Raphel knows his stuff! We come all the way from Ball Ground to his place, because he knows what he is doing and if he isnt sure he finds out. Not like other Boost stores that just say oh, you cant do that or I dont know!

I have been a customer for probably around 10-11 years now and Raphael has ALWAYS BEEN PERFECT honest and up front about things. I have moved almost 65 miles away but yet if I have an issue I will make the trip just to have him help with my problem. I dont know what you guys are paying him but in my opinion he needs more, much, much more!

I went in there about a month ago to purchase an iPhone and Jocelyn, hispanic girl with black hair, was absolutely rude and the customer service was horrible. She demanded I go to another store because I guess I asked her too many questions and was too bothered to deal with me. It was as if she was upset I even came into the store, only thing I could conclude was that is was due to the fact that I am black. Distasteful

So watch out, I literally felt like he stole money from my wallet while I wasnt looking. Our Boost Store that I work for doesnt do this shady type of business.
