Very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. A remodel can be a long and stressful project but they were extremely helpful throughout the whole thing.Their team paid attention to every detail and gave phenomenal end results. I chose Collin Bryan for our outdoor electric shade. The company is known for roofing and other construction but they are newer to the outdoor shade business. I decided to give them a shot because of Daniels professionalism. At the first install attempt, Daniel and Jonathan did not feel our brick on the column or facia was strong enough to support the 18 foot shade so they had to come back at a later time and reinforce the facia. The overall timing of the install took longer than expected, but Im glad they took the time to install it correctly with plenty of support. I appreciate them taking the time to do the install correctly and not just rushing to mark the job as complete.

The one problem with living in a home designed by Collin Bryan Custom homes is that it sincerely makes it difficult to live in any other home. I was lucky enough to live ten years in the Patterson Estate, a masterpiece of home that won builders awards for best home in it’s class for it’s year built, as well as best kitchen and best master bathroom. This home was 8,000 of exquisite detail. The three fireplaces were of ultimate craftmanship in detail, the ceilings were the most gorgeous coffers I’ve seen, the oversized kitchen cabinets of highest quality, the stonework throughout home was nothing less than spectacular. The design of the home was well thought out and floor to ceiling windows spanning the home overlooking a designer infinity pool and pond beyond. The whole home was out of a movie. It was impossibly elegant and it was due to to the vision, the commitment, and the spare no expense on quality of one person his company. It took me awhile to write this review, because while we needed to make a move out of state for family reasons, leaving this home was nothing less than heartbreaking. DFW is filled with incredible homes, but anyone who has visited our home, will tell you it is one of the most remarkable houses they have seen. Bryan is a genius, trust this company.

Sadly after doing what we thought was our due diligence in researching remodeling companies we were very disappointed in the lack of communication, and ongoing mistakes that we had to deal with. Even the project manager agreed things were done wrong and the communication was not good among other issues.Bryan, the owner finally called which I thought was to apologize and work with us. Instead he threaten to take us to court because we had pushed the redo of the project out a few weeks for medical reasons and he wanted his final payment. He was beyond rude and unprofessional. Regardless of all the issues and validated mistakes we dealt with he had the nerve to tell me I was over exaggerating. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and choose another contractor!

Very unprofessional staff and company. Not only they are arrogant, but they are equally incompetent and disorganized. They are more interested of making money than delivering a good service. Stay away from Collin BRYAN if you have a pool project . They will do a lousy job and threaten to halt the project when you show them defects on the work they did. They dont have the word apologize in their vocabulary even if they are wrong. I regret hiring those people for my pool project....they are currently dragging their feets...and want to be paid for coping job with defect. They do not clean up after themselves either. I have had a lot of complaints from neighbors and HOA about Collin Bryan contractors leaving debris in the neighborhood. After the work of contactors, Collin Bryan pool superintendent will overlook the defects, and when you the customer takes pictures of those defects and send to them, instead of apologizing, they will tell you let us do our job......even though they are obviously unprofessional and incompetent. Now the incompetent pool superintendent Craig Samford said that he has paused my pool project. I suspect that the guy found out that he messed up even the plumbing and is seeking a way out. Collin Bryan should be accountable for their incompetency as a company that hires an incompetent pool superi ntendent and other incompetent schedulers like Dottie Bun that they have fired.

I recently hired CBC to replace my roof due to a major leak. The roofers were very professional and came out right away to inspect my roof. I am so contented with the job that was completed and would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you incredibly much!

With Collin Bryan Construction, we continue to be extremely happy. We asked them to repair a few small-scale problems we had with the wood on the outside of our house and workshop, based on the professionalism of their previous work for us.Once again, they found out what was required and cared for it neatly and promptly. One morning, we left for work, came back, and our house looked brand new. Even though our issues were on a smaller scale than a lot of the work they do, we didnt feel like we were an afterthought to them at all. We dont know what we wouldve done without them!Thank you guys!

This company apparently has a very inflated ego. They made an appointment and the day before the rep was to come out and look at the job, he determined the job (based on written description) was not big enough to mess with. I guess someone looking to spend around $10 is not worth this companies time. I would say that based on this experience, this company would not be worth your time to call.

