Came in to have some mortgage documents notarized and Terrence was able to assist. He was extremely polite and proffesional. He also greeted everyone that walked in the door and wished them well as he left. His energy and candor surprised us both so much that we both agreed, Terrence is the type of employee that I would want working for us. Hell be running this store someday!

Usually this store has worked well for me. Today, there is currently no mask mandate in place in our location in Texas. My husband did the research ON THE CDC WEBSITE- their study found that mask wearing only reduced the *growth* of the curve by 1.8%. It did not reduce the cases by 1.8%, but only the growth rate of cases, and not even by 2%! Despite what the big blurbs on the cdc page say, the data says that mask wearing does virtually nothing to prevent the spread of Covid.So I walk into this ups store to deliver some Amazon returns. The 2 employees quickly ask me to wear a mask. I said Ill keep my distance. I placed the items on the counter with my phone and return code ready to scan and backed up. One of the employees offered me a new mask. I said no thank you, I dont need it. He replied that they cant do business with me without a mask. I politely said thank you, Ill go somewhere else and left. My son even asked why I said thank you when they wouldnt help me. I told him that we dont have to be rude when we disagree.Im sure the employees are following orders. However, if the concern is for safety, then keeping my distance should have sufficed. That actually works better than masks anyway. I feel its a control issue more than safety at this point, and I wont do business at stores that are taking that stance.

The people that work there should know how to give better advice. I did my first ever return of 2 items. The guy there “advised” to put the items together since they were going to the same place, with that being said I agreed (because in my head they work there so they know better). When I went looking at my return status it said that only 1 item was returned and not both. I was so mad because I trusted the guy, they should be experts if they working at a shipping store. Never again.

It’s probably not often that people cry saying goodbye to their local UPS staff when moving away. But that’s exactly what happened today when I made my last visit to Store 2257 to say thank you & goodbye to Tony & Terrence. After living in Dallas for 20 years, I’m moving to Arizona. For the last few years I’ve made countless trips to their location to ship packages for my online sales, as well as for notary services, printing and copying. Every time I’d walk in, they’d greet me with a personal hello and smile, and ask how they could help. They take the time to look at various rate and delivery options, and ensure that your package is secure and ready to be handled. They’re detail oriented and always make sure you leave with the necessary documentation in case you need to track your shipments.It doesn’t matter if there is 1 person in line or 10... Tony & Terrence maintain that same attention to detail and personable service with each customer, while operating extremely efficiently. You’re never just a number at this store. And Tony & Terrence are so pleasant, polite and enjoyable to chat with that it actually makes shipping errands fun! They truly care about their customers. I hope UPS management knows that they’ve hit the jackpot with their Store 2257 team!

Terrence was incredible. His customer service skills are PRIME!! He goes above and beyond with assisting my Notary to helping me ship my letter while verbally explaining everything step by step. I had to let him know verbally that he was fantastic!!

I had an issue with an access point package that was sent to the beltline store, without me knowing where it was. Once I tracked it down and contacted the store Brianna was wonderful to deal with. She understood my plate and she will do what she can to get the package to the correct location even though it is not her responsibility to do so. I know that when an access point package is dropped off the employees at the UPS store don’t have much control. But she said she would do what she could .... kudos and thank you (if I missed spelled Brianna‘s name I apologize)

Terrance, the gentleman at the front desk is amazing. I have been in twice this week and both times there was a line of people with people also waiting in their cars. He is very polite, he works fast and efficient. What a wonderful person you have working for you!

The employees at this store are awesome. They have always been polite, attentive, and quick to provide service, even during their busy times. They even acknowledge people coming in when they are busy - something you dont see very often. Ive worked with Terrance with a few packages lately and hes been fantastic with his service. Really appreciate this UPS location, so much so that this is now my default go-to store!

I went into the store today to print documents I needed for work. The documents wouldnt print, the sales associate Terrence has no technical savvy at all about him. He made the statement I knew more about the computer than him. All he could say was Im not sure why its not printing. I sent several documents to the printer. It kept printing the email browser information. I requested a credit for the prints and the service as I was unable to complete the task I paid for. The computer was unable to do the requested service. The sales associate response was But did you print something? You did use the internet. That wasnt the point, the point was I paid for a service that I didnt get which is printing my documents. It didnt print the requested documents and I wasted my money remaining on line to troubleshoot shoot the issue. Oh, emailed it to their email address as requested. Says never received it possibly do to me having AT&T as my service provider. So, no documents printed and was charged for using the internet to trouble shoot a printing issue.

Today was the first time at this UPS store (I’ve been to several) but will definitely come to this one from now on. It was just a quick trip to mail something but Terrence was absolutely wonderful and took the time to when my package would arrive and even when it’d be picked up. I came to this location to drop of my package and the store was closed. Even though online and on the door the house are posted 10am-3pm on Sunday’s. When I tried calling there was no answer. At lest update the house online and at the door for customers.

