I had a very positive experience with A-Z. Amanda and Zoe know their business. They’ve sold thousands of items in different estate sale formats, and they both have an excellent eye.One of the nicest things is that Amanda took the time to explain exactly what to expect. I recommend that you listen to her, because she was right about how the whole experience turned out.I had some quality pieces, and I feel like I got a fair overall price. As expected, some things that should have sold for more did not, and other things that should have sold for less sold for more! Confused? Me too, but there were no surprises in the end.

I have been so happy with A-Z Estate that I have used them twice. Once at my business and once at my home. Both sales were extremely successful! If I requested items to be listed for more (or less) they honored my request or let me know why they had taken the action they had taken. Communication is always key in all business relationships and they excel. I’ve recommended their services to family and friends. Not ONE unhappy person in this group! You can’t beat getting it right 100% of the time, especially with multiple estate sales. A - Z will be my choice for my 3rd estate sale!

This company is amazing!! Theres a trend with the reviews... if you are reading this then listen to me now... if you see a negative review on here then make sure you click on the review to read it and most likely at the end of the review you will see the owners response. Read that as well! That will clarify whats really going on behind the scenes. These people are very giving, very truthful and most of the time very blunt and to the point. They always do the best work possible given any situation they are faced with or put in. This company is absolutely amazing and so are all of the girls that work for the company!!

We appreciated the way everything was handled. The on-line Estate Sale was a great way to present the items for sale and individually highlight each one. Amanda and her team were very professional. We enjoyed following the bids especially to the end of the allotted sale time. The pick up of items was handled well too. Thank you for helping us in the process of downsizing.

If you have any doubt about using this company, put that all aside and go for it. The staff does a great job, and really care about their customers. I found they go above and beyond as a company, which seems rare these days. Here is the reality of selling, you can only get as much as someone is willing to pay. If you go into it with this attitude, you will be happy in the end.

Amanda and her team were amazing ! this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! they made our estate sale A lot easier than we expected. they were very professional, on time and sold our possessions at a much higher price than we expected . I highly recommend A2Z estate sales !

We went to one of their sales last time we were in Dallas and when i tell you one and done that would be us. When I go to an estate sale I expect to have fun finding treasures not being made sick from the smell of the house. They didnt take the time to clean nor dust items, if yall are like me dont like bringing others dust or dirt into my home. Will never attend one of their sales again and recommend to other DO NOT GO ITS BAD !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely Dissatisfied - CANNOT RECOMMEND!!My 81 year old stepmother hired A to Z Estate Sale Specialist of North Texas to help her sell her belongings after reading their mission statement on their website. Based on our experience their mission statement is a fallacy. From beginning to end, our experience was unsatisfactory. They do not have the training or certification to take care of seniors, but yet they advertise themselves as having “extensive experience” in that area. In hindsight, I wish my stepmother had done more research and hired a company that has memberships in the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM), Dallas Area Gerontological Society (DAGS), and 5 Star Senior Services, and is certified in Senior Move Management. A to Z has none of these credentials, and it was evident throughout the entire process! My stepmother and my family would have saved ourselves a lot of stress, anxiety, and money had we gone with a different company. If interested, my full review with specific examples is on Yelp.

Many have tried to duplicate thier business model, but cannot achieve thier level of Customer Satisfaction. Bare None, the BEST Estate Sale Company in DFW.

Terrible company to work with. Very deceptive and no integrity. Could not get ahold of them once they received their payment. I didnt receive my payments for over 3 weeks.All my wood floors were damaged as they let people drag merchandise out.I would highly suggest you not use them in any way.

Attended sale in Dallas. Cat urine smell was so bad that I had to leave. Staff was trying to cover up smells with coffee grounds. Didnt work and we were told to just hold our breath. A truly classless company.

We have enjoyed visiting A to Z estate sales over the last year and find their prices very competitive with other estate sale companies. Their staff is always friendly and helpful.
