This company is awesome. We are a small city and we do not have an IT or Computer Maintenance Tech so when it comes to repairs we try to do as much ourselves as we can. Tobey their lead tech talked me through changing out a major part on our IBM 6400 printer and he made it so easy. I am a utility billing clerk not IT or Maintenance and he made it so simple that even I could do it. Thanks for a great job.

Outstanding service. Very pleased with the ability to get this type of service for our older equipment (Printronix P5000). No automated troubleshooting situations or extended wait for email responses with generic responses. It felt like you had a competent service technician within reach, everything was quick and efficient. For our situation they even helped with the restoration of the lost program by providing the file and instructions.

40 plus year IT professional, currently an IT Manager.This is the 3rd time that I have needed a printer problem resolved and Sinca Printers Parts & Repair has come thru every time with solutions that were affordable, quick, and accurate. Imagine having a 70s model IBM printer that prints all of your invoices. We cant upgrade the business system that uses it w/o incurring great expense. Steve and the rest of the staff (Thanks Sam in Repair) walked me thru over the phone ... traded pictures - and before you knew it, had a temporary solution in place while my new part was being sent to me about the time I hung-up the phone. Got a problem with a printer, I am sure they can help you - they did me.

This company has a very good technical support specially Sam Morrow, he was very helpful with my DFX-5000 printer. I recommend this company 100% if you need to buy any printer parts.

Sincas after sales support is outstanding. Even after owning the printer for three years, they helped me diagnose poor printing and talked me thru making adjustments to improve the print quality. Months later, when a part failed, they were able to sell me a new part and, again, talk me thru the replacement and adjustment without having to pay for a technician to come on site for the repair. Friendly, helpful, polite, considerate - Thats Sinca.
