We went in on Saturday, August 14th around 4pm. There were two women working one was a brunette the other had pink hair.The pink hair lady worked in my hair she did not do terrible. I had only asked for a trim to remove my dead ends. The only issue I had was that she did not clean up her work area when I was sitting down. There was hair all over the floor and seat. She also did not clean me off when we were finished. Whether I’m in a bib or not hair gets every where….she was however, very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I at this point wish my husband would of had her cut his hair instead of the other lady.The brunette as you can tell cut my husbands hair. He has been so excited about this haircut. He has had a mullet before and had to cut it off due to my sisters wedding. He has been growing his hair back since and it was finally the day to get his beautiful mullet back. She was extremely friendly and was outgoing but beyond that I don’t know why she is cutting hair. I would not expect someone to cut a mullet if they don’t feel comfortable doing so or not know how. If you say you can then I expect that you can. She has completely botched his hair. His bangs weren’t even cut even. His right side of the head is not cut all the same length. The pictures show this very well. He is so upset. She says there is a 7 day warranty but how would you expect someone to come back after messing up his hair so bad already! She asked if it looked ok and he replied yeah it’s fine, because every time she touched it, it somehow got worse. She also, did not clean him off after his haircut.We will never ever go back there. Ever again! If you can’t make a certain cut please don’t just withhold that information. Hair is something people take pride in. It’s seen by everyone every day. He is having to wear a hat every day until his hair grows back and we can find someone else to cut his hair.

Got the cut i wanted!!! Sooo sweet! Cant beat the price for such friendly help having to decipher my dialog of what i wanted.

Just a little constructive criticism.... I believe in sanitation and spraying for germs but a WAY TOO MUCH Lysol is being sprayed. I have asthma and had to leave the building twice now when over kill was done. Cant be good for staff and other customers breathing that much disinfectant, I would think. With that said and on a positive note.. love the staffs professionalism, friendliness and love the work they do. 👍

Lady refused to do anything unless we had an appointment. When we asked if she had any appointments the day we were there she said no. So when we asked if we can make an appointment for the day we were there she refused, and said she can only make appointments for tomorrow. She seemed pretty rude about it, and was pretty quick to shoo us away. We been going here for years, and if this is how customers are going to be treated now. We dont plan on coming back again.

Natalie was professional and courteous. She helped me step out of my comfort zone and go with my shortest style ever. I needed something easy to manage, but still girly. She did an amazing job. The place was clean and orderly. There wasnt much of a wait for a walk-in place. They even have a rewards system you just enter your number each time you visit. Super easy to work with.

I always used to get an haircut with Paula. She did a great job whenever I had haircut from her. But she works from wed-sat and unfortunately I have to get my haircut on Monday as I am going for a trip. I got a haircut from some lady . She did a terrible job and my hair was so uneven. Wasted my money. Giving 4 stars for Paula.

This one lady , her name is Misty House. She is the only one Ill let cut my hair there. She does the finest job, and makes the customers feel very welcomed. She is dedicated to her profession. 5 Star all the way around.

I went in around 1pm on December 5, 2015. I had a Christmas party for my job to attend later that day. I showed the woman, who seemed irritated or annoyed, a picture of the short hair cut that I wanted. She began to cut my hair which I had been growing for a very long time. She mentioned not having a break to eat and made some small talk. When she was finished I didnt know what to do, I thought if I went home and tried to blow dry and style it, which she didnt offer either, then it would look something like the picture I showed. It did not, I began to panic when I realized one side was choppy and far shorter than the other side. I began to cry, I cannot put the hair back, its NOTHING at all like I asked for. I thought these people were professional. I also found out from my 15 year old son that the same woman had cut his hair all wrong as well. I guess neither of us wanted confrontation and supposed we got what we paid for, I even tipped her for this horrible hair cut. All I can say is thank goodness its hat season and it will be somewhat grown out by spring:(... Ada, Oklahoma.

First and foremost let me say the young lady who cut my hair was very sweet. However my hair is very uneven, witch sections being 2 to 3 inches different.

I always have a good experience when I get my haircut here! And way less expensive than super cuts down the road, better cuts too...js. Just ask for Misty or Melissa and they will hook you up!

I came in with a realy botched haircut. They were so nice and very knowledgeable. They fixed my hair when it was almost unfixable.

I am absolutely appalled by the work that this stylist did, Im a Cosmetologist with 10+ years of experience, I sent a family member into this place because they moved 2 hours away, the pictures I saw of the haircut they did was totally messed up. It was a simple 1 guard fade, high and tight and the blend is uneven, not even straight, there was a chunk of hair left at the temple not even blended in, there are peaks and dips where she didnt even take the 1 guard up evenly, the line isnt completely blended out, and there is a random chunk of hair cut out of the back of his head. Now Im having to drive 2 hours to fix his hair because they cant take the time to do a proper haircut. There is no excuse for what I saw, and I do not appreciate the fact that an actual stylist let him walk out the door that way!

Been going there for 2 1/2 years, Paula has cut my hair from day 1and as long as she continues cutting, I will continue going, place is always clean and the other hair dressers have always been friendly.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! None of them know what hair lines are and all of them are ATROCIOUS at cutting hair!

Never go there on a sunday, the wait there is huge plus there is only 1 person who works there and in a rush as there are a lot of people waiting she will mess up your hair like mine.

Went there today wont return signed in was one person on the list before me while waiting a lady came in and spoke to one of the ladies said I only want you to cut my hair she was told sign-in put my name by yours and Ill get you next another lady came in and was told oh hi lisa glad you came back it will be about ten minutes then a man came in one of the girls picks up the clipboard called my name I stood up and she said oh Cody are you signed in he said yes I left to make a phone call she says come on back as I get ready to walk out she yells sorry nothing i can do yes there was I signed in and waited didnt leave and come back whats the point of signing in if you every person who enters after you goes before you !