Id give them more but because of the manager, (Josh) refuses to ask non handicapped people not use the handicapped spaces for their boxes when clearly not handicapped (no sticker, no placard,no license depicting a handicap) its insulting to those of us that are handicapped and desperately need those spaces. He said he wouldnt turn away business because its a small business and we need the business. Im sure if you owned a small business youd understand. I do own a small business and would be more than happy to do the right thing. Every situation Ive encountered at this address is people that are using the UPS Store, no others, so its the nature of your business that is causing the problem, but you clearly dont care. $$$$$ vs. Integrity. $$$$$ won. Ill be leaving your location upon renewal.

The “Manager” Josh Badger was extremely rude and did nothing to help make sure my package got to the right address. He deflected all responsibility and acted like all the accoicates I spoke with prior did not work at the store. Very unprofessional and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a UPS store.

Dont. Just dont. Obscenely priced. Over 2x what youd pay just by shipping it with UPS directly. Im not sure if the markup pricing is governed by UPS, but if not, it should be.I needed a package shipped for the holidays but was having problems with my online account. After 3 hours of troubleshooting, Customer Service suggested I go to the UPS store since I needed it out critically. Come to find out, theyre independently operated and cant accept my account - something I wish UPS customer service would have notified me of.The total? $127.44 to 3 day ship a drone to Idaho. As a bonus, they added delivery confirmation without asking if I wanted it, something I found out later from UPS when I initiated a dispute.

I gave them something extremely rare to pack and ship with their guarantee, and after they destroyed it it’s been nothing less than a nightmare trying to get my money back for it. They give you every excuse in the book until you just feel like giving up on it. I can only imagine how many people they do this to. I smell a class action lawsuit coming. Never again

My experience here is always a positive one. I actually drive a bit further to this location to avoid some of the places near my house.I noticed the three star review and I was a bit surprised. I think a lot of these reviewers are over weighting one or two bad experiences when most of the time things are great.

I stopped by for notary services and to drop off an Amazon return. The employees were courteous and respectful. The prices were quite reasonable and the place is well kept. I don’t understand the negative reviews.My guess is they may have been acting pretentious or entitled. A plague in this city unfortunately.

I come here regularly. However, today was a different experience. When I left, I had left my wallet on top of the counter. I called and not even 15 minutes later to ask if it was there, and was told no. I went back to the UPS store because I had not left my car and knew that I had left it there. When I arrived I was told no one had seen anything in a lot of people of been in and out and it couldve been taken. When I asked to see the surveillance footage both employees went behind the counter. Then I followed them to watch it with them to ensure that they didnt take it. All of a sudden one of the employees went back to the front in my wallet appeared just as the other employee stop the surveillance camera. All of my cards were out of whack and my wallet was disorganized so Im pretty sure that they just tried to steal from me and I would not recommend using the service.

Dont come here at all. Do not waste your time. They charge $2.00 just to print a single black and White page. Every UPS Store I have been to in the DFW area charges 0.25. The Customer Service is awful. The internet at their store was slow and it took so long for them to receive my email that I decided to log onto one of their computers. I had the same issue. As a result of the slow I internet I couldnt print anything and I was still charged $1.72 for nothing. I asked if I could get a refund and the manager said I couldnt because I used the computer. I know it may seem trite to complain over $1.72 but I was essentially robbed. As I stated previously the level of Custoner service is horrendous. They made me feel like they didnt even care at all. I WILL NEVER EVER COME IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE ELSE FROM DOING SO AS WELL. I WILL ALSO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO DISCOURAGE PEOPLE FROM COMING HERE WHENEVER POSSIBLE .Sincerely a very dissatisfied customer.

Good experience. I had shipped a package and had to claim insurance due to non-delivery. It was a nightmare to claim, taking almost 4 months. (Not due to this store but due to UPS Corporate.). They helped me through the process, calling UPS Corporate weekly and badgering them until they made good on their insurance. I would recommend anyone shipping through UPS use this store.

Absolutely horrible. First of all i paid to have my package sent over night. Secondly they never delivered it or left a message that delivery was missed. I was at the house all day. Third I had to call the sender to enable me to pick it up at the UPS center. Forth I called UPS and they said I could pick it up at the distribution center. 5th its not at the center. 6th now Im sitting here waiting for 45 minutes to find my package which is on a truck somewhere in the Dallas area. Maybe Ill get the package a few days from now.

This place is a rip off. I stopped by to print couple of documents. The crook who was in the store, stopped me. He claimed that the machine needs a code. When I asked what it was, he said he will give it to me in a second. As soon as he finished charging a lady $75 to ship a small box (cell phone) next day shipping to CA, he asked me to use the computer to print. I told him I can do it on the machine. He claimed it faster. And then he start acting like he is showing me how to print. Which is find your document on your USB and hit print. But only after I am done I realized, that he delayed me, and kept watching over my shoulder despite the fact of me asking him to step back since I was printing tax papers, and then stiffed me with $3 computer charge. I told him that he was a scam and that that lady could have shipped her phone to CA next day at the post office for $25-$35not $75. Very dishonest business conduct. I wish there is - stars, I would have given him 10 of them.

Typical shipping and mailbox storefront. Great people. Unfortunitly, their move caused some changes/problems for me. Finally, now its difficult to park in a legal spot due to ups spaces being used by non ups customers. Also, wife was not comfortable with folks hanging around in parking lot.
