Applied for a position in March of this year (2019). Went on 3 interviews. One to meet paladin staff personally and two for potential assignments. I was placed at my second interview with a competitive salary. My assignment ended up being a great fit for me and they are hiring me on directly (October 2019)Throughout my assignment, my recruiter kept in contact with me each month to make sure I was happy with my placement. The company also offered me full benefits only 3 weeks into my assignment which was very important to me and my family.

I have had frequent help and guidance from the team at Paladin over the past several years and not once has it failed me. I have even seen some of that same talented staff promoted to leadership positions, which makes me all the more confident in the direction Paladin is headed as a staffing company. It is because of their repeated positive performance and hard working team members that I will always turn to Paladin whenever I take major steps in my career.

I have had such a great experience with Paladin because of Leah Laferney. While being employed with Paladin, she made me feel heard and not only said she had my best interest in mind by demonstrated that in so many ways throughout the 11 months Ive been working with her. Thanks, Leah!

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Paladin! I have been through many recruiters in a few different cities and have had very okay experiences, but working with Claire and her team really elevated the bar. They were very communicative and timely, which was a breath of fresh air during the tedious process we all know the job hunt to be.

I cannot say enough good things about Paladin! I moved to Dallas from out of state and met with the Paladin recruiter on a visit two weeks before I moved. Not only did they genuinely listen to the qualities that I was looking for in a job, but got me an interview for a Graphic Designer position with a reputable Dallas based company that very same day! Within the week I was employed. I felt they listened, matched me with the relevant openings that they had, and negotiated a very respectable salary for me with the employer. After months of failed job searching on my own Paladin really came through for me!

Im surprised at how many negative reviews are here because I had a great experience with Paladin. Id been job hunting on my own and with other recruiters for a few months with very few leads. I signed up with Paladin on a Monday and they were immediately friendly, helpful, and aggressive at submitting me for leads. I ended up interviewing for a full-time position (that same week) on Thursday and starting a new job the following Monday. They prepared me on what to ask and more for my interview, which helped me ace it. Its the first interview Ive had low nerves for as well. I couldnt have had a better experience working with Paladin.

I had an awesome experience working with Paladin. Cat in particular was a pleasure to work with and helped me land a job that I absolutely love! I would definitely recommend using this company.

I submitted all the necessary information, had an interview and everything, yet its been so many weeks that anyone has even responded. Despite me, constantly emailing them and trying to call them, I get nothing from their side. Absolute waste of time.

I have loved working with Jenny Jacoby and Julie Wilkes! Both are professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the roles they have available. I really feel like they care about candidates’ success and have a genuine interest in helping with every part of the job search process.

For many years I had a very good relationship with Paladin. They were always responsive and sent me on multiple job interviews and / or gigs when I was freelancing or looking for work. Unfortunately, in the past few years they have gone from one of the best creative employment agencies to one of the worst. You can no longer speak to recruiters when you call about job listings; nor should you expect any kind of response to the voice mails you leave. And resumes you send...they just disappear into a black hole. Its like watching the death of an old friend. So long Paladin...it was nice knowing you while it lasted.

Went in and wasted time, Paladin will promise they can help you, but from my experience I can assure anyone looking for a staffing agency to look elsewhere. Not helpful, only wastes time.

Very very unprofessional. I was contacted to come in for an interview, then the morning of I received a text message asking to reschedule because she was sick only to be contacted by another person then her within the next few days to reschedule. I came in and was told I was a good fit and would be presented to the client and never heard from anyone at this agency again.

I had heard great things about paladin. Sadly, It wasnt the case. I came in for an interview and was greeted by the entire staff who were all very friendly. They even offered to see if there boss would want me to work there as a recruiter. I was told at the end of the interview I would be reached out to next week on a follow up and with any potential jobs in line with my experience. Unfortunately that was the last that I heard from them. I hope they continue to provide better and better service down the road.

I took a contract through Paladin last year. Now, no access to W-2, all the phone numbers go to someone else or are no longer in service AND when a major corporation called to verify employment, they got no answer.When I call the main number Im told by a receptionist there is noone I can speak to, and that verification is done through a number which then provides a vmail saying fax or mail your request.This is NOT the way to do business.
