If you need social services like IEHP Medical, SNAP (food stamps), and the like, this is where you go to get that process started.Sometimes, it seems like you jump through hoops to get what you need done, done. Other times, you just go in and youre squared away on emergency situation type thing. Be careful with those ones though. If they later find that you dont qualify for emergency situation, but you used the benefits, you gotta pay that back.

Helpful &friendly.systems were down but did everything they could to help

There were 2 cars in the public parking lot when I arrived. The worker came out and learned of my issue, replacement EBT card, she walked in and about 5 minutes later came back out with my card ready to go.

Been one display of incompetentcy and excuses after another.This place needs new management and staff.The bathrooms disgusting too.

It was cold and windy. No one was allowed inside. The worker came out to assist us. Then, finally another worker came out to help. They were efficient and caring, making sure everyone had their questions asked and giving receipts for paperwork that was turned in.

The employees there are dedicated all through covid they have worked tirelessly to see that people are able to receive their benefits and for this I give thanks.

Very crowded, not one person had a smile on their face it seemed as everyone hated their jobs. I had a few questions about medical insurance and was never helped I left after an hour. I do like the fact that the place is there to help people in need and I just keep telling myself there are individuals that still have that fire they had when they started.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and the support I received today. Mrs. Sandra Chaidez De Mauro was extremely professional and she did all she could to help me with my taxes. No questions were unanswered and I walked out of that office completely satisfied.Thanks again Mrs. Chaidez for your knowledge and professionalism.

Had the Best and most pleasant experience ever being here for 1st time and being treated like a human being , staff cared and was sympathetic to my medical issues and worked together as a team to help me. Had an opportunity to drive to Adelanto to our Black Infant Health participants.

They dont have there fact straight and mess with my husband SSI cause I work so we get punished for me working

The staff was very friendly but failed to mention important relevant details. In the end they helped me quickly and were apologetic.

There quicker then Victorville county building most times you usually get in and out depending on when you go and if there not low on workers.

I was so frustrated with the way Social Services job at Rancho Cucamonga that I decided to come to this branch. Although it’s almost an hour drive, it’s all worth it. The staff are amazing doing their job in a very orderly and efficient way. You can trust that they will tell you the truth. Their Supervisor Ms Kimberly King even allow me to hear their conversation with the Ombudsman to show transparency. Thank you so much Adelanto Social Services for all your hard work and true concerns for the people.

Every time I go they help me out and they also have some staff that are caring and understand your situation, the office looks okay compared to others.

Good for its purpose but you must be exceededingly patient and you had better get there as soon as the doors open if you dont have an appt. Ask as many questions as possible because you wont get any information without it.

Its okay. I have never had an issue with anyone who works the front by the computer where you put info, case workers on the other hand. Regardless if you get proof you turned in paper work, it is still your case workers job to put your info in the system. Well if you get case workers like I have they like to be lazy and not do that kind of stuff, so then your harassed as if you didnt do your part.

Location is local wait time isnt very long workers are friendly and try assist as much as possible building is clean they have a nice resource room and kids room provided
