Was needing a part for my compressor. Being on a time crunch i called this company because it was the closest location too me. The lady in parts department that answered the phone acted annoyed she had to be on the phone. Instead of just looking up the part in the computer she told me she would call me back. (Never received a call back) *and i told myself when i hung up she wasnt going to call me back. called several locations after waiting on her for 3 hours. Every location looked up the part with me on the phone ( less then 3 minutes each time) TERRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend

They worked hard to get the product I ordered out in a timely fashion. I appreciate their efforts, and it shows they are willing to make good on their commitments.

Absolutely the most unprofessional Business Experience ive ever had!!We will never do business with this Company ever again..Did not do what they said they were going to and then lied about it the day after so save face. Obviously, Customer service is not a thing they care about.

Great place to work and a culture to continuously evolve and improve customer service. I would pick Quincy compressors and service any day of the week.

Their compressor is a great product. Follow up is as bad as I have seen in any professional business. No exaggeration. Parts damaged at delivery not replaced in 6 months. No response from follow up emails. No response from on line complaint about lack of follow up emails. Ingersol Rand makes a good product to, and has infinitely better support. Lesson learned.
