I love how efficient they are. When I call to get a scan faxed they are so quick! Love it

Some time ago I had a very bad experience with an employee of the clinic on Parker Street. I decided to switch to the 15th Street Clinic and I had the exam without any problem. After 2 years I scheduled a new appointment through the website, which asks for the first name only.When I went to the appointment, the receptionist employee asked me if it was my first time at that clinic and I replied that it was the second time.I gave her my name and she impatiently told me that it was my first time because my name wasn´t appearing in the system. She then realized that I appeared in the records of that clinic with my first name and the initial of my middle name, but she couldn´t find me this time because I didn´t include my middle initial since the system didn´t ask for it this time around.Then she told me that my appointment was now cancelled just for that mistake. I replied that the website only asked for the first name. There was no way I could have included my middle initial because the website didn´t ask for it. She got in a very bad mood and told me that I should have written my name as I had written it the first time, that that was a big problem. She was not capable to add the initial of my middle name ,and she said , there was no way to fix it only that I had to schedule another appointment.I asked her to re schedule it at that moment, since that time was already reserved for me, but she refused and raised her voice at me, insisting over and over in a very rude way that I should have written my name with the initial of my middle name, and she said that I had to re schedule for another day. I cannot believe that in a clinic the staff who take care of people are not friendly, given that both the clinic on Parker Street and the clinic on 15th Street hire staff who do not have a spirit of service. Of course I will schedule the mammogram at another Clinic.

As a employee of Solis I must say I haven’t felt more at home . They really do work with core values and keep their Solis promise . This company has already taught me so much and they really care for your growth if you care for your growth . You get what you put in . They are a company of chances and as long as you work hard and care about your work and you care about people this company is great start . They really shape and mold you to be successful . I can’t complain about anything because ima. True believer in only I can make my experience here great or bad the decision is always our own .

The customer service does not cater to working women. I inputted the wrong address into my GPS, “Park” instead of “Parker” and was lost for about 10 minutes. I called the Plano West location and discovered the error. The receptionist said that I wouldn’t make it within the grace period. I went to the location and tried to explain my situation. All I got was a sorry and I had to reschedule. I then tried to explain due to my travel schedule, it has taken several months to schedule. They were not trying to hear it.

I have always had a great experience with Solis of Arlington. The new curved mammo machines are super gentle! Go get checked out!

I had my annual mammo in Nov 2016 @ Medical City in Arlington and I was billed $41.25 for a FACILITY FEE. It took me 3 mos to find out why I was being billed when a mammo is 100% covered and this was what I finally found out. As a woman who gets an annual mammo and bone scan every 2-3 yrs at this very place since the mid 1990s, you have lost all of my business. I will also tell every woman I can that the Arl location passes their rent at the hosp to all the ladies there. Ridiculous.
