repair the computer has worked much better, thermally and usage-wise. I highly recommend this for any kind of PC/Laptop service. Very quick turnaround and thoroughly done.

I play video games competitively, I got gifted an i9-9900k for an early Christmas present as I have important matches TONIGHT. I called precision needing a miracle as I do not have the experience nor the supplies to swap CPUs quickly, and neatly. I probably would have had thermal paste all over everything. Within an hour I had an appointment with one of their very professional techs Noah, who was willing to work after hours to get it done. Cannot explain how impressed I am. Hats off, would recommend 100%.

I brought my brand new laptop here to have Fortnite installed on it for my kid, unfortunately the HP laptop I have was not made for gaming. I do have an old laptop that needed a lot of love, they fixed that for me since they were unable to alter my HP. They replaced the keyboard, battery/charger, and updated the memory on my 10+ year old laptop. I would highly suggest them for any PC repairs you need done! Very reliable and friendly!!!

Joe can go under the hood and find and repair you PC in a good time frame. He is very customer service and will be upfront with you on everything he finds, very trustworthy. I would say that he is one of the best in his business.

Joe is very knowledgeable about computers & is always there to help me no matter what kind of questions or issues I might have! I can even take a picture on my phone, text it to him & even sometimes he can trouble shoot things for me right over the phone. (which is extremely helpful with my daily work/job issues)
