In addition to supply, they have an excellent customer service team. Paris from the CS team was extremely helpful and was able to assist with expediting our product. R&L Dispatch: We wanted to give a special thanks to the individual at the Will Call door. It was clear he had a lot going on based on how busy he was when we arrived. He stopped and patiently took care of our driver and even helped move some pallets in the truck to make room for our pick up. I ordered a work bench from this company. After 6 weeks with out even an estimate on delivery I canceled the order. I ordered the exact same Bench from ULINE the shipping was half the price and I have the bench 2 days after placing the order. I really hate to leave a bad review but this is just not acceptable.

This is the worst company to work with. I ordered over $5000 in filter housings. When I placed the order on April 14 I was told 2 week delivery. That changed to 4 weeks. Its now May 29 and Mike the sales person lies and told me they will be shipped on May 25th and then the 28th. Now he is ducking my e-mails and calls. Very unprofessional company. Im loosing $20000 a week. Stay away from this company.

$200 minimum orderNo exceptions even if you live locally - was willing to pay $50 for products in person; they obviously dont want your business that much.I also called and left a message asking about this over the weekend and rather than returning my call I had to call them back many days later to get this word...no one returned my call as their phone message said would occur.

Unfortunately our experience has not been great. We were charged $147 in shipping for no more than 50 pounds worth of merchandise. Now they want to charge another 40 for unloading 15 pounds with a lift gate that we offered to carry off. Plus 50 of the 100 plasitc jars were smashed because of the way they were packaged. We have pictures. It was a bad ship job. Have been in retail for over 30 years and have never seen anything like this.

It took about 4 weeks for my order to arrive. By that time it was too long of a wait I went to another company and got the bottles from them. Then I got notification that my bottles were being shipped. I called them to cancel but they refused to cancel my order and sent it anyway. When my order came, the box they were in was in bad shape. Probably due to the mishandling by the shipping service.I did not open the box but I had the shipping service send it back to the Cary Company. This company should be avoided. I keep getting invoices from them even though their product was returned unopened or used.

Well it looks like everyone beat me to the punch.....yes their customer service is very poor. They refuse to go out of their way to do anything extra, they claim they cant do anything to alter an order when you call.....and whether the bosses really limit their customer service agents ability to do anything useful or if the agent was too lazy....either way rather unacceptable. Id be borderline embarrassed if this was my company. GIVE YOUR AGENTS POWER TO DO SOMETHING!!!!! Unfortunately there arent many great alternatives to this company.....which is probably why they are still in business.

Great experience for me. I placed an order online which was easy but had unknowingly ordered a lid version for my container that wouldnt fit perfectly. Paris from customer service gave me a courtesy call to inform me and then took the time to help me find the perfect match for what i needed.In addition, once the order shipped, Paris let me know it was on the way and should be delivered on this date.Great experience overall but exceptional customer service thanks to Paris.

I was delivered a drum that would not sealed due to a damaged lid. I called to see if they could replace the lid and was told there was nothing they could do because they do not manufacture the drums. I asked for the drum to be replaced and was refused. They offered to open up a case on my behalf with the manufacturer. I dont time to deal with their supplier, I need the drum now. Also, when I made the statement that , you sent me an unusable drum. The customer service representative was quick to point out that she did not personally send me the drum. What? When you answer the phone you are representing the company. I would never do business with the Cary Company again.

Dont do Business here, and dont try to post a review through their system. Very bad experience. We spent extra money to have our package shipped via USPS, and they shipped it FEDEX. They have refused to refund the extra money sent for USPS. Who knows if we will ever get our package. FEDEX is terrible in our area. Worst experience ever. To top it off when I went to do a review, it got held for 30 days because it was negative. Save your money and find a different company to work with.

Called in to find out where a box of missing tops were. someone answered, couldnt help me, kept asking for all my info and said she couldnt access any of my info, I asked her for a supervisor or someone that could and after 7 minutes of wasted time she said she couldnt because no one was available. Why press 3 for customer service if they cant help you? wont buy again as they shouldnt be wasting peoples time and customer service cant access an order # or anything, .....

