I live in Melissa, Texas and yesterday I received the same promotional flyer that the last reviewer talks about. Mine was for a detailed home cleaning for 3 bedrooms and included a load of laundry, vacuuming for carpets, and windows. I called the same day I got the flyer and wcheduled an appointment for today at 4! The lady who came was a young Hispanic woman and she was very thorough. She made sure the entire house was presentable (the kids made a mess earlier and I didn’t have the energy to clean up after them but this lady sure did and even kept the kids company while she cleaned!) I didn’t have to and she insisted I not compensate her but I asked her to stay an hour or so after she was done cleaning to watch my kids since they liked her so much and my regular babysitter was unavailable. If anyone else gets the flyer just call ASAP! She’s trying to promote Jani-King’s residential services and this is her neighborhood that she was assigned to work. $10 well spent: I got a clean home, kids were entertained, and I have a new backup babysitter!

I normally wouldnt rave about cleaners but I received a promotional flyer around Thanksgiving for a complimentary window cleaning and up to 3 bedrooms cleaned free of charge at my residence (you just go to the site to schedule the cleaning and verify that you have a Gmail account so multiple free cleanings arent claimed for the same person/household... Took less than 2 minutes and I got an appointment five days out). The cleaning lady was so kind and left my whole home SPOTLESS in 1.5 hrs... Perfectly understood my particular directions and what items to not touch. She cleaned every window, every walkway, plus two additional living spaces (my whole home) and offered a special rate for the next visit which was about half of what I regularly pay for my less meticulous weekly cleaners. She did all this for FREE so if youre lucky enough to receive the promotional flyer DEFINITELY take advantage of it. Only a few households in my neighborhood received one so Im guessing Jani King is profiting on personal recommendations from clients because 3 of my friends are now using them for residential cleanings since my freebie went so well and they all received the same discount rate I got after the free cleaning. Just make sure to schedule your appointment in advance because their availability was a bit limited.

Jani-King of Dallas is a top-notch commercial cleaning franchise company. Their pride of service is evident in everything they do. For over 40 years, theyve offered those with an entrepreneurial spirit the opportunity to own and operate a Jani-King franchise.

This cleaning company started out ok. But once they found out their contract was not going to be renewed their service turned to next to nothing. Our company went into a contract with them, so the contract has to be completed and needs to be terminated on their terms. We have fulfilled our end and continued to pay them through the contract time. However, they do not clean. So in essence, we are paying for services rendered, yet we cannot terminate contract unless they receive it in writing and then 30 after your letter is received, will the service agreement end. It is sad to see how you still are paying for their service for 8 times prior to the end of the term, and they don;t clean for 8 days. That is twice a week. for 4 weeks. Our office floor has not been mopped in over 3 weeks. I know our contract is ending, but you are still getting paid Jani-King. Services should be rendered if we are paying!!!
