Mario was great help! My insurance recommended the shop and they worked directly with my insurance with costs and were able to make an appointment and take my Jeep right away. Mario even offered to help get me a rental car. They gave me text updates and within a week I got my Jeep back. They took off and put whole new rear bumper and two other parts from a car crashing into me. They give you a warranty with it and a whole page of before and after pictures to show you everything they changed. Looks great and color matched perfectly, they gave it back to me washed and waxed and even interior was deep cleaned! Given back to me brand new they did a great job 👏🏼

They did a phenomenal job on my Lexus. I had my windshield replaced , my fog light replaced, my cracked bumper repaired and my headlights restored after something hit my car on the expressway. I cant say enough good things about this place they repaired my existing bumper and matched the paint perfectly. My windshield was replaced and I was able to work with the shop and my insurance to get this covered. I received my car back in the time frame that was promised. My car was immaculately clean and detailed when I got it back. I also had them restore my existing headlights and they look brand new! I worked with Mike and he was great!

I was visiting from out of town and someone broke my passenger door glass to steal my luggage. I was leaving the next day. First of all, I love how the automated answering tells you who the person is such as Mike the owner and rings directly to them. Mike could not have been more helpful. Everyone else was telling me I’d have to wait till the next day. Mike was able to my glass in two hours later and he quoted me a lower price than the others. When I got there to have my glass repaired both Mike and Bill talked to me and made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find businesses in which you really are made to feel important. My 2017 Chevy Impala premier was and is everything to me. Its never had any damage to it and its worth actually has gone up over time. I dont do many reviews but this is a must! I own a 2021 Hyundai Palisade which I bought new and since day one, Ive had wind noise coming from the right passenger window. After dealing with this annoying issue for one year and multiple Hyundai dealers, I decided to take it in for a 3rd party check up. Both Hyundai dealers told me that what I was hearing was normal and they told me not to exceed 80 mph so I wouldnt hear this loud whistle noise. Addison Auto Body went above and beyond. I brought my car in to have the hood replaced. They also got rid of some old dents in the door and painted over some rust spots for me. They touched up a bunch of areas on the car and I cant remember the last time the interior was so clean. The quality of the work is excellent and all the extra work was such an amazing surprise. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. They did an amazing job and I will definitely bring my car to them for any future work I need done. I took my 2020 Ford Ecosport here to get my front bumper repainted and fog light trim repainted since I was hit by an object on the highway and this place literally made the new paint match the oem Ford paint EXACTLY there is no difference at all, the body work looks amazing as well, if you are a little worried about using this body shop, DONT BE, they are amazing and I was treated so well by Mario and Jim. 110% would recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly one of the best body shops in the Chicago area. The owners and employees are all so very nice and welcoming. This is the 2nd time my car gets fixed there and im so happy i was recommended this shop bc they always do a good job and help you feel at ease!! My car was crashed in the back and side and they left it as if nothing happened!! They did it very quickly too! It was delayed by a fee days but the owner Mario gave me 2 $25 gift cards to make up for it and i was just shocked!! No one is that nice or attentive these days in customer service. Not to mention the little details they have w a customer they give you some gifts once car had been fixed and they keep you updated every step of the way! Just overall amazing shop will def keep recommending this place and keep coming back when needed! One more thing, ask for Armando. I just had my car repaired by Addison Auto Body a couple weeks ago. I was getting my repair done through an insurance claim and chose to bring my car to this shop, rather than bringing it to a certified shop...that turned out to be a huge mistake. I needed some work done on my front bumper/hood and was very clear about the fact that I wanted my car looking like new again. Granted, my car is about 10 years old, but looks nearly brand new, aside from a few dings and nicks. After getting my car back, it looked somewhat new, but none of the replacement parts fit correctly; leaving huge gaps where the hood, bumper, grill, lights, all used to fit seamlessly. I am aware that after market parts dont always fit the same, but at no time during the repair process was I informed that it would look that much different.Aside from that, only two days after picking the car up, the bumper had already popped off my car(see attached picture). I brought it back again and waited in the shop while it was being fixed. The bumper is held on by small plastic brackets and instead of fixing it correctly, they glued it back on. So much for quality of work. Also, later that day I noticed a huge crack/scratch about 10 inches long on my rear bumper, which looked like someone tried to quickly cover up. I called and brought it to Marios attention and he claimed no responsibility for it. I brought my car back AGAIN and after taking a look at my car, he basically told me I was lying and that they werent responsible. He also mentioned they touch up old scratches as part of policy. Even if that were the case, it does not look professionally done(see attached picture). Instead of making it right and fixing their mistake, he gave me $50 for something that is now going to cost me at least $200-300 out of pocket to get fixed.Like I explained earlier, the rest of my car was in great condition prior to getting it repaired here and there was definitely not any additional damage on the rear. After reading other reviews on here, I am obviously extremely disappointed to have this experience. I decided to write this review to make people aware of situations like this and to choose certified shops because at least your insurance can guarantee the quality of work.

