Radiator had a leak, decided to replace with brand new radiator.Because of all these great reviews, our company made the bad decision of taking one of our trucks there.Only issue our truck had was a radiator leak.According to them, “Work was completed and when truck was in idle the fan blade hit the fan shrout housing and damaged new radiator. Fan blade was replaced and new radiator was installed at customers expense. Where fan blade hit was not touched or replaced”They either didn’t install the new radiator correctly or didn’t correctly reinstall everything they moved to get to it.I don’t know anything about how this business works, but I do know about my port drayage business. If someone hires us for a service, and we would cause damage to their cargo, we would be 100% responsible for our mistakes and pay for the damage.Here they damage your truck, and make you pay for it.We ended up paying-new fan because they damaged ours.-2 Radiators, one that they damaged,-labor for remove and reinstall which they couldn’t even do the first time right.Yes, we could of tried to fight the invoice, but our company has honor and value. The only thing we will do is write this review, and let you all know our experience.As a transport company that has worked with many mechanics, you’re safer doing the job yourself or waiting for your go-to mechanic to become available.Please be advised, this is a warning for anybody who cares about their trucks, and the safety of their drivers.Spend your time and hard earned money else where.

A+ go see Victor he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable on all trucks and motors. Very fair priced and fast service. I always used one mechanic in the high desert they are 10times higher than anyone and always takes 2 weeks longer than told and more $ than quoted. Not going to name names but I’m sure a lot of people around desert know the shop. Victor is awesome thanks for the work bud.

My radiator went out they help me excellent place did started working right away they fix it by the end of the day I was out and running thank you.

My husband got his truck fixed. Victor the mechanic did not fix the problem now my husband is taking the truck to Volvo dealership. He almost cost us 2000 and we lost the time money again.We went there for their nice reviews on google but seems like he bought the reviews.He made us buy the Volvo DPF clamp kit which he swapped with his aftermarket clamp kit, god even knows if he cleans the DPF in real or he could be lying about it too, my husband said he cleaned the codes few times after DPF and he could not. Then he somehow cleaned it and ended up throwing the code again when we were going to pick up the load.Our tanks had much less fuel when we picked up the truck from the tiny teeny shopI would report him and may be file a lawsuit and my truck is in the Volvo dealershipLet’s see what they say according to them we will take our action again this zero star mechanic