The sales pitch was great for my bathroom remodel. The job took way longer than quoted. Some of the workers were awesome and some were not great at all! They had to keep coming back since the job was not done in the correct sequence nor properly done. The toilet kept leaking since it wasnt installed properly. I had several other issues and asked that my email with the issues be sent to the owner of the company and the supervisor to see if the work was up to their standards, which I was assured would be forwarded. That was about a month ago and I havent received a response.....still waiting. Overpriced for the work. Would not recommend.

The most horrific experience ever. Do not use this company. I wish there was option for 0 stars. I decided to use this company because of good reviews but they are manipulating the reviews because I had the worse experience ever! I signed the contract on 9/10/20 to install a new in ground pool. The salesman, Chris Dudley, sat on it for 6 weeks before handing it off to scheduler. Scheduler contacts me on 10/21/20, 6 weeks later to start the permit process. Meanwhile Chris blames the scheduler that its out of his hands once it goes to the scheduler but she didn’t get it from him for 6 weeks. Permit got approved in 3 weeks but had to wait until 12/8/20 for the construction to start. Chris emails me asking for the list of selections I made. What kind of business practice does not have all the selections on file? Then the measurement was off on my yard so the decking is smaller than what I’m paying for. I asked why the decking square footage was a lot more than other companies I received quotes from but Chris said the other company’s measurement was wrong. But he was wrong and is charging me more. Does this sound like a scam? Then I had to wait a month for the gunite(1/14/21) after the dig which caused the walls to break. They had to spray more of gunite and that caused my pool formation to be off which caused coping stone not to fit and so they had to cut pieces to make it fit. This does not look clean nor worth the money I paid. Another month of waiting for the tile and coping on 2/23/21. The construction crews were putting the tile on wrong so I told them that’s not right but that’s how they got it from the pool company because Chris emails me and says it’s right how they are doing it. I showed Chris the picture he made that shows the correct way and told him he was wrong. How can you not have the basic design straight when you did the design yourself and had the pictures? Then he emails me I was right and said he was looking at an old plan. There is no old plan, only one plan. I never changed and wanted it one way from the beginning and signed the contract the same day as the design. One excuse after another not owning up to his fault and this is how they do business. Now we are at a standstill. Decking install is next but they schedule it for today(3/17/21) 3 weeks out saying due to weather forecast. We had 3 weeks of good weather and there was rain in the forecast today. I emailed the scheduler telling her to possibly move the date up but she ignores all of my emails. I left her a voicemail and she ignores that. I called the company front desk and spoken with her many times and requested to speak to a manager. She gave me his email but no phone number and says she will have him call me. He never called after 3 times of requesting. I emailed the manager several times and he never replies. Today I spoke to front desk again because of course the deck crew aren’t here and this time she said she will have the owner, Bryan, call me. No callback still. Everyone from scheduler (Dottie Bun, one scheduler for the whole company), manager (Joe Garcia), and owner (Bryan) all ignores me. I have paid 80 percent of the whole cost and 80 percent is not complete. They are ignoring my emails, calls, request for callback and they are just working at their leisure when they have already wasted so much time because the lack of proper business practice. I am paying over 90K for this pool and I’m am not getting proper customer care nor proper communication. Do not sign with this company, you will regret just like me.

We signed pool contract July 2020, it’s March 2021 and pool has not been completed and handed over despite pool being completely paid for 2 months ago.

New Update: I received a phone call from the company. It sounds like there was some miscommunication concerning my project/estimate. We are going to try again based on other reviews and both gentlemen I spoke to were very apologetic and seem to want to fix the issues we experienced.We called for an estimate on getting a backyard update and new structure. Wes came out, said he’d have an estimate for us in a week. 3 weeks later still nothing. I have called, no one picks up. I left a couple messages, no call back. Wes also didn’t want to honor the mailer we received for a free XL Green Egg with pool OR outdoor living purchase. I can’t figure out how this company has 5 star rating?!