Fantastic experience. My wife and I live in Chicago and we will continue to drive the 40 minutes out to Addison just to bring our car here. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, generous with his time, and attentive. The mechanics are great. The price is very fair, especially given the high quality service. We were treated with respect and no one talked down to us, which as two women can happen in an auto body shop. Mike helped us with our first car purchase, inspecting our car thoroughly and making sure our dealer knew we werent going to be charged for anything that was their responsibility. The waiting area is clean and there is plenty of signage etc. re: COVID-19 safety. They are clearly following guidelines and prioritizing everyones health. We could not recommend this shop more.

Amazing work and customer service!! I went to Addison for repair on multiple big scratches and they fixed it beautifully! Shortly after I left my bumper started falling off from a separate incident. I visited three different shops to get a quote. I wasnt familiar with Addison Auto Body, but seeing the reviews, decided Id give them a shot. The shop and customer area is clean, roomy, and tidy...quite a change from most body shops. The estimate process is very transparent: They have a two screens on their computer so you can watch them build the estimate, and Jim talked me through the different options (replace versus repair) on my fender.The repair job looks flawless. They provide daily status updates via SMS during the work. When the car is delivered, its detailed inside and out and you get a full report on the work with pictures of the work in progress.Their shop rates are good, and part pricing is consistent, so any difference in estimates tends to be the difference in repairing versus replacing a body panel.If I need any future body work, Im heading back to Addison. Decent people, fair estimates, good progress updates, and quality work.

This is the second car we have had repaired by Addison Auto Body over the years. They are extremely professional, friendly, very prompt. Communication about updates and any questions are top notch. Brought my car here after it was hit while parked in a parking garage. They did a free estimate and got me in that same week. My car was done within one day at a reasonable price. Beautiful job and great service.

I had someone back into my recently purchased car and scrape my bumper. I stopped by Addison Auto Body to have them give me an estimate. The honesty of the owner is absolutely amazing. He told me that to paint the bumper itd be a couple hundred, but if i stopped by the dealership and picked up touch up paint + coat he would apply it at no charge. Would absolutely trust this shop with any repairs should i need them again.

Jim the business manager and Addison Auto Body was excellent to work with. I own a 2016 ford mustang gt premium convertible and had someone back into the front bumper. Its competition orange and I was concerned about paint matching but its flawless and youd literally never know. Did a full inside and out detail as well as a lifetime warranty on the paint makes their place my top choice for any and all my body work needs. Thanks all!

Hands down the best auto body repair shop Ive ever been to! I dont even live in the area anymore but Ill go out of the way to bring my car here. My car is my baby and I will not abide a single blemish. I give Mario a couple hour heads up Im coming in & it gets done quick at a price that wont be beat!::: Update :::Had a little early winter emergency where aluminum air caps corroded to the valve stems of my tires. These things were not coming off by hand. They had to be cut off!Moral of the story... never buy aluminum air caps for your car & Marios the man!

Wow! Awesome and profesional service, the owner Mike made me feel so welcome in such a vulnerable time. My sunroof on my car flew off in a car wash — worst experience, it got even worse when I realized the sunroof was unhinged and broken and could not go back on. I called this place and the owner Mike was so compassionate to how I must have felt and let me come in to check the car right away so I would be safe on the road or highways. He taped down the sunroof for the time being so I can get home safe and it wouldn’t rain inside my car— the very next day he had me come back to glue down the sunroof (this was the cheapest option) but I was upset I wouldn’t have a sunroof. I left the car at the shop for the entire morning and afternoon and when I picked it up my sunroof was fixed and useable again. They didn’t ruin the car by glueing anything permanently instead they cared to actually fix my problem for a very affordable price. Thank you again Mike and friends.. you guys rock!
