Stopped in for first time today with my family and had a great time. The entire place is well done and it’s very obvious a lot of thought and planning went into this business. Played 2 rounds of tag, several games of pinball and all their ticket games. This place is a diamond in the rough and I strongly advise giving it a shot. Met Mike the owner and was able to chat with him for a bit. It’s nice to see an owner who loves his business and his customers. My only complaint is that we didn’t find this place sooner, I’ve never seen it advertised but that doesn’t seem to matter. Very very nice areas for party’s and this place is extremely CLEAN. Do yourself a favor and check this place out with your family, you can’t possibly be disappointed!!!And to Mike the owner, thank you for making our family day one to remember.

Two games for $10 on weekdays and just some good old fashioned fun. Super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly

I had my daughters 23 birthday party there, Mike, the Manager, is super nice and accessible, he accommodated the party hours.( thank you!)The place is super clean, affordable and we were helped all the time by Justin (i am sorry if im mistaken his name) he was so attentive and guided us through the laser game (first timers) and the party as well.The pizza was so good and tasty.Definitely, it is a place to have a party, it doesnt matter the age range, you will have fun for sure!

We had my sons 10th birthday here and Mike was great to work with. He was prompt and responsive. The kids were so excited and said this was the best lazer tag arena they have been to!

Had my sons birthday party here and it was a great experience! The arcade area is small but well ran and clean. Perfect for an intimate party. The small kids were visible at all times and all of us mamas really appreciated that. The big kids played laser tag with their dads and had a blast. Very reasonably priced and the owner/manager and staff are awesome and accommodating! Its a glow room so bring glow balloons!! We all said we would def be back

So today I brought my daughter here for a little father daughter time and it was a blast. First time coming and let me say the match was not rushed and the entry for Lazer tag is cheap. 2 games for 10 buck apiece.. theres also an arcade room. Kind of small but its worth it.. nice place in all

I HONESTLY had SO MUCHH FUNN definitely going again and AGAIN. Manger was SUPER friendly. Great staff and good price for what they have. laser tag was extreme and has an upstairs which is dope. They also have arcade with good games to actually enjoy. Overall a nice environment to hangout with love ones.

Mike was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful which made our group outing so much fun! The laser tag itself was a blast and the teens and adults enjoyed the arcade too. We also felt comfortable and safe with all the covid-19 protocols Laser X had in place. 10/10 would recommend 🤗

This place was super fun! They have a small arcade when you first walk in which was pretty fun and the prices were pretty cheap!We went laser tagging and the young teenage employee was really nice. He answered all of our questions patiently and smiled a few times. One of the other employees was kind of hyper but that was fine. A great experience and they give 16oz of cold water for $1!

Nice place for kids entertainment

Staff lets people in without masks. people walk in with it only half on or no mask at all. This was on a Saturday night it was not too busy but they were even in front of the staff and no one said anything. I would not go there. Literally had to walk out after paying for my game. Too risky!

Anxious about hosting a Laser tag birthday party during COVID, I highly recommend Lazer X, Just hosted my sons party there and was very impressed. Wonderful safety measures in place, staff could not be more accommodating. Boys had a wonderful time, a stress free party. All you have to do is show up with your cake. If you want to support local businesses safely this is certainly worth a try.

I saw the good reviews for Laser X and decided to give them a try, despite the arcade being a bit small, there were a great selection of games that we didnt get bored of after being there for 2 hours. In the arcade there are games marked off to promote distancing, as well as sanitizer provided. We did the 3 games for $17 option, which I highly recommend because we got to play by ourselves in different game modes and against another group once as well. The laser tag arena is big and well laid out which made playing suspenseful and fun. The only complaint I would say is that it gets hot in the arena fast between the action and carrying the packs on our chest/shoulders. The recommended age for playing laser tag is 7+ which is accurate as my brothers younger than that struggled to carry the pack on their shoulders but they still had fun. All-in-all its a great place to have fun for birthdays or just to get out of the house.