I hired this group to completely renovate my guest bathroom and they did and it looks good. But I feel like they overcharged me for parts they didnt even use. I tried getting in contact with them for weeks before the project started to get an estimate of when theyd begin working and nobody could give me a straight answer. The reason for the delay ended up being that my custom cabinets were never ordered. So I was stuck with either waiting weeks for new ones to be built or choosing from what they had in stock. Even then, the guy who gave me the estimate got a lot of the measurements wrong so that gave the installers more headaches than it shouldve. Also, if you have to finance your project, dont go through this company. They use a company called GreenSky and Ive found out the hard way that its a predatory lending company. Im being charged $53 to $100 each month for finance charges. I didnt know about it otherwise I wouldve never done it. Youre better off finding a reputable handyman and buying your materials yourself if you want to save money.

They went above and beyond to help me understand the dos and donts of getting a new roof. Even though they are not the cheapest, but we had high confidence in them because they have my best interest at heart at every step. I used Collin Bryan Construction in May 2019 for a leaky roof. They were very responsive and professional. They were referred to me by a coworker. They replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts, sunroof, and covered patio. I even upgraded for covered guttering since i have so many trees. I also added some downspouts since i have had trouble with flooding in my backyard. The quality of their products are excellent. Their service and punctuality was the best! Thank you Jonathan!

Collin Bryan was easy to work with. The project manager Johnathan was intent on making sure everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied with the work. Everyone we interacted with from CB was professional and seemed interested in making sure we were content. I wasn’t happy with some interior painting work that was part of the insurance claim, and they came back and got everything corrected.With any large company, there may be other crews or workers that don’t hold themselves to the same standard as the people I dealt with. But based on my experience, Collin Bryan is a solid company and worth recommending.

We had a hail storm come through and pretty much destroy our roof. Shortly after I received quotes from several Roofing Companies before receiving a recommendation to talk to Martin at Collin Bryan. They installed a shower stall to replace a tub shower. There were several issues during the course of the project. There are still two unresolved issues. They came back and fixed the two issues. The shower looks and works great. I was impressed by their concern and willingness to make things right. We worked with Jonathan from CBC on a new roof for our house. Because we didnt meet our deductible he worked with us to make sure we spending on quality materials rather than getting everything as cheap as possible. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with no issues.

I had a lot of storm damage. My insurance only wanted to cover the bare minimum and replace the roof. Dan and his team got my gutters replaced, my back fence, my front door, my deck repainted and back back porch awning replaced. The insurance ended up covering all repairs. The Collin Bryan Tran and their subcontractors did an amazing job. They were very professional and it was a very quick process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommended for you storm damage or remodeling needs.

I called Collin Bryan a few months ago when we were selling our house and needed a new roof. They came out and inspected our roof in the rain because they knew we were under a tight timeline. Not only were we selling or house but we were purchasing a new home and our closing date was dependent upon the sale of our home. Not only were they quick to do the inspection, but they had as a quote in about a day for us to send to the insurance company. Then, they were out in less than 2 weeks to put the new roof on. The work they did was quality and the new roof looked great. I would tell you that their customer service is nothing short of amazing! Travis was great to work with and we are very appreciative for all they did to help us.

Everything about the process was easy. Jake Hudson was on top of it the whole time from a project management standpoint and the crews were efficient. There was one minor issue with the guttters that was not an urgent need, but it was still addressed within 24 hours.

Very disappointing service. We were hired as a sub contractor and the owner, Bryan, lacks respects and open communication to his workers. There is a certain level of professionalism that has to be met even on bad terms, and you will definitely not find it here. We were never paid for the services provided nor given the chance to correct any labor mishaps. Do not contact them, you are better of searching for services elsewhere.

My husband was away and i discovered a couple of leaks in the corner of the kitchen. He called Collin Bryan for help with our TPO roof.Bryan came to check the roof in just a few days. He examined the entire roof. He told my husband by phone that the roof was not the problem. It was the corner that had a hole where the rainwater was getting in. He said the cornice or fasia needed repair at that corner.We highly recommend Brian for his honesty. He could easily have sold me a $500 or $600 roof repair job since my husband was not here.
