Owner ripped us off, charged us $4500 for repairs on our vehicle that was not completed, the vehicle does not work or run and they refuse to offer a refund. Please do not go to this establishment. I am positive all the 5 star reviews are made by the owner

They were replacing an engine, ripped us off charged for an addition engine not returning ours and also returned car in not good working order. Broke the hood latch too. They are rude, they avoid speaking to you and took a very long time to repair our car. 4,725.00 later, car is still not working right. They don’t care about you or your car..... only your money. Please be careful.

Car buying is usually a little scary knowing that some used car dealerships are just trying to make a sale. I reached out to JWS AUTO this past weekend for advice to check the potential vehicle i was planning to purchase. They offered me a check up and assisted me with looking into the computer of the used car. They were very helpful! I will bring back any car any time to them! I highly recommend these guys! :)

DO NOT USE JWS AUTO was lied too week after week saying my car will be done this week and this week and they had such bad communication! Took my car to get fixed paid all upfront they told me 2-3 days for job to be done which led into job talking 3 months and job is still not done!!! They had so many unfinished cars in the site all just sitting outside. I went to check out my car 3 months after I paid to see what was the update because they stopped answering my calls maybe 2 months into them “fixing it” only to find my car was left outside so messed up I fixable! All it needed was a new motor drop!!! Wish I did not use jws auto they are not good business at all and have no idea what they are doing reporting them to the BBB

They had me to have my truck tow in for a motor rebuild and to put down two thousand dollars and to sign up with this credit loan place call Acima for the rest of the payment for 2,500 to close the deal for 4,500.this was in February and I was promised to have my car ready in about four weeks. It went on for three months and still no truck. It came down to June and I came up there to request my money and truck back inwhich they removed parts for my truck and looked as if to stopped working on it and remained against the fence that the tow truck driver that I hired to take there. Well the have me the run around about getting my money back for a month that I had to call the Addison Police department for a report of theft. Finally in two weeks they released my truck and money back to me. But as I discovered that they sabotaged my truck by taking off parts without my knowledge that is going to at least cost me about six hundred dollars. Do not use this company, they will rip you off!

Please please do not take your car or truck to this place they are rip off and thieves, I took my duly to them to rebuild the motor after rebuild the engine after 30 minutes of running the engine it’s just a trash then I was really mad then they rebuild it again after all that they stole my brand new turbo just purchased for $1500 and they replace it with the junk turbo they have in there workshop, but I’m taking them to court soon please stay away from them, they are using illegal immigrants for cheap labor but all will stop after our case in the court

This place is horrible. They kept my car for over 7 months and still gave no explanation as to why they took so long to rebuild my engine and kept telling me other things were wrong with the car. They tried to charge me for storage fees and when I arrived to pick up my car it still was not fixed or ready and was making all kinds of noises and the engine did not look or appear to be rebuilt or new at all. They have piss poor service.

Bought four tires here three weeks ago. Two started leaking. Went to a good tire shop to fix. Apparently one tire already has plugs and had to be replaced. The other can be fixed. Then he tells me one of the other good tires has a plug in the side wall. Wow. Thanks guys. Avoid this place. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.

Not bad but you get what you pay for. Got a set, 3 tires looked good with nice tread and the 4th had a nail and bad wear on one side of the tire. If you can get new tires then definitely do so. Large selection of tires for lifted trucks so you can probably find something good if you look.

Haven’t been here but they never ever answer their phone they have two numbers posted on Facebook and one on this and won’t answer neither one and I’ve been calling for over a week now it’s about a 3 hour round trip so I can’t just drive to them just off the no reply’s to anything I requested a quote I sent multiple messages on Facebook and still nothing I gave them a poor rating on these facts alone

This place is trash! Don’t go here unless you speak Spanish, me and my friend showed up for a simple wheel swap, no mounting or anything just a swap from car to car. They (assuming we didn’t speak Spanish) tried to overcharge us for a simple service, that talked in Spanish saying that they should charge us 100 for the service and when we caught on they lowered t to 50. After waiting thirty minutes for them to mount one tire on a truck we ended up just leaving. Complete waste of time, stay far away from this tire shop. Wish I could give 0 stars

Not sure what to say...called and verified that they had 4 specific tires for my vehice. Confirmed that I would be there Friday....got there at said time and low and behold no tires. Guess they saw a female and figured that Id take whatever they offered-thats a negative ghost rider.You draw your own conclusions.

