Normally we have a good experience with this place, but it took them 8 weeks to do a 3 week process because they didnt even start it on time. I had to call 3 times to get an answer because they refused to call me back. Then after saying it was done and they would drop it off, a week later the parts were still not here, then they said they wont drop it off because its not 300 lbs. Its 286 lbs and would not make an exception despite their extreme lateness. They refused to drop it off even though were only 10 mins away and took no responsibility for the delays in production and miscommunication about shipping. Very disappointed in their attitude toward customer service.

Ive never been to this place and I have no idea what they even do, but after reading the morons review below who is saying that he wasnt allowed to use the bathroom I felt I should come to this companys defense. I wanted to offset that one star review which is seriously flawed since it has nothing useful to offer in any way. So here is another review that offers nothing helpful but simply contradicts the one star given by another reviewer. Its too bad I have to waste my time doing this but justice should be meted out whenever possible.
