I had 2 tires that were not on vehicles.1 was a screw repair1 had blown out and just needed a new tire put on.I was told 45 minutes.After 2 hours I asked what was going on and was told another 20 minutes.After 20 more minutes my tires were still outside where I put them.I took my tires and left.

Somebody Need to teach that girl on desk what appointment means.I came for alignment, They said they are packed for the day come back tomorrow morning at around 8am and they’ll do it. I woke up just for that now they are said I have to be on line and it’s gonna take couple hours.Freaking waste of time and I feel like they ruined my day

Dont really have the space for Big Truck Service. Staff had other things on their mind then Customer Service. ILL WAIT AND GO TO THEIR OKC YARD NEXT TIME.. JUST WASNT SATISFIED OVERALL. WE HAVE A NATIONAL ACCOUNT WITH MICHELIN AND I GUESS THEY DONT MAKE MUCH OFF IT BUT WHEN I STATED THAT , EVERYTHING JUST WENT OUT THE DOOR.??? SALESMAN OR MANAGER WALKED AWAY FROM ME AND COUNTER GIRL HAD BETTER THINGS TO DO ON HER PHONE, OTHER GUY FINALLY CALL TO SEE WHAT TIRE THEY PUT ON BUT DIDNT TAKE MY WORD. IT WAS JUST A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.. TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAD ONLY 1 OTHER CUSTOMER.. SO BEING BUSY WASNT THEIR EXCUSE. COULD BE THE REASON THEY ARE SLOW.. BECAUSE THEIR IS VOLUME FOR WORK IN ADA... FYI BUT THE OKC YARD IS WONDERFUL EVERY TIME I GO THEIR. JUST NOT THE SAME IN ADA OKLAHOMA..

You Need someone working the front desk with better customer service skills. I came in today asking if yall had two lug nuts for my wifes car. Were from sulphur visiting in Ada for my daughters doctors appointment. And when we got back to the car to leave I noticed we were missing two lug nuts on two wheels. So we drove to your shop to get help. I walked in and asked if you guys could help me. The first thing your service lady asked me was if they did it and I said no , but I needed help and would pay you for time and two lug nuts. She said to go to oreillys and buy them. And I said thank for your help and have a nice day and she just stared at me and watched me walk out with no reply. She was immediately defensive thinking I was accusing you and I wasnt I was asking for help and willing to pay for time and parts. So we left and the guys down the street helped us and got us back on the road safely and checked all lug nuts for no charge and replaced the missing lug nuts too. Point being... have someone experienced behind your counter and friendly that knows how to listen and talk to customers. I wonder how much buisness you lose with someone defensive and rude behind your counter......

Drove into Ada for an event at the Agri-plex, 6 hours from home, front brakes squealing, found T & K on Google, made the call, got us in and out FAST!! Friendly staff!! Thanks so much for the help!

Spent 1100 on tires and they broke the key to my lock lug nuts. When I picked it up the passenger front tire was leaning in and took it to our mechanic. The upper ball joint was about to fall completely out. Our mechanic wouldnt even let me drive it home. It was to dangerous. They never mentioned this to me. Instead suggested we bring it back for alignment. Had to buy new lug nuts and had to pay to have them cut off. The ball joint wasnt their fault of course but it could have caused a very bad accident and hurt someone.

I wished they offer some kind of road hazard on every brand of tire. I know some places do even if you dont but the name brand tires