I had an absolute blast. Me and my friends went for one of our 20th birthdays. We played our first game and we’re sorta bummed with how many people were in the game. We asked if we could wait to play a game with less people and we got a custom match with just the four of us and it was a blast to go around for the 3 hours we spent there. Well worth the 17 dollars and I’ll be back often!

This place is great, I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a blast. The games are fun and the laser tag itself is a BLAST.

Went there for my 20th birthday. Best one by far. Not only is it affordable, it’s super fun. Games last about 20 mins. Got team battles so team with your friends and destroy your opponents. Although, if you are patient you can get with just your group and try out the blackout mode.

Great little arcade and laser tag. Both my kids had a fun time. I was there as I kid. Its pretty much the same. I personally think the games could be a lil better. But well definitely take the kids again.

Seriously was not expecting this to be as fun as it was with my 9 & 11 year old.My wife and I played with the kids and many other teams and it was absolutely hysterical. It’s totally family friendly and I hear lots of team building events and obviously kids parties.The Advil & hot shower better work because I’m already sore. Amazing place! Super clean! Awesome laser tag facility! This place was the best growing up and I have had amazing memories here! I wouldnt be surprised if I still had the high score for iceman! Its too bad kide are inside playing video games. Get your kids here for a fun weekend between family and friends!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. This place is well run, clean, and experienced in hosting kids of all ages. We had 20 kids girls and boys ages 6-12 and every kid had a blast. Great pricing for a birthday party package and parents dont need to do a thing. HIGHLY recommend this location. Customer Service is a priority for the owner and it shows.

Laser tag was fun. My elementary-age sons and I had fun playing laser tag against one another. The game lasted a decent amount of time. Playing more than one game with multiple children would get expensive fast though. Arcade fun but most games were 4 credits or $1. Also adds up fast

We have hosted a mother son event here the past 2 years & our group size was large 60-90 people. The owner Mike is very accommodating and generous for our non-profit event. The staff was fantastic as one Marshall lead each group all evening. After check in they took right over. We will be back next year for sure!! Thank you!!

Fun place for kids

Mike and Walter took great care of us for my sons birthday party. Our experience was terrific. I highly recommend Laser X.

I went to Lazer X and played two games one solo game and one team game. They also have a mini arcade that whas very fun. I would recommend going there for 1 hour to two hours. I would recommend to go to Lazer X with kids 8 and older.

Definitely a great place for a Birthday Party or even a night to get out and have fun. The staff working was extremely polite and respectful and made sure our Lazer tag experience was one I will not forget. Thanks Lazer X. I will be back for more fun.

Looks like they have recently upgraded their arcade with newer machines and games. The workers that I encountered there made sure we would have fun, even offering us a special gamemode due to our small party size. Overall a great place to go if you want something fun to do that has some exercise value, as you can get really into firing a lazer baster at one of your buddies.

Lazer tag is fun but the sensors may be a bit off.

Just had a wonderful time for my sons 11th birthday here! We were unable to secure a birthday party slot, but we still brought 8 boys here for laser tag fun. Although we were not able to use one of the party rooms (for food and cake), we were still able to do 2 rounds of laser tag and get $10 worth of arcade games to occupy the boys between the 2 rounds. All this for a very reasonable price. The people who worked at the facility were extremely nice and accommodating.

Laser tag was super fun for the kids and us adults! 20 dollar card to play games went a long way. And the customer service was above and beyond. It was worth a 30 minute drive from our Airbnb and the money.

