One of the worst receptionists Ive had the displeasure of interacting with. She was the one working today at around 12:25pm. As a business owner to business owner, she lost 4 car registrations just because she is lazy, has a terrible attitude, and seemed to be trying everything just to give us a hard time. I would have been better off going to the MVA. She asked for paperwork that is not even needed as if just to deter us. She wanted the owner present; I had to come myself twice after sending my employees. I have two cars already inspected and ready to have tags, and another two ready with the title and registration. She asked for the bill of sale, and, unbelievably, she insisted on the original inspection paperwork. She didnt want to lift her finger to check the system for the inspection. She looked for every reason not to register the four cars. She told one of us if you werent running your mouth, I could help you. And from the other reviews I see here, it seems this isnt the first time she has driven people away with her bad attitude.We went to another place in Greenbelt Beltway plaza (G & R Tags and Title Service); they were welcoming and got us the tags for all four cars the same day (in just 3 hours) without hassle. They even offered Doctor, if you are busy, we can deliver the tags to you as a courtesy. And obviously, they didnt need the original inspection paperwork or any of the other nonsense she was insisting on; just the title.Advice to the business owner, you should install a camera with audio; otherwise, you might lose a lot of customers.

It’s been 4 months since I paid these people to process my title. I called today to simply ask for an update and while I was speaking the woman hung up on me! And when I called right back she refused to answer. Was I scammed?! Where is my title?!

They didn’t do anything with my title request. I’ve been waiting for a month now i coz im the one whose driving for my grandma to dialysis and now i can’t even do it because of this. Don’t ever go hereUPDATE: they lose the freaking paper for my request... 😭😭😭
