My wife dropped her phone in the pool on vacation and we did all the typical steps trying to dry it out, rice and keeping it in the sun for a few days, ect. I called around and these guys had the best price to fix a cracked Samsung Note 8 screen. I originally went in a week ago but my phone was so badly cracked, additional parts had to be ordered. Part came in within the week. I came in today to have the repair done. Took about 1.5 hours. Not bad at all. I am loving the end result. My phone looks like when it was purchased. I will definitely be a returning customer for any other wireless products I have. I paid $230 for my repair today.

The phone was really messed up before, LCD screen and everything.. looks & functions like a brand new screen for a fair price. He even threw on a tempered glass screen protector for no extra charge. Came in here on Thursday to get my iPhone 6 Plus fixed. They said it would take them 20 minutes but it was more like 15!! Super fast professional dudes and they even added a tempered glass protection sheet over my screen free of charge! And they offer a 90 day warranty if there’s a problem with the screen (unless you break it on your own of course).My phone looks just like new!I would definitely come here again if my phone messes up.

I had my iPhone 7 screen repaired here and they did a great job returning my phone to look like new. Paid $90 and got a free glass protector. Very knowledgeable staff and great customer service. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future repairs for my family.

At first I was skeptical about this place being legitimate but I asked Noah (the manager) to take some pictures of my broken phone and parts and show me the pieces he had taken off and removed and he was happy to oblige. I had an iPad Pro 10.5 screen repaired here. The screen was not secured down well and the button was not seated correctly. I had them reset it and the screen fell off during a trip. When brought to them, they claimed the screen was on a month back order and they would talk to management to get it replaced. I had a friend call to inquire about the same screen and they were told they could have it done by the end of the day. Very unhappy about the service and quality here. To replace the screen again, I could have just purchased a new iPad.

I dropped my iPad from about waist high onto the cement and it hit the corner of the iPad. Completely shattered my screen even thought it was in a case. I took it in around 11:30 Monday and it would have been done that afternoon but it needed a bracket since the edge was bent. Noah called me and said it would be ready today and I picked it up on my way home from work. It looks like a brand new iPad! Excellent work and superior customer service. I would rate this 10 stars if that was an option. Apple would have charged anywhere between $500-600. This cost half that. Hopefully I won’t drop it again, but this is the place to go for quality work at a very reasonable price.

I received the BEST service from the time I called to get a quote to the time I left. I would recommend this business to any of my friends, family or coworkers.What happened: The lock/power button on my iPhone 4S got stuck. I couldnt lock/unlock, screenshot, power on/off without using the silly assistivetouch accessibility feature. Frustrated, I naturally took my phone to the Apple Store (Willowbend). I was told there was nothing they could do about it (from what I heard, they barely do repairs) and I would need to replace the entire phone. Since Im right outside of the one year warranty, I would have to pay $199 to replace the phone I have. To pay that much I figured I could get the iPhone 5 but of course my upgrade isnt until May 2013. Bummer.At this point I leave the store upset and start calling repair centers. I spoke to 5-6 stores in the area and by far, this location was the nicest. I truly value great customer service and I received it here. Not only did they save me a ton of money, but they were nice and didnt try to take advantage of me or my situation. BIG thanks to Mo and the rest of the staff here!

Fast, honest service.

I wish I couldve had the great experience a lot of people have had but I didnt. I took my broken phone to them with the backlight bright and front camera working just fine. I showed them videos of me before entering there store for proof. My phone screen is now VERY dim, and my front camera isnt working properly. Ive broken my screen before and had it repaired and have never had this problem. They say they are going to fix it but its been a week and my phone is still in horrible condition. Horrible comparing it to what it was before I handed it to them.. Yea they are being nice. But my phone still isnt working properly so my rating is based off that alone

Noah is the best! I came in with a broken iWatch (screen was intact but popped out from the base). Normally they don’t work on iWatches but given it was just a question of gluing/sealing it back, they took on the work. This really helped me leave it where I had piece of mind that they would do a good job.They found the issue and were able to recommend next steps because the issue would continue to push the screen out. I was then able to go to Apple equipped with appropriate information.Very helpful.

This is a no scam, no B.S. business. They fixed my iPad 4 at no cost. There was small piece of metal blocking the charging port. No fee for diagnosis. Highly recommend.

These guys royally screwed me. I left with a phone in worse condition. I took my iphone7 in for screen replacement. They ended up breaking my home button and after the 2nd visit proceeded to tell me that I would then have take my iPhone to the apple store costing me more money to not only fix my screen but my home button as well. Rather than offering to pay the difference between their screen repair to apples and plus they just say ‘sorry I can’t help you!’ I wouldn’t recommend taking anything to them.

I loved that these guys were not sketchy on providing information.They explained to me that the price was 139.99 and I couldnt believe it! These guys had the cheapest prices I could find. The best part about it was that they could get it done in 30 minutes upon my arrival and I didnt have to make an appointment! So after a few other phone calls and searching on the web to verify prices, I was on the way to the Cell Phone Repair Guys.When I first walked in, the man at the front greeted me with such a friendly smile that it was impossible not to smile back. After the young man took my information and took my phone he told me to have a seat and watch some TV, it wouldnt be any longer than 30 minutes. The environment was awesome! The music was so relaxing that I honestly forgot I was in a repair shop. Not to mention their couches! Oh man, you just sink into them, absolutely perfect environment.In 25 minutes my name was called and there it was, my iPhone 5 looking as if it came right out of the box. I took in my LGV10 for a cracked screen. The repair was seamless. However, shards of the shattered glass had fallen into the speaker during the process. Noah quickly noticed the damage on my next visit and fixed it. Very professional and time efficient.

Excellent job on the diagnostics. Went in for what I was hoping was a broken antenna, told them about a few issues, they took a guess told me about more issues that I would be looking at having soon if not already if their guess was right (and I was already having some of them). They thought the phone might have been a refurbished Water Dunked phone. It was a previous replacement from my carrier for a defective phone. After they finished their exam (took about 2hrs), they were able to confirm that it was waterdamaged and the contacts were now corroding (thanks ALOT, T-Mobile!). They recommended replacing the phone rather than repairing, and did not charge me anything for the diagnostics or exam. THANKS!

Absolute worst shop ever! Do not honor warranty, they installed a non-OEM part incorrectly, causing me to drive to the store 3 times, manager changed repair price 2 times, accussed me of damaging a repair that was never done right. All this verified by the manufacturer and I filed with the BBB, but they arent even accredited.