Just hosted a birthday party for my son today at Laser X in Addison. My son and his friends had a great time! Our host Tony was awesome!!! As a parent arranging a kids birthday party, it can become stressful. But the Laser X staff did such a wonderful job with the party, that all the stress was gone! We went on a Friday night when no one else was there. You get exactly what you expect. No complaints but nothing out of the ordinary either

Booked a party for my grandsons 9th birthday and EVERYONE had a blast! Even some of the dads played, and of course, the kids loved ganging up on them! The pizza was tasty, so much so that I ended up adding another onto our package as the kids demolished the first 2! If they didnt serve name-brand sodas, no one in our party noticed. Soda is soda and theres no such thing as a soda connoisseur. The room attendant was WONDERFUL with the kids and had them totally under control at all times! I cannot say enough about how well the party was handled by the young man who attended (and Im a jerk for not remembering his name!!). With someone like him in control, the party went like clockwork, with Tag, pizza, arcade, Tag, cake, arcade and presents. Clockwork, I tell ya! Grandson is turning 11 this year and we are going back. This place truly rocks! Fun for the kids (and fathers!), and a carefree party for the moms.

Had a birthday party this past weekend for my daughter and a group of her friends. We found the entire experience to be there fantastic from the initial call to book the party all the way to the end of the party. The place was clean and modern, the staff was helpful and friendly and the owner even took the time to make sure the kids had enough play time in the laser tag arena that they are still talking about! Great place for kids and I even had fun myself!

I visit for laser tag only, not parties or playing their arcade games.I have come here 4 times now and have had a pretty good time with my family. The place is clean. The arena has one upstairs area and many walls downstairs. You can watch games from a concave window. The place has an outer space theme.The one star less is for several issues: 1) The vests and guns need an entire going through and repairing. Often, they just do not work correctly. One needs to bring this to the workers attention and they will look into it. Most of the time, people just put them back for the next poor player without a word. 2) We had an incident with a young worker who acted very abrupt with one of my children, even though she did nothing wrong. If something is required to play, then it should be written or posted SOMEWHERE - not just a rule that isnt expressly stated. I will not mention details, but my daughter was obviously the only one to whom it pertained. 3) A little too much time between games, usually with workers having chit chat sessions and looking like there is nothing else to do. 20 minutes between games is too long.The prices and specials are very good when compared to other places in the Chicago area.

I just had my sons birthday here. It was so much fun for the kids AND adults. The owner is so nice and very accommodating. We were not able to finish our 3 games package because of reservations and he gave us passes for next time without us even asking for anything at all. We will definitely be coming back to this place for just a family night out!! I would HIGHLY recommend Laser X to anyone!!! :)

Came here on a whim with my kids. Walked in and smelled like something that I couldn’t figure out, almost candy like. The arcade looks new and was fun to play. I attempted laser tag and had a blast the kids really know how to play this game. We will make a trip back out here.

This place is always a favorite among my friend group. Attendant is firm and to the point while being approachable and friendly. The environment within the laser tag arena is futuristic and always entertaining to navigate. Overall a fun time for the family and friends.

My daughter and husband attended a Me and My Guy Girl Scout event at this location a couple weeks ago and had a blast! We went tonight with our whole family and some friends... definitely a fun place and youll have a great time. Highly recommend!

Fun place for the boys to hangout and have fun

We were there ealier this week during winter break. Our son has a sensory disorder, typically something like laser tag would not be in his comfort zone, so we thought wed only do the arcade games. When the owner saw his apprehension about laser tag, he offered a personal tour of the faciity and showed him how he built it for ALL kids to have fun. When he found out about our sons hearing sensitivity he lowered the volume to accomodate our family, and switched the game from team play to individual play so everyone would enjoy it regardless of ability level. Needless to say, tears ran down my face. Thank you for being so accomodating, we will definately be back.

Had a birthday party there today for my little brother and our host Michael was amazing. From beginning to end he was just on top of everything, he seriously went above and beyond from serving everyone to helping the little ones get suited up. We could not have asked for anything more! I would definitely recommend for a party there were 13 of us adults and kids ranging in age and we all had a blast!

Nice place pretty cheap the arcade made waiting fun woyldnt go fir the arcade alone but thats not why ita there . we had so much fun and it was pretty cheap compared to some other places. Not the biggest but good enough

Fun laser tag for the kids. If youre not playing laser tag or the video games it is tough to spend time there. There is no food service available and beverages are from the vending machine only with a very limited selection. Unless there is an open party room there is no seating so if you are an adult not playing expect to do a lot of standing. Also the amount of time that the games ran for the kids seemed to vary.