Most unreliable, unprofessional group of corporate thieves! After making a purchase and receiving the incorrect items I contacted this business & was advised to return along with an authorization form that was emailed to me.I contacted Cary company to request return labels and was then informed that they will be emailed to me by the end of closing...a month later and multiple calls back to the Cary company resulted in me being told that:1) I am responsible for the return and 2) I also am responsible for the manpower to restock the items that I am sure they are only mailing right back out to someone else.I would have been better off ordering from Amazon or Ebay.

Called for price on ordering 2 pallets and needed by Monday so was willing to pay fast shipping. Left messages and got called back with a price. I was on phone call so had to call back. Tried for over an hour to get ahold of the sales rep I had talked to and finally just went to orders. Then was told price was wrong and had to pay more. I agreed and placed the order. Well the day of guaranteed delivery came and nothing showed up so I called and they couldn’t reach the trucking company. Then was called at the end of the day and was told sorry they needed to deliver the next day. Asked for time as needed so we can place order for our customer. Was told again they needed to reach out to carrier. Next day finally arrived about 1pm but was missing 1/2 the order. Called, emailed and been waiting for where the remaining order was at. Finally today 10 days late was told that they’re delivering the other half. My customer canceled order as we couldn’t deliver and was told they’re working on a resolution for the trucking cost. Trucking cost how about the whole order credit as I lost business because they couldn’t even track an order and deliver on time. We were looking at moving into full truck loads but no way will we do it with them. Avoid if you want to get on time what you ordered.

The sales guy that I spoke to was totally unhelpful. He advised I should speak to someone else but they were busy with meetings so it might be a day before I could get a return call.Im stunned that only one person in a firm of this size would be able to answer my elementary questions involving pricing.I followed up to see if a manager could help me and no one could give me the contact info for a manager either.Glad I found out sooner rather than later how this firm handles inquiries. I cant imagine how they would behave if there was an actual problem or atechnical question.

I have purchased from the Cary company a few times now. Due to a change in processing systems my product was on back order. (but I was not aware of this) After 2 phone calls with two very sweet ladies my problem still was not rectified. My 3rd call was with Paris Hall. Let me tell you, Paris went above and beyond to make sure my order was sent out THE NEXT DAY!!!! She emailed me with the tracking number and told me I could contact her anytime moving forward. Worst experience ever! I placed an order for some caps that I use for one of my company. I wanted to try to see how this company operated, so I placed a small order to determine shipping speed, quality, customer service etc.As soon as I got my order I noticed the shipping caps were discolored. They would not work for my company as they simply look unacceptable when a customer is not getting what is pictured on one of our company websites. We also sell these caps as replacement caps for users who want to reseal there containers for multiple uses.I contacted the company and was asked to take a picture of the item in which I did. I sent it over to the customer service rep in which I did not hear anything back for several hours. I called again and this time it was near the time they closed and opened a case with another representative. The next morning I called again on 10-3-18 in order to get the right caps shipped out or a shipping label.I kept being told they would be in contact and were speaking with their quality control dept. I informed them that I do not care about that, but I do care about getting a refund, correct displayed website item or a shipping label to return the item. I received an email from a representative who attached documents from the MFG that the item is fine and this coloring discoloration occurs. I explained again that I do not care and need the correct natural style cap that is DISPLAYED on the website which I ordered.I wrote a review i the meantime and received a call very quickly. It appears this company was extremely quick to reply by phone once a review was posted, but not when a customer has an issue. They ultimately did state they would give me a refund, but the amount of time that it took to get the refund and the hassle to get the item that is pictured on their site is AWFUL.I had much better luck with Container Packing Supply, SKS Plastics, McKernan Packing which have customer service that is MUCH better. I do not like how this company operates at all. I would suggest to look at the above mentioned competitors for better results.I attached the caps I received from the company (weird brown, pink color) and a picture of what the product caps should look like when displayed on a 5 gallon jug. I have been ordering these caps for years from multiple companies and NEVER EVER received ones that appeared like the ones the Carry Company sent me.
