Professional and did a pretty good job.

They did a great job for a competitive price. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is they were hard to get on the phone at times. Although they told me that the job would take only 1 day, they didn’t show up until late afternoon the first day thus causing the job to take 2 days. I would have appreciated better communication regarding arrival time and delays. Overall they did the job they were hired to do and cleaned everything up. Would definitely recommend.

I had Marietta tree service do a major trimming of a (neighbors) Mimosa tree that has been growing over my lawn for years. I am delighted with the job that they did.This tree is really tall but they got rid of all the limbs overhanging my yard, cleaned it all up thoroughly, and charged me a fair price.I would recommend them.

Don’t recommend. At first the work was great. It was a subcontracted group who took our trees down and they worked fast and were friendly. However, Steve is unresponsive. He doesn’t call back or rarely showed up. He didn’t come out after the tree work was done and inspect the yard like he said he would. There was damage done to our house and gutters, our neighbor’s yard and our front yard. Steve said, a month later when he finally decided to call us back, he won’t reimburse us for the damage and to take him to court. Such a headache.

Vivian and her team were amazing to work with. We had several trees removed from our property and a couple pruned/trimmed and we are very pleased with the quality of work provided. We definitely recommend Marietta Tree Service and will be using them in the future for our tree needs!

Quick and have great prices. Loved the fact that they can directly bill to the insurance company, makes everything so much easier! Have used them several times in the past 4 years. They helped me maintain Yard of the Month for 4 months!! Love them!!

I had 12 trees of varying size removed from around my house, and they did a fantastic job at a fantastic price. It only took a single day to remove the trees, grind them up completely, and grind the stumps and roots. This was all within my front and back yard, not in some wooded area. At no time did I feel that any of my home or property was at risk of damage, and they were fascinating to watch to boot. :-) I have more trees that need some attention, and I will definitely be using them, without question.

The guy that came out to do an estimate (i.e. Steve Combs) was nice enough. However, my neighbor had an estimate done a month prior and we were quoted $300 per tree to be removed, whereas my neighbor was quoted $225 per tree just a month prior. Also, quoted $53 per tree for stump grinding versus $32 per tree for my neighbor. By the way, the trees were the same size and age. I still wanted to use them as I heard they do good work. The office manager (assume she was) called me back on a Sunday afternoon to schedule my service (Was told to tell the office that I had a tree down and they usually put those jobs toward the front.). She acted like she didnt know what I was talking about, said she would speak with (forgot name but assume it was the owner), someone, and I asked that she call me the next day to confirm when they could do it. She initially quoted 10 days and I said I needed them to do it quicker. She agreed to call me back that Monday and never heard from her. Good luck to those that call these guys but they dont appear to have good follow through.

These guys were great! They came out and safely removed a tree that was leaning towards my house. They also took off a bunch of tree limbs off other trees that were close to my house at no extra charge! Not only did I recieve great service from them and Theresa at the office, but there price was over 50% cheaper than any other competitor! Great Job Marietta Tree Service.

They took down three Sweet Gum trees within about 15 feet off my house without any problems. Timely and efficient. Reasonable cost.

Would never recommend using Marietta Tree Service to anyone, unless they like having their scheduled service canceled on three times with less than 12 hours notice and then lied to about having someone visiting your property to assess the yard condition. Yes, their prices may be cheaper than competitors, but that does not excuse their unprofessionalism or lack of common courtesy. We chose them because of their reported 35 years of service excellence and fair pricing, but after the last sudden cancellation, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Save yourself the wasted time (three weeks for us) and chose another company.

After the hurricane, we had three trees on our home. Marietta Tree Service did an excellent job removing these. They were able to do the job without causing any damage to our home and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were very professional and their charges were quite reasonable. We were very pleased with their services.

I called many tree service companies in to look at my trees. Marietta came in and they were honest and fair and also suggested some items to do that I was not aware of like supporting a tree with a cable for safety of my home. They were clean and quick and did everything that was asked of. Will certainly use them again

This company is a joke! The woman answering the phone lies. Call and ask when they are coming to do the work, and the first thing she asks is How much was your job? Clearly they want the big $$ jobs, she wasnt even subtle about it. Kept putting me off for WEEKS, NEVER returned phone calls, NEVER showed up. About as unprofessional as anyone I have ever encountered.