Ordered hot dogs with fries for my sons 8th birthday party and the restaurant that they order from was Out of hot dogs. That left us no choice but to have the AWFUL pizza! Yuck! Not even a few kids wanted to eat any pizza!Fine place to spend 20 minutes of laser tag...but would not recommend for party or to eat. Make sure guns work!

So much fun playing with my son and his friends and a few other Dads for his 9th birthday. Extra bonus: Aurelios pizza is right next door so we ate our fill and then some. Arcade games after the 2 rounds of laser tag include a retro Pacman arcade and a modern Air Hockey table that was great completion for all. Super cool staff, great location with plenty of parking. Cant wait for the next birthday party to roll around.

I just hosted my nephews birthday party at Lazer X. It was a mixed party with half kids and half adults attending. We all had such a good time! I think the adults had more fun than the kids. Staff was helpful and attentitive! Will definitely return next year.

I thought this place was great we originally came in for a birthday party, the host did a great job at explaining how the event ran, and took control of all the screaming kid. The room was decorated with birthday party items, didnt really need to bring in the balloons we had. I would come back and just play without the kids next time. All they did was gang up on me when we played.

I loved the laser tag! there was a small, but fun, arcade. The prizes were nice and I was smiling ear to ear after I came out! I went there for a birthday party and I definitely recommend this place.

Laser Tag was cool but my Laser gun didnt work at the beginning and it took me 10 minutes to find the 1 staff member. Also, need more arcade games!

Took our youth group here on a Wednesday night. We had the place to ourselves. Staff were great and even gave us free cards to play the arcade games in between rounds of lazer tag.

Great for birthday parties for kids and adults. The arcade section is smaller, but still fun.

Easiest and most unstressful birthday party Ive ever had for my son. The owner let us tour before paying deposit for the party. Then gave my son a handful or two of tokens to play games while I was figuring out date, times, etc. On the day of the party, his staff attendant helped us to the party room a few minutes before hand, the room was set up and ready to go, and I didnt have to do anything except bring a cake and let him know when all our guests arrived before game play. Even the adults played... (boys vs girls was a hit with the kids!) Best birthday ever! Oh & I did some cool goody bags for the kids with glow sticks, light-up lazer wands, etc (went along well with my sons idea for star wars theme)! Drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloth were already provided. Pizza place next door brought in pizza which was included in our package price.

I have to say, my sons birthday party experience was fantastic. Aside from the soda machine needing to be serviced or updated, the pop didnt taste very good, it was overall a wonderful time. We had a group of six 9 year old boys that enjoyed the first round of tag with my husband since it was quiet with only two other players. One boy was late and missed the first round, yet made the second, along with another large party of boys combined with ours. A couple of our boys were a little intimidated by such a crazy loud group that they didnt have quite as much fun that round. I think the very intuitive owner realized that with those two factors in mind, he let our boys play one more round by themselves since it was somewhat quiet then. This was not required but, very appreciated. They even gave our son some extra tokens for the arcade because he kept giving them to his friends for them to play with him! I cant say enough about how well we were treated and attended to; well done Lazer X, we will be back!

The guy at the desk would not let my neice wear a pack - she has before - because she was too small. the group of 8 boys that come in after us were all allowed to wear packs even though they were the small in height and build. We will not be going to this location again.

Yesterday we held an event at Lazer X. Mike was terrific to work with. Such a great guy. He even closed off the facility so it was just our group in there, which was fantastic as it is a group of kids going through something in their lives. The facility was very clean, the helpers were great and super polite. Pizza from Aurelios so not some generic frozen pizza. I see someone in a previous review complained about the soft drinks. Being knock off soft drinks was absolutely ok with us and our group. I couldnt taste the difference. Loved the Lazer tag set up. Mike even turned on all the video games for my group to play. I would definitely go back. Even thinking my 50th birthday party would be fun there! Thank you LazerX!