Jws tires is the best place in Addison for your tire needs either used or new.... had to replace my tires and came across new tires a decent price so I went with the new ones for my truck, great customer service and a large inventory selection to choose from. Will defenetelly recommend this tire shop for tire needs.

Absolutely horrible. Sold me 4 tires that looked good however they “couldn’t install them” I took them back to my home town an hour and a half away. Went to get them installed and come to find out all 4 were bad. Drove all the way back up there they replaced and put 4 different tires. Get all the way home and have a leak. Went to a local tire shop and jws didn’t put all my lug nuts on. Striped one completely and sold me another ruined tire! I wish ZERO was a rating instead of 1. Will NEVER be back nor recommend. Also, workers are very rude!

I needed to replace one tire that had a problem holding air and couldn’t be patched. JWS had a Nitto Trail Grappler in the correct size, schedules an appointment to have the tire replaced later in the week. I was put in the hospital and asked a friend to go have the tire replaced on scheduled day. They figured out the owner of the vehicle wasn’t the person there to have the tire replaced. Mounted a nasty looking tire that had 3/32 tread on it. By the time I got out of the hospital the 5 days to return was over. The tire wasn’t balanced, steering wheel vibrated soon as I hit 45 mph. I doubt they even balance any tire sold. If you want to do business with them be observant, VERIFY THEY BALANCE the tire and inspect all tires purchased from them. You will be dealing with people that lack integrity and morals. I did inform their main location by written communication, never heard back from them.

They overcharged me on correcting their work, even when I had explained what I wanted. We even had to explain to them what directional tires were. Dont go here

Super shady. Buying used tires is always risky, but these guys have no problem knowingly selling defective and dangerous tires. Bought matching set of 4 used tires, none of which hold air. One tire lost 15 psi in 1 hour. My fault for not triple checking, but let my ignorance save you a headache and possibly danger down the road.

They sold me used tires with multiple nails in them. I was watching the installation of the tires and I saw one of the guys call another employee over to take a look at a leak. Obviously I spoke up asking about the leak as I watched them pull a nail out. He said they were able to patch it. I felt like they were hoping I wasnt paying attention so they wouldnt have to patch it in the first place. A day after I discovered other one of the tires flat with three different nails in it. Ive ended up taking the tires up to discount tire and Im waiting to hear back if any of the tires I purchased through JWS are even useable. A used car salesman is more honest than these guys.

Tires were to big which they said they weren’t, sure enough they were rubbing my fender liners and took it off, so I went in to get some smaller cheaper more worn tires and tried charging me another $150Also have to park car in the back to get work on and it’s narrow and you have to back your car out so it’s a pain DO NOT RECOMMEND

Summary: Over priced, bad quality, bad service, DENTED MY 1000$ WHEELSOriginal: They said it was going to be 40$ to mount tires that I brought them. That was okay with me... What was NOT okay, is that they added 28$ for valve stems without telling me first. I couldve brought them some from walmart for 6$ if they wouldve said something... 7$ each is a ripoff and they wouldnt do anything to fix the issue. Dont go here if you dont want to get ripped off.EDIT: 1 week later, I have not driven the car once but I go out to check on it and guess What? I have a flat. So first things first I air it up, then I inspect it to see why it was leaking... Well turns out the 1$ china valve stem (sold for 8$) is leaking... if youre going to over charge someone for something at least do it right to make sure we never have to come back.Edit 2: so I called Wednesday around 5pm and spoke to a lady about my leaking valve stem, she said she would call me right back since she was with a customer... never heard back. So here it is, Friday at 5pm, I take the wheel with the bad valve stem in for repair. The guy who did the job never spoke a word to me while unloading or loading the wheel (they knew who I was.) When they finished the job, the main guy had this review pulled up asking if this was me. I Said yes and we discussed the issue which ended in the same way. Im out of luck basically. The main guy told the worker to inspect the tire in front of him but it was a 2 second thing... not enough time to notice anything. He basically just held it and walked by. Well I got the wheel in the car and got it back to my car and when I went to put it on, I noticed the lip had a dent in it that WAS NOT there before, I would hope this wasnt out of spite... THESE ARE BRAND NEW WHEELS 0 MILES!! So being as angry as I am for them ruining my 1000$ wheels before I ever got to use them, I give the guy a call and let him know what happened. He told me to do what you have to do. So here it is.DO NOT GO HERE PLEASSEEE
