Service technician I had was very fast determining the problem, it was a simple fix and was quickly resolved. They could have easily said it was something bigger and I would not have know better, so not one of those companies that will add on extras that you don’t need just to increase their profits.Will definitely use again if needed!

Great service! Called a different heat and air company first and they wanted to replace my ac unit instead of repairing the leak.The guys at dependable came out and were able to repair the leak no problem and had my ac back up and running quickly!I would definitely recommend calling these guys

We were told first by another company that we needed a new unit and that he rewired for a bandaid fix once Dependable came out there they solved the real probably a had to fix the guys bandaid fix which wasnt done properly.Dependable is great! They gave me instructions whenever I told what I thought the problem was (I was wrong) and even some extra material they had laying around. Once I found out that wasnt the problem we had them come out and it was a great experience. They always put their customers first and are super friendly. Great guy with great service! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Company came out and fixed our AC...when no other company could. Very professional and polite. Great company to do business with. Dont ever call Advanced heating and air. They came out 3 times and never fixed the problem and kept charging us...a total of $550.00. So stick with Dependable heating and air.

Reliable craftsmen, quick, carefull, cleaned up work site. The owner made a special run on a Sunday to have the system we needed which allowed complete change out of my heat and cooling units less than 24 hours after my units failed. This was very important and greatly appreciated. Dependable Heating and Air is a company you can have complete confidence in.

I have had them out twice. First was to remove an old furnace from the attic about a year ago. Very reasonable price and didnt even make a mess. Very professional.Second time I called in the morning because the A/C wasnt working right. They showed up same day and worked with me on my work schedule. Identified the problem and fixed in 10 minutes and has been perfect since.I trust this company for honesty, pricing, customer service, and very knowledgeable.

Horrible people! They completely screwed Us! They charged us $75 to come out the first time to fix our heat. He left and it wasnt working so he came back out a couple hours later. Charged us even more money and refused to refund us the $75 from the first trip even though it wasnt fixed. Would never recommend them! They dont even deserve one star!

Good job the house is nice and cool on a hot day . They were in and out in one day cleaned up their mess. It was good.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My furnace has not been coming on until my thermostat read near 63 degrees in the house. The technician came out and cleaned two parts on the furnace. It became cold again in the house so the furnace turned on while he was getting ready to leave. The furnace finished the cycle and two hours later we are in our sweats and goodies trying to stay warm. They send the technician back out and after he actually looks at the unit finds that we have a bad board on the unit. He runs and gets the part, installs it and the furnace is working as it should now. The problem is they have the audacity to charge me again after I paid the service charge for ten minutes on the first trip. I will never call this company out to do any work for me again.
