Cant beat an inexpensive car wash that does a decent job and also free vacuum. This place is usually pretty busy, especially when the weather is nice. They were even giving out free microfiber towels one day.

Best car wash ever I need to invest to see if theres unlimited car washes! I know a lot of other car washes offer that service but I want to stick to this place.

Best car wash place around, good prices and great vacuums. Id definitely recommend it. My only suggestion would be to watch out for some scratches after drying it out. Ive gotten a few after few washes, some cars have bad rust and particles get stuck while washing and you might get a few scratches, not their fault though.

It scratches your car and damages your paint. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. It’s better if you wash it at home.

My first experience at the car wash consisted of my license plate getting riped off instead of the bird poop on my car. Luckily, the manager of Addison by the name of Andrew I believe went out of his way to re-attach my license plate. Then proceeded to run me through the wash a second time for my troubles. Been back every week ever since. Outstanding employee service.

I usually have no issues but today for having paid for the $12 package, when I drive off I find that my back window is terribly dusty, looks like half of it didnt even get touched by the wash and my front windshield had what looked like splashed on it, as if the dryer portion didnt work well today. Other than that it is a great spot! Again, first time I had any issues. Normally it is great.

Never had a problem. They don’t have those smacking wipes in their wash so I’m happy.

PLEASE READ!!! TAKE PRECAUTIONS!I’m editing my review from 4 stars down to 1. If possible I would give 0. This was my go-to car wash and I have to tell everyone I will NOT be returning here after my recent experiences. About a month ago I witnessed the wash shut down as my car was going through its course. I left a fair review because on all other occasions I left with a squeaky clean vehicle. Last night I visited Jet Brite in Addison and bought a fairly priced car wash. I returned home with severe damage to my rear bumper. The whole right corner of my car and some of the rear had chips of paint missing and EXTREMELY noticeable scuff marks. The bumper was penetrated so hard that you can still feel texture of the scraped bumper. I take VERY good care of all my vehicles. This is 100% NOT my fault. Under the guidelines of what they take responsibility for, my car does not meet the criteria. I’m a full-time student with a job and this is my daily so I’ve reached over the limit of what they accept which is 100,000 miles which is what my car just reached a few weeks ago. My car is a 2014 Charger who I am the second owner to and I believe that the damages SHOULD be paid for. There’s not much I can do since their ridiculous disclaimer says so. But what I can do is warn all of you that the machines here WILL FOR SURE damage your vehicle at some point. Some of you may get lucky, as I have many MANY times. Others will unfortunately eventually be stuck with paying for the damages your not responsible for like I am now. In the photos you can clearly see the damages are not from a car. It’s clearly from a machine because there are absolutely no dents, just deeply penetrated scratches. In my head I believe this is from the brushes, but who knows. I’ve worked with people in businesses who don’t take responsibility for their actions and I feel this is one of them due to the reviews and how much they state they are not reliable on their website and even before entering the wash. This is a very unfortunate experience for me, and I clearly see why car washes by hand are still around. I would notice scuff marks randomly appearing on areas of my car as time went on not considering it could be from this place and their machines but I feel confident in giving them the blame now. Good luck to anybody who enters this wash. I wouldn’t want anybody feeling the way I do. I’ll make an edit to this review if anything is compromised between us but I don’t have much faith in that happening.

Never had any damages to wipers, wheels or tires from the tracks.Free vacuum and carpet cleaning with purchase of wash.Car stays clean a long time when you go for the $12 wash that I includes hot wax.Cons: it lacks a discount option after a certain number of washes.

Very nice car wash get a lot for your money. They do nice job on your car depending on what package you buy. What I like is in the winter time it only cost you three bucks to get the salt off your car.

You cannot beat the $3.00 wash and free vacuums here. You can upgrade the basic wash and spend more if you choose but the basic wash will leave your car shining.

Horrible customer service and staff. I SIMPLY went to get a carwash yo get rid of bird discharge on the driver side window. Again, something light water could easy just get clean off. So I turned around to explain to the and Andrew was truly disrespectful and didn’t care much about my situation or if my car was clean or not. He stated “ go ahead and please give us that one star rating I could care less about this stupid $11 an hour job. I would highly suggest to get a better staff before losing a lot of customers.

Gets the salt off my truck for cheap and it comes out sparkling clean. When its warm outside they put out soap buckets and brushes to pre-scrub the wheels and bugs off your car or truck before you go through, thats a nice touch.

The utmost TERRIBLE customer service Ive had ever experience at a car wash. My car still had mud&snow remaining after the wash and as i turn back around to ask for assistance from one of the employees named ANDREW. Right away I was responded with facial expressions of disgust and rude remarks. As I asked The young man what was wrong he rudely responded that Your more than welcome to go somewhere else buddy. I was astonished of the way I was treated over a small towel job on my vehicle. Most definitely going somewhere else to avoid such disrepect.

This place is great. Its fairly new and who can beat a $3 car wash. Even if the line is long it goes quick as this place is very efficient.

I have been coming here for the past 2 years with the same pickup truck James decided to no longer allow my truck to come in this wash because of my tires. Requested for a manager and was told he was one. Really don’t look like one with that pretty attitude.

I strongly recommend this place. I go to clean my car once a week, especially to use the vacuum which is a free service after a car wash purchase ($3 basic or $6 wash with rims cleaning is enough I think). And remember to use the small machine on the corner that vacuums your carpets in 10 seconds. 🤘

I got the $12 wash including wax, fast and easy to use system but unfortunately there were multiple wax spots left on the car which are now difficult to remove.

Super long line, out into the street. But moved fast and effecient. Expected to wait line 30 min and it was only 15 for me to get through it all.

Twice now this car wash has ripped the back wiper blade off my back window wiper. This had caused damage to my back window.

Staff fixed the detached vacuum hose without skipping a beat. Impressed by the prompt service and maintenance.

Well I can say long lines almost out to the street but extremely efficient and fast and what they do everybody runs it and makes it move very well. Even on the other side by the vacuum cleaners expected to wait about 45 minutes was in and out of there washing the vehicle in less than 15 minutes

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPEREINCE LAST SATURDAY. WHEN I CAME OUT THE WASH MY WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM. SPOKE TO THE GUY ON DUTY AND MADE A REPORT. HE ASKED ME TO COME BACK ON WEDNESDAY AND TO SPEAK TO TO THE MANAGER. I MET JON THE MANAGER ON WEDNESDAY AND HE SAID THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND HAVE MY INSURANCE CONTACT THEM. I CALLED JON TODAY, THURSDAY TO LET HIM KNOW HOW HE WAS GOING TO HANDLE THE BILL AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT BECAUSE THE WINDSHIELD HAD A CRACK ALREADY BEFORE ENTERING. JON IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MANAGMENT! HE SENT ME A PICTURE WHICH PROOFS NOTHING ABOUT THE DAMAGE BEEN THERE BEFORE.