We contacted Marietta Tree Service about a pine tree in our back yard that had been leaning for quite a while and looked like it was about to fall at any time. The came out to look at the tree and provide us an estimate. We were not home when they came out, but they called to provide the estimate, at which time we gave them the go ahead to remove the tree.When they were finished removing the tree, the bill that they presented was more than what was quoted. It seems as though the estimate was for a different tree, but after all of the confusion was cleared up, they honored the estimate provided.They were prompt, did an excellent job, and cleaned up nicely when they were done.I would highly recommend them for their service and integrity.

They were hired to take down 8 trees around my house. They did a great job and in the time frame they said they would. They even did some extra things to clean up some things that had nothing to do with them.

Everything was in turmoil for us when we bought our Hud Foreclosed home. Luckily, Marietta Tree Service had someone in the neighborhood, they came in and took care of two dead trees for us. The service was great, hassle-free and very reasonable. Everyone we dealt with had a warm, friendly manner. It was wonderful to have this experience when everything else was in chaos. If the need arises, Marietta Tree Service is who I will call.

I have had several wonderful interactions with retail and service industry professionals over the years that have been positive experiences. Why shouldnt they be, they want money, I have it to spend if I want/need a product.I am formally posting this involving this company and I plead that you share the post to friends that live in the area that this company provide services. It is standard to get quotes on a service, currently I have done so and had great experiences with each professional that has come to my home and given me advice and costs for the tree removal work, especially due the size of the project and the need for tree removal, it has been great to work with so many other professionals.The individual who called me back after I left a message, was rude overall to me by being dismissive to the point of refusing to give a free estimate and even had the nerve to lecture me of how I was removing funds from the field due to me asking for Free Estimates from several business in the industry. Creating competition in a market that has several plus companies that do so in the surrounding area, I am getting a fair price for a service, a standard in any market. He also made it clear that he isnt the cheapest, so I would have to deduce that those that have had services rendered from this company have been overcharged.I recommend anyone and everyone to pass up this company for any tree work you need done and go with someone that is professional, cordial in their interaction and supportive of what you want done by a professional, not judgmental and dismissive in their interaction.

I recommend Marietta Tree Service to anyone who needs the services they provide. I had really big tree branch fall on top my house recently. MTS was the 2nd company I called when it happened. The 1st number I called advertised that they had 24/7 response. Well they did not and I happy they didnt because I might not have had the chance to speak to Teresa and have the guys from Marietta Tree Service come out to my house. They left my yard cleaner when they were done then it was when they got there. Call them. Youll be happy you did.

They were so great when they came out to cut my tree down. That was almost two months ago. I have called and called to get them to grid the stump and I am told theyll be coming out today. Almost two months later and I gave up on today....

I had eight trees removed that were blocking visibility for my office. Thankfully they were able to do it within 24 hrs of me calling them. They are a family owned business and are very accommodating!!

We had a huge oak tree with massive limbs die due to disease. It was dangerously close to our driveway, electric lines and our decorative stone entry way. Marietta Tree Service used a crane to safely and quickly remove the tree without any damage to our property. I called several companies for tree removal quotes. Marietta Tree Service (MTS) had the best quote (including stump grinding) and they were able to accomodate me relatively quick. Not only that, my quote came with a copy of their certificate of insurance without even having to ask for it. MTS was also the best compared to its competitors in terms of quickly answering my calls and emails.Steven and Teresa are extremely nice, professional, and very communicative. The crew that came out worked fast, efficient, and very safe. They also did a fabulous job cleaning up the loose branches and debris. One last thing about MTS that I really like is their integrity. They arent quick to recommend dropping a tree if there are other viable options that could be tried by the customer (i.e., treat a diseased or insect infested tree, etc).My lot has many hardwoods and pines in close proximity to my home. I will definitely be using MTS for my future tree removal/high elevation pruning needs.

Had to have two trees that had fallen into my backyard removed in time for a graduation party that I was hosting, and they were able to do it the same day and even gave me mulch to help decorate my mothers garden. Definitely recommend them !! Very affordable prices!!

Terrible. Never showed up when they said they would. Never called. I called Miltons Tree service. They came that day. I highly recommend Miltons Tree service. Do not call Marietta Tree service.
